今次試咗位於銅鑼灣的新開日本小店,主打 ODEN🍢 關東煮,其實餐廳的官方叫法係「京都煮」,主廚👨🏼‍🍳係日本人。餐廳座落於一座不太顯眼的大廈,門口都偏向低調。坐底之後,好似去咗日本呀,可能太耐無去正宗的日本餐廳,喺呢度佢俾毛巾我抹手🥰 Staff 都係日本人,我可以練習日文,開頭以為佢係店長,但佢話自己做兼職。講咗幾多野,問我點知呢度,鍾意邊啲其他日本餐廳,亦有講佢哋店名 OTAMA 係指湯勺 🤣嚟得當然要試試佢主打的ODEN,之前已經睇過 menu,知道唔平 (以 Donki / 日本便利店的標準🤣),叫咗3樣。【大根】Radish (蘿蔔)▷ 佢有兩種,一種「蘿蔔」另一種「聖護院蘿蔔」,問咗店員,佢話聖護院果隻來自京都,第一次食就建議我食普通果款。然後師傅已經劈開一半,要落少少眼力搵吓佢劈咗邊個位。一如所料,好淋好入味,最重要係滑唔係有渣,同埋食得出佢唔係煲咗好耐變到梅哂【湯葉】Bean Curd Skin (豆皮湯葉)▷ 薄薄的豆腐皮捲成一條,上面有少許柚子皮增加淸新感覺。味道偏向清淡,但充滿腐竹/豆味【ロールキャベツ】Roll Cabbage (捲椰菜)▷ 來到之後發現內有乾坤。因為入面有肉,加了少許mustard同黑椒吊味除咗「京都煮」之外,仲叫咗【牛すじ】牛筋,好有牛味,筋來講亦算多肉⭐️個人心水推介其中一款主食【きつねうどん】腐皮烏冬。賣相很簡單,腐皮係腐皮壽司的大塊版,酸酸甜甜。烏冬唔係一般一條條而係好似一片片,望落去似河粉,但質感有烏冬的彈牙。湯頭亦係我至愛,用上「京都煮」個汁,再加上少少秘方(唔知係咩,覺得不外乎係昆布木魚之類的)雖然望上去好清透,但成個味道濃厚咗,我亦乾哂成碗湯。另外仲有時令的【たら白子】鱈魚白子。第一次食,揀咗燒,其實個感覺好似 cream cheese,唔會騷/腥。如果有晚市堂食,應該要 match 返杯 sake,就咁空口食有點 too much,不過午餐飲酒又好似不太適合。另一樣食物,玉子燒,今次無叫,但店員推介我下次叫,因為係用「京都煮」個汁整。留意到大廚對自己「京都煮」個湯頭好有要求,不定期試味確保品質😋服務好,店員會首先問你趕唔趕時間要幾點走,亦會留意你食野進度,一樣接一樣,等你慢慢享受。離開果陣大廚仲特登走出嚟送我搭𨋢走,叫我下次再去搵佢飲酒🍶…Read More
