在OR找有"濕濕地"嘅嘢食的地方,找到這間店。新開,價錢平;食評還不錯。大概下午六點幾去到,一個人都冇,只見枱上還有一些杯碗未收拾。。。第一個印象,已覺得伙記不太認真。後來發覺餐牌改了,加左價。二人餐加到$258,其它也加了!叫左扎肉雞絲河($48),沙嗲牛肉河($45),庶蝦($68)。成間鋪只有一個女子,她是廚房也是伙記。可能因為一腳踢,D嘢遲遲都未到。。。周圍望,發現在水吧D特飲杯好舊和好花。應該要換的,但還繼續用;可見一點都不注重細節。扎肉河終於來。嘩!真是未見識過。D湯黃色嘅!?湯頭不是清湯,只吃到沙嗲和油"億"味。。。扎肉更加硬到不得了。個人認為廚師真的連業餘的水準也沒有。沙嗲牛肉河,牛肉是質素差的火鍋肥牛;湯和扎肉河一樣。我冇反枱已經是好修養。再等了很久,庶蝦終於到。睇到已經唔想碰,太油,中間支嘢唔係庶。食落更加唔掂,超鹹,完全不是蝦膠做。。。母親大人吃到好嬲,臨走前破口大鬧:D嘢都不是人吃的!!!…Read More

天大地大 完全不是蝦膠做 都講得出, 有冇食過蝦架, 唔識食就唔好話人地D唔係蝦膠做吧, 連佢D扎肉都話唔好食, 更加覺得你係咪唔識食越南野, 去過多次越南既我真係想講, 越南野唔啱你食既, 之前去開大叻, 但而家哩間已經一早成為我既午飯食堂, 不過佢係出餸好慢就真, 冇時間等就免啦

女友生日,不想去酒店,想找一家比較home feel, cozy的地方吃飯。在OR找到這一家,在網乜找到了一些2012年的資料。能夠做了幾年的私房菜,應該不錯吧!上到去發現枱與枱的距離很近,空間感𣎴足。還發現它們有做團購,這些只是樓上餐廳或生意不夠才會做的宣傳。。。點了supreme 同 deluxe set.煎西瓜配煙燻海鮮: 鵪鶉蛋配特製醬汁,好香滑。煎西瓜配煙燻蠔: 西瓜面鋪滿杏仁片同洋蔥,西瓜同洋蔥出奇地夾。蠔很creamy, 配小多士一齊吃,味道剛好。法國鵝肝沙律: 鵝肝份量十足,外脆內軟,入口即溶,滿口鵝脂,罪過罪過,但好好味。沙律配陳醋汁,香甜好味。藍鰭吞拿魚沙律: 魚肉普通,喜歡它的調味,少許海鹽,少許蔥花,少許薑粒,簡單就是美。沙律配陳醋汁,香甜好味。白松露醬北海道帶子刺身: 白松露醬掩蓋了帶子的鮮味,no good.香草北海道牡丹蝦刺身: 蝦頭很多羔,香。紫蘇葉做的醬汁,不懂欣賞,還是喜歡日式吃法,wasabi 加剌身醬油就足夠了。黑松露野菌湯配蜜蜂牛角包: 湯用了三十多種新鮮同乾野菌,好香菇味。另一亮點是牛角包,暖暖的,表面香甜,內裡鬆軟。好味。法式魚子帶子蒸蛋: 蛋白夠滑,很鮮甜。Homemade 薑味雪芭: 好薑,好奶,不似雪芭,似雪糕。網燒美國頂級牛柳: 好普通。肉是夠腍的,但偏瘦,不是我杯茶。香煎鱸魚: 皮煎得香脆,但魚冇乜味,都是配陳醋汁。這裡的陳醋是好味的,但似乎用得太多,醬汁配襯要多些變化。在我的定義,這只是一家餐廳providing set dinner,沒有什麼私房菜的特色,和食物的質素。…Read More

聽朋友說,大坑的No. 5 Italian 很不錯,得知銅鑼灣世貿開了分店,特意前來會一會。晚上約七時到達,門口已企滿人,果然有地利。大約等了20分鐘,終於有檯,但用餐時間限時個半鐘。心裡不爽。檯與檯之間幾乎零距離,身後常有侍應擦過。跟女友商量一會便點餐,因時間無多。先來餐前麵包: 一小袋入面有三四款麵包,室溫的,最愛麵包脆條。自家製和牛肉丸配香草蕃茄醬($58): 一客三大粒,重牛肉味,好多肉汁,個汁用來蘸麵包吃,一流!蜆肉扁麵配香蒜白酒汁($158): 蜆(連殼)鋪滿整碟意粉,頗鮮甜,亦煮得剛剛好; 扁麵比想像中彈牙,汁的味道亦剛好,有酒香。不錯。海鮮薄餅: 餅底薄而脆,鋪了滿滿的海鮮,有蝦、魚、帶子、魷魚等,足料好味道。Modern Tiramisu ($68): cream 下面是咖啡雪糕,薄脆片,香脆杏仁粒伴咖啡酒/醬,層次豐富。好味道。總的來說,食物質素不錯,上菜速度頗快,份量不多,能輕鬆地在個半小時完成用餐; 想傾計就最好轉場喇。…Read More

週日,兩口子有時會去飲茶,歎番一盅兩件。通常會去灣仔富聲或留家廚房,今日就先說留家廚房吧!喜歡這裡大部份點心可以逐件點(兩件起),不用點整籠,最啱人少來,吃多幾款點心。今次點了豬潤燒賣(2 件),叉燒腸粉,鮮蝦腐皮卷(2 件),欖角牛肉崧炒飯。豬潤燒賣: 豬潤蒸得剛剛好,很嫩滑。叉燒腸粉: 腸粉皮既滑且彈牙,叉燒就普通。鮮蝦腐皮卷: 外皮香脆,蝦新鮮爽口。好味!欖角牛肉崧炒飯: 有欖角香味又不太咸; 飯炒得很乾身,每粒飯粒都被蛋槳包裹,粒粒金黃色; 牛肉崧很嫩滑,吃著有幸福的感覺。總的來說,這餐很滿意。:-)註: 以前留家有上湯粉果,超好味。年頭轉了menu, 換上蒸米果。雖然蒸比炸健康,但這不是我杯茶,希望遲啲上湯粉果會再登場。…Read More

炑八。。。朋友在facebook大like,仲話加20蚊有雪花冰!於是就去試試。一入去,不對路,全部伙記都是茶餐廳大叔,冇年青人,冇韓國待應;一點韓氣也沒有。氣氛確實欠奉,希望食物可以補救。前菜沙津,完全似set lunch吃開果D;毫無特色。泡菜更是比一般韓食館差。兩人點了一個HKD520套餐,好大盤,乜都有D。先來燒個五花腩,嘩!除咗大塊,睇得之外,冇辦法找到其他可like的地方。可能因為將貨就價,品質已經不能要求太多。。。牛也不濟。我的感覺就是這家店只是給一盤肉給你燒,價廉,吃得飽而已。在我眼中,只是一家跟風店,沒有什麼特色和韓氣。是日沒有雪花冰,因機器壞了!…Read More

Feast,江湖傳聞話semi-buffet 晚餐不錯。於是在一個星期五晩上一試。唔知是否因為匯豐咭有8折,所以只能安排坐高枱,即share table。一張大枱排排坐。。。願者上釣,no complain。當天晚上自助吧有龍蝦仔,生𗐢,蟹腳,蝦。。。很多海鮮。即刻去片。。。照片!海鮮類只可以講除咗生𧐢ok之外(只是ok, 不是好), 其他完全不行。蟹腳居然好似吃雪條咁(未有徹底溶雪),龍蝦仔只有鹹味,蝦就是冇味。。。失望。主菜rib-eye, 期望愈大失望愈大。肉質沒有想像的好,可以說是很"爛"。CWB Oxxbxxk比它更好。油香很"俗"。。。想放棄,但太浪費!唯有order一杯佢地提議的紅酒。可能人手不足,酒遲遲未到。只好一追再追。冇酒真的完成不了。HKD498 + 90(紅酒)+ 10% per person。以後應該不再遇上。…Read More

嵐喬可算是我倆嘅日本菜飯堂,想吃壽司的時候,就會想起這裡。原因是這裡的食物新鮮,店員服務親切,價錢又親民。看罷"東京攻略", 今晚想吃壽司和天婦羅。點了一個sushi set ($320), 兩件海膽壽司($28/件)。Sushi Set 有 白身魚,三文魚,Toro, 油甘魚, 甜蝦,帶子,帶子裙邊,火炙魚邊,海膽軍艦,蔥花吞拿魚腩軍艦。一口一件壽司,件件都好新鮮,暢快! 海膽壽司,長期做特價,但絕無欺場,依然是份量十足且鮮甜,每次來必點。跟著點了油甘魚手卷,鰻魚手卷。油甘魚手卷有四件魚肉,新鮮彈牙! 鰻魚是壽司師傅用火槍現燒的,熱騰騰,加埋鰻魚汁,好香, 有驚喜!再來熱食,兩串免治雞肉串,天婦羅烏冬。這兩味幾乎是每次來必吃的。免治雞肉混軟骨,燒得剛好,沾蛋黃醬汁來吃,雞肉份外香滑。天婦羅烏冬有兩隻大煆,茄子,南瓜和蕃薯,不油不膩,好味道!附送綠茶同紅荳雪糕,為這頓晚餐作一個美好的完結。註: 之前用$300 做VIP, 送coupon, 晚市有九折,生日月有優惠。…Read More

心血來潮,晚餐想吃牛舌飯。體貼嘅女友即刻網上搜查,找到"一杯屋", 說是有供應仙台名物 - 牛舌。看看食評,多數係光顧午餐,但牛舌癮難擋,就試試他們的晚餐吧!一步出門,就聽到此起彼落的日語對話。日本人都來光顧,心想此店應該頗地道吧!店內有三十至四十個座位,右面張長檯約有十個日本客人在聚餐,很熱鬧呢!我們鄰坐的一檯三個日本客人,傾計飲燒酒,氣氛不錯!八掛完,做正經嘢。點菜時得知"極上牛舌"已售罄,失望!就點一個"鹽燒上等牛舌套餐",再加些串燒吧。前菜是牛舌粒,好軟腍,配少許蔥絲,汁微酸,頗清爽。主角出埸喇,套餐除了牛舌,還有一碗麥飯,蔥花牛尾湯,淮山蓉加鵪鶉蛋。內容跟日本的"利久"差不多,但牛舌的厚度比"利久"的要薄一半。牛舌燒得還不錯,香口彈牙。麥飯拌著淮山蓉鵪鶉蛋來吃,香滑易入口。湯就普通,但多蔥,所以加了分數。整體是滿意的,總算止到癮!另外,點了串燒雞肉丸子,串燒帶子,串燒生蠔,串燒五花肉,蒲燒鰻魚,燒明太子飯團,和我至愛的燒雞尾!燒雞肉丸子 - 原來是薄薄嘅雞肉包著兩粒鵪鶉蛋,好邪惡,但好香。有驚喜!串燒雞尾 - 這味香港不常有,近竹尾的燒得特別香。滿足!燒五花肉 - 普通,燒得香口,但有豬騷味。燒帶子 - 都幾大隻,但冇乜鮮味。串燒生蠔 - 原以為是汁燒,但上檯白雪雪,沒有加任何調味,更能吃到蠔嘅鮮味,入口啲汁湧出來,有回甘。正!蒲燒鰻魚 - OK, 最正係條尾,燒得夠香。燒明太子飯團 - 普通,乾左啲,掃啲燒汁來燒,會更好味。Like "一杯屋" facebook 專頁有優惠,當晚送的是南蠻雞。冷盤,汁酸酸的,挺開胃。是晚還用$100做了會員,有九折,生日月有優惠。開飯又多一個好選擇,期望下次可以吃到極上牛舌!…Read More

這家餐廳第一印象就是港式。首先waiter的機械式接待完全沒有去意大利餐廳的感覺。水一定要叫收費礦泉水。如要熱水,乜要order礦泉水,然後幫你整熱佢。眞得意。。。至於食物,caesar salad,跟意大利餐廳很大分別;就是少得很和用埋菜頭!Cheese 不錯!Beef carpaccio,賣相不錯,但沒有牛肉味!煎帶子,味道只是一般。只有咸味,帶子鮮味也沒出來。順帶一提,waiter完全沒有留意上菜時要跟刀叉。唔問都唔拿來!牛肉燉飯,牛肉好啉之外,真的找不到亮點。。。牛肝箘扁意粉牛肝箘味道出名"霸道",但這個完全把它改寫,平淡得有點出奇。另一個特別之處就是扁意粉有齊好硬,al dente,啉的感覺。。。真係將意大利菜從新定義!最後只可以講,吃過方知龍定蛇,食評只供參考而已!…Read More
