Hmv kafe對我而言，絕對是銅鑼灣一個綠洲。與隔離IKEA只有一步之隔，相比起IKEA這個要和其他人擠沙發的地方，hmv kafe地方闊落，有很多卡位及沙發位，現在他們的Lunch Semi Buffet做到下午3時，無論是lunch來或是來吃個下午茶其實都非常舒服。他們的Semi BUFFET $88起，包各款沙律菜、Cold Cuts, smoked salmon, pasta salad, 湯、少量熱盤，頗欣嘗他們沙律菜其實幾新鮮，在港島區來說，吃個packaged salad都要100元來說，這裡有任食三文魚、parma ham、火腿等，都算係咁。另外加錢可以加配主菜和飲品。今次我加了sea bass，魚煎得香，雖未到好滑，不過最欣嘗係佢個海鮮湯汁，用上很多橄欖、capers、cherry tomatoes及肥美青口，海鮮清湯微酸清甜，與魚好夾。朋友叫左個duck ragout pasta，意粉係自家製，有咬口而且沾滿鴨汁。最驚喜係佢杯latte! 個拉花好靚，咖啡味夠milk foam都好滑。出面的lunch set咖啡同呢度無得比！朋友的抹茶latte則相對味道較淡，我地都一致覺得呢度latte比較出色。坐得好舒服，可以坐耐少少都唔洗趕住走，而且服務好好，加水加得好密。銅鑼灣食lunch或見客都好fit! …Read More

上網見到UFood話和民做放題，咁岩又同朋友約係尖沙咀食飯，咁就不如去就腳既呢間和民食。和民平時都要等位，但呢間做放題又唔使喎，入到去d座位都幾闊落，比起其他放題黎講呢一點係幾好。坐低見張張檯都係食長腳蟹同刺身，我地都當然唔執輸叫左呢兩樣野先蟹腳都幾大條，而且非常鮮美，刺身上檯都好大盤砌得幾靚，同我地嗌既份量一樣之後當然再encore食左一輪就開始叫返d熟食，有天婦羅、炸野、串燒o個d仲有我地平時食和民必叫的焗芝士年糕!其實我覺得茶碗蒸同炒麵都好好食，不過無影到相。仲有火鍋，冬天可以滾下滾下。和牛係好好食，好肥，食落好似日式燒肉隻味，不過如果再切厚d會仲好😆😆上網見到話呢度有任食HaagenDazs，我一個人食左4杯，其實都抵返曬。哈哈仲有其他甜品同飲品都係任食。Overall我覺得比起其他放題算係好唔錯，始終價值唔貴，但有和牛同蟹同HaagenDazs都算係咁。…Read More

The matcha puff of bread papa finally came back!Their puff is comparatively bigger with the other brands. The skin is not crispy type but it is soft and light. I have been a big fan of yakitori ever since I first had my izakaya experience in Japan.Japanese love drinking while eating, so we order a bottle of white wine first. The price is around 600 as I remembered and the quality is unexpectedly good!then we ordered three Japanese oyster ($78) and they are HUGE! They are bigger than my palm and very meaty! cost performance is super high I'm not kidding.After that we ordered the steamed chicken meat served with a sour and spicy sauce, not bad but not very special.And here comes my favourite dish!!! Super volume sushi ($138). I will definitely come again for this no doubt! fresh Hokkaido sea urchin, salmon roe, fatty tuna with onion is piled up on the sushi roll. The sashimi is super fresh and tastes sweet. For skewers, we have assorted chicken skewers and assorted beef skewers each. the chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy inside. Even the chicken breast skewers were delicious! and tsukune served with Japanese egg is a must-order too. Beef skewers are sweet and juicy! it could have been better. 週五晚上經過無意中發現在公司附近的工廈裡新開一所餐廳，抱著不妨一試的心態便決定進內。這裡晚市有散叫也有套餐，內容其實是一樣，不過套餐就可以用比較便宜的價錢享受到餐湯、前菜、主菜、飲品和甜品。於是我們兩個人點了一個套餐，另外多點一個pasta。雖然只點了一個餐，但餐廳很貼心幫我們分兩碗。蕃茄濃湯比平日喝到的餐湯濃很多。前菜選了這個煙肉煎帶子，煙肉帶子味道固然不會岀錯，但最令人驚喜的還是底下有我最愛的炒quinoa配粟米，十分香口，裡面也有一些炒過後酸甜的車厘茄，光是這個前菜就吃得岀餐廳的用心。看menu看到pasta配料是kimchi、carrot、daikon覺得很特別便點了，怎知道原來裡面的所謂pasta其實就是由切成極幼細絲的紅蘿蔔白蘿蔔青瓜做成的，配上香辣creamy的泡菜sauce完全不awkward，口感和味道都十分好。相比"pasta" 這個墨汁海鮮risotto就比較平凡，口感不是我喜歡偏硬的，海鮮也可以再新鮮一點。不過整體不過不失。這杯mixed berries yogurt smoothie是驚喜之一，一來十分大杯，二來十分濃郁，喝到最後也不會水水的，另外乳酪味濃，連上面的cream也是yogurt cream，整杯喝清光。甜品賣相可比美酒店，這個石榴白朱古力芭菲內裡有guava sorbet，mousse，crumbles，白朱古力和焦糖脆脆，guava sorbet和mousse不太甜，很清新的一款甜點。Overall食物很不錯，新開張8折後每人只需175，另外員工都很親切也會介紹菜式內容。可能新開張週五晚上也只有一枱客人，希望這用心的工廈餐廳繼續加油~…Read More

I though this restaurant would be expensive at first but then its price is in fact very reasonable! Firstly, the atmosphere of the restaurant is really good. That night we sat on the balcony and the atmosphere was even better!We share a set dinner for two which includes seven dishes and it cost around $450 so the price was indeed acceptable.Dish1: smoked salmon salad - acceptableDish2: farm bread and potato soup - the bread is fresh and the sauce are really good!Dish3: Pork Knuckle- quite crispy but it is quite salty so it's quite hard to finish all of it Dish4: Steak with fish - the best dish at that night. The steak was very soft and not chewy at all. the sauce is good too.Dish5: Prawns Fettuccine with tomato sauce - too salty Dish6: Dessert - The dessert was quite bad in fact. it looks good but turn out to have sweetness only.
