同男朋友收工之後,佢帶我去食屋企附近一間小菜,話幾個月前佢睇飲食男女定果籽講連啲酒店大廚都係係果間食宵夜當飯堂,一路都好想試。我見有啲食評話啲伙記態度好差,我又唔多覺,起碼serve我地果姐姐幾好禮貌,有問必答。我地今晚人少少都叫左4樣野,本身佢仲話想叫魚頭,好在有自知之明得2個人咋。椒鹽鮮魷 - 好脆口,粉唔厚,但係美中不足唔夠椒鹽果重香。咸魚茸炒白菜仔 - 叫蒜蓉炒會好食啲,因為唔食咸魚茸既話就無果重咸香味。金牌蒜香骨-呢個脆得黎又唔太乾,正!大千雞 - 我睇相既時候覺得佢似辣子雞,唔係咁想試,不過男朋友想食就食啦。估唔到超有驚喜。我本身好鐘意食麻辣但係又唔係食得辣,一食落去好香麻味又不太辣,最重要係炸得乾身唔多油得黎佢又唔會好似以前果啲辣子雞咁炸到乾爭爭,真心推介。我男朋友話呢度個大廚本身以前係專川菜,所以下次我地諗住再黎果陣要試下口水雞同剁椒魚頭。…Read More

之前睇雜誌介紹一路都想試下個蕃茄湯底,咁啱同同事幫公司去深水埗睇野,就行過去幫襯。我地叫左個牛牛有禮 ( 頭兩個字係3隻牛為一個字,但係我揾極都揾唔到3隻牛,唯有打一隻), 慢煮麻辣雞翼,沙爹豬腩肉,紫菜墨魚丸,同墨魚腐皮蝦卷。蕃茄湯底香濃,同中上環某大牌檔有得揮,牛係扇古牛,即係閹左既牛,牛味比較濃。麻辣瑞士雞翼,麻辣同瑞士汁同出味,不過如果再麻啲更好。沙爹豬腩肉,其實真係唔係好識分慢煮唔慢煮既分別,但係由於我好鐘意食沙爹,佢個沙爹俾我一種好濃烈既李錦記沙爹醬味。炸紫菜墨魚丸同墨魚蝦卷就係平時去凍肉舖買黎打邊邊果啲。反而佢支調味麻一滴好點晴,真係堅麻。仲叫左檸檬雪梨同冷泡茶檸檬雪梨足料,但係個茶淡到同水無咩分別。以咁既價錢,食完覺得有啲貴,唔係真係果日好想食蕃茄湯底應該都唔會再食。…Read More

31號是所有SALES 最後一天追數的日子(不過不關我的事XD),我約了每到月尾就追數追到氣咳的姊妹食個BRUNCH俾佢抖抖氣。會揀呢間既主要原因係因為佢有個EGG STATION同埋冇時間限制(由11點到下午5點),不得了!本小姐生平最鐘意食蛋,我決定食到回本為止。一坐低,當然望下個BUFFET BAR 有咩食啦佢BUFFET BAR 有SOUP OF THE DAY、SALADS、SMOKED SALMON、CHEESE PLATTER、COLDCUT PLATTER、FRUIT PLATTER等等。然後BUFFET BAR隔離有個EGG STATION 同CARVING。我第一時間衝左去EGGSTATION試真章。望佢地個牌有4款俾我揀我決定食LOBSTER SCRAMBLED EGGSCRAMBLED EGG 好似好易整,但係要整到滑得黎又有蛋味係一件好難既事。又要蛋漿較得啱份量仲要個火啱啱好,是但一樣錯左,就成個SCRAMBLED EGG錯晒。望住師傅係咁攪下攪下再落重呢個龍蝦肉我個肚一路係咁咕咕聲。終於食得啦 !!!!!!!我食完第一啖就好似味吉陽一既卡通片咁,「好好味呀」,然後就食不停口。滑得黎有微香既蛋味仲要啖啖龍蝦肉,絕無偷工減料,唔似其他任食咁,得果少少,唔留心啲都唔知原來有餡係入面,真係要俾個LIKE!話明蛋精,我當然試埋其他三款啦!!!!!!!!滑泉蛋又係整得剛好唔會太老又會生到好似生雞蛋咁...仲要配埋香濃龍蝦汁,香直PERFECT MATCH!我仲要拎完之後將佢加埋沙律食,簡直好味到連我個姊妹都忍唔住破戒拎左個溫泉蛋黎食(因為佢唔食蛋黃,話肥喎)對於EGG BENEDICT,我最著重佢個荷蘭汁,因為有啲餐廳會整到好似MAYONNISE,我唔鍾意。呢度個荷蘭汁就啱我口味,唔會太杰。篤穿隻蛋撈埋個汁同埋蟹肉,簡直十分滿足!然後到奄列! 師傅手勢真係勁,唔會煎到表皮太燶又乾到柴皮咁,切開有蛋汁流出黎,配埋啲餡料,正!食完第一輪就轉戰BUFFET BAR抖一抖,食番啲沙律平衡下。沙律都係大路既CAESAR SALAD同GARDEN沙律,仲有自選沙律可以自己發揮。唔想諗既關係我決定試CAESAR沙律,都係果句,我唔鐘意食MAYONAAISE,好怕個CAESAR會整到好似MAYONAAISE好油膩,再夾埋PARMASAN CHEESE加哈蜜瓜同埋SMOKED SALMON就繼續啦。令我驚喜係CAESAR SALAD,一食落去就覺得同平時食既唔同,完完冇油膩既MAYONAAISE味,啲沙律菜又新鮮,令人十分開胃!之後就到CARVING,今個星期係食ROAST BEEF (佢個個星期唔同),師傅切落去見到中間帶粉紅,就知唔會過左火喉而咬落好似香口膠咁好啦!睇就冇用既,食落去五個字形容 - 酒店級水準!!!如果想食海鮮既話,加$100有個SEAFOOD BOIL可以揀兩款海鮮,不過我地今次冇加到,因為想食盡個SEMI BUFFET XD我地食下抖下,又傾下計,咁就食左兩個幾鐘,唔會有人趕你埋單,係星期六日同朋友GATHERING 既好地方! …Read More

8年前做學生當呢度係飯堂因為又平又抵食。人大左自自然然會去食其他野而冇再去。8年後同男友唔知食咩好就黎呢度食,仲拍心口話ok架, 唔會唔好食....點知拍爛左自己心口。我個人對味道比較冇咁挑剔.....但係呢個菜心真心唔好食。上檯果陣個煲熱辣辣, 熱到劈洌啪勒咁點知一食落口,連我呢個廚藝白痴都知呢啲菜心係烚到爛先係個煲撈兩下放上檯,入到口冧到呢....完全冇咬口唔爽口,我同男友一人食左小小就放棄。豉椒炒蜆味道過鹹, 蜆有沙。有明太子,但係冇明太子味,又係過鹹。終於有樣係同8年前一樣冇變過份量足,好濃沙嗲味。呢樣都係我8年前逢到必點。8年前脆卜卜熱辣辣8年後皮唔脆又唔熱...唔知係咪忙到放左好耐先有時間拎俾我地豆腐幾滑,外面唔熱皮都唔脆但係咬落口舊豆腐就夠熱,不過唔夠香口惹味。呢一餐破壞左我對沙嗲王咁耐以黎既印象...唉.....…Read More

I typed a chinese but seems couldnt upload so writing a English one instead ( too tired of typing chinese)as I am having back injury that cant eat beef, eggs, crabs and shrimps at all, my boyfriend took me to a thai restaurant at TST east which we passed before.this restaurant contains indoor and outdoor, for sure that we sit outside ( both of us are smoker lol)we ordered sauteed tung choi with shrimp paste, satay skewer of pork and chicken, sauteed minced pork with raw lettuce and my favoorrrrrrite- thai steamed mullet!!!i think the table is too small to place all dish so the waiter send it dish by dish.first dish-sautee tung choi with shrimp paste, the tung choi was fresh and the texture was just fit but....a lil bit too salty as too much shrimp paste thats made the whole dish got a lil bitter taste.the satay skewer was normal but the satay paste was so yummy and even could taste the peanuts in the pastethe sauteed mince pork with raw lettuce was too dry to eat, we just finished 2/3 and let go.when we asked to place the fish, we were told to wait 45 mins as the menu shown the watiting time. ( the waiter was so polite)WHAT?! we been here already for an hour and needed to wait another 45 mins?!My boyfriend told the waiter and he said wohld check for us, not more than 3 mins he came back and said the fish will be ready in 5 mins. I was pleased that his service really efficiency and polite from time to time.my love finally with me now. the mullet was so tender and very match with the soup.just 1 point not that satisfied - its a lil too sour when just having soup only.In general, to me its all fine but to my BF, be wont come again unless i request for my love.…Read More

26號晚同一眾朋友繼續聖誕大餐, 由於之後要去中環夜遊, 所以佢地揀左銅鑼灣既李家。我一路行一路嗌肚餓, 一坐低佢地就隊個餐牌叫我發板。我就嘭嘭聲落左香蔥炸雞, 燒五花腩, 芝士拼豬手, 芝士雞蛋卷同魚餅湯。香蔥炸雞啲大蔥絲多到見唔到炸雞。炸雞脆卜卜熱辣辣👍👍芝士雞蛋卷好似流心咁, 啲蛋汁同芝士一切開就流晒出黎。有啲失望, 太乾太似煙肉, 唔係平時燒烤五花腩肉個種食落口油花會出黎, 一路食一路好內疚但係冇停過口。可以不試豬手比我想像中辣,要一路食一路飲水不過幾好味幾好咬口, 好似食緊骨膠源。但係好難痴住啲芝士......芝士唔知係咪太大火所以好快燶左。魚餅湯掛住食唔記得影相, 好足料, 湯有啲啲辣, 好暖胃。今餐有老細埋單, 唔知食左幾錢, 應該250-300一個人。下次我會帶男朋友試下其他炸雞。不過銅鑼灣呢間個酒牌過左期, 冇得試飲朋友話好好飲既 blueberry shoju。…Read More
