A Happy Pancake and A Not So Happy Patron
A Happy Pancake
2019-02-25
First, they are not pancakes; they are soufflés. Dry, not so fluffy, deflated soufflés. These pancakes are very popular though and patrons actually queue up for them. Sio Kan
2018-06-29
Insofar as restaurants are concerned, Tin Hau is full crouching tigers and hidden dragons; only the strong survives. Sio Kan is a stronger player tucked in the between Shell Street and Merlin Street. Chef Chris has high standard for food and will only serve you what he considers as nice and fresh. Check out the pictures and see for yourselves. As I can only post up to 12 pictures, check out the other pictures at OpenRice’s Sio Kan page. Rumour has it that they may be moving soon, so better go there before it is gone. Don’t say I haven’t warned you. 🚬…Read More
