今天到上環,是我喜歡搵食的其中一區。今天選了加東叻沙,天氣開始變,所以決定不食辣的,叫了一碗魚片蝦麵加豆腐朴。之前食過叻沙都不錯,但已經大半年之前。麵來了,吃了兩口,發覺不對路!我叫的是蝦麵,但蝦呢?找了很久都找不到。叫叔叔過來問問搞過清楚。他是很老實的人 :「有的,但很少!」。我再海底撈針試試。找到了!有一片!都符合了商品說明條例嘅!大家,一片即是半隻蝦!蝦的長度約得我半隻手指尾的長度。天啊!價錢已經不平$66,成碗只得豆腐朴同埋魚片,真是有點離譜!這碗麵湯底一點蝦味也沒有,但又都不致於稀lung lung,可以接受。…Read More

好多啊哥啊姐都話呢家餐廳嘛嘛地,但係我就真係想為佢地平反。我覺得食物的味道不錯,環境好有feel,地點夠方便。餐牌比較簡單,有改善空間。湯都唔錯,很濃,應該有很多配料放落去一齊煮。但如果可以熱一點,就更加好。和牛真係肉質鮮嫰,材料真係冇得彈。 味道都剛到位,不是太濃,但牛的表面卻煎得很香。但是出菜時候又可能等久了,唔夠熱,如果熱一點就好。侍應們值得留意這一點,如果唔係師傅嘅功夫就白白浪費了~~可惜。最後甜品,是雪山火焰。嘩!好懷舊的一道菜。 Q唔怕舊,最緊要受!我地食得好enjoy喎,一人一啖,溫馨!…Read More

當天一個人在北角見完客後找地方食飯,好想有一處靜靜地的地方,嘆一個lunch。用Openrice嘅app,超容易就找到合適的選擇。不得不擦擦Openrice鞋不可,他們的大哥做的app真係超好,唔洗1分鐘就比我找到這間叫Cafe Italiano的餐廳。一行入去,就比這個特別的地板吸引,真係唔去食嘢都要去睇睇塊地板,聽老闆說是從歐洲特別進口的,好有taste!餐牌簡單易明,價錢合理。嘀set重好合我胃口添! 先來個湯,湯是忌廉湯,但不是用很多忌廉很陋嗰種。飲落有質感,feel到個chef個heart。好正!嗰個主菜重精彩,個魚超滑,但係個面有一點點煎到脆那種,味道不太鹹,有一點點lemon香味,另人好開胃。餐茶我點了熱咖啡。size剛好,可以慢慢看雜誌或iPad,一邊聽下歌,好悠遊!咖啡香味另我差足電,為下午工作注入靈感。家餐廳重好好風水,我下午吃完飯重win咗單deal添!各位老闆及sales不妨試試,真係好靈!最後嘆埋甜品,嘩!Creme Burlee好好味,又香又滑,唔騙你㗎,你睇睇幅相啦!如果唔要甜品,就減$12. 但係我超推介他們這個甜品,我走遍歐美亞洲幾十年,這個都算是十大好吃的Creme Burlee!Cafe Italiano比到我一個超完美的一天,多謝!…Read More

睇咗咁多以下啊姐啊哥嘅好評,果日lunch就去試試呢間好似好高級嘅餐廳。我唔夠膽話一定有打手幫間餐廳,但係各位自己睇下我d相片,再考慮,先決定試唔試啦! 我覺得食物上沒有問題,但係好似去茶餐廳都食到類似嘅東西,比咁嘅價錢,真係好唔底。 環境方面,相睇落呢好似好靚,但係之前有師兄都講過,要搵服務員嘅時候就一個人都冇,張梳發重太軟, 如果工作腰累的話就千祈唔好坐,要用條腰力頂住先坐得正,好辛苦,食一個半鐘頭lunch,簡直是折磨。先來個湯,個湯味道沒有什麼特別,溫溫的,不夠熱。 餐湯味道令我想起一家連鎖快餐店那個餐湯的味道,酸酸的,就是這樣。有兩個芝麻飽,從個樣都睇到係一般餐飽,現在高級餐廳都唔整呢d咁嘅茶餐廳餐飽配牛油。主菜是意大利粉。不論賣相及味道,平平無奇。甜品最搞嘢。嗰個朱古力蛋糕是冷的,是70年代的黑森林蛋糕的硬版。你地睇睇d伴碟裝飾,真係老套到沒有什麼地方找到㗎喇!最後,一個人成為$168!唔洗多講,灣仔好多餐廳咁嘅價錢水準都高好多啦,d凳都唔會坐到腰骨疼!我就一定唔會再來Fleming!…Read More

今天年廿九,趕埋d工作收爐,做到2點都未食「欄廚」,諗住去d高檔d嘅地方,年晚享受一下。選咗一家位於銅鑼灣裝潢超豪嘅新餐廳,Le Grand Pokka。需然個名麻麻,以前叫「卜家」都唔夠,而家仲要「Le Grand」,法文意思即是「大」,成個名中文直譯變成「大卜家」餐廳。唔好理咩名,總之有人龍,下午2點幾不時不候都要囉飛仔排隊,死未!以前成日去銅鑼灣UCC,我覺得UCC個下午茶真一流,waffle鬆脆,咖啡香又濃,地方有好坐。今次終於出現另一家日式洋食餐廳挑戰UCC,是好的,有競爭,便有進步!餐廳餐牌有大餐廳作風,黑色有高貴感,質料唔會好容易弄髒,勝UCC一個回合!:)(1:0)檯面用高貴嘅檯布,白色的。死喇!出事! 唔好玩啦,用咩鬼白色吖,遠睇就靚,但係有好多明顯污漬,好肉酸同意膩,搞到好似衛生有問題咁!輸比UCC一個回合!(1:1)室內環境唔洗多講,le grand即是「大」同grand,呢範勝UCC一個回合!:)(2:1)戰況激烈,我地入直路睇睇d食物價錢同質素喔!餐牌價錢都幾貴,介乎$128-$148。午餐沒有單點,全部套餐,即湯加主菜加飲料。價錢UCC勝一回!:((2:2)出菜了,服務出了少少問題,湯與主菜一起來。依家唔係茶餐廳嘛,一家grand嘅餐廳咁搞法,先食是但一樣嘢另一樣一定會凍。 唔好玩啦,茶餐廳想快d翻檯先咁樣出菜。先飲個湯,嘩!又出事!個captain sell個蘑菇湯話冇加奶油,會健康d。但飲落去完全沒有香嘅蘑菇味。主要係水加生粉出來嘅混合物,好難飲! 人地其他地方d湯包都係熱辣辣,外脆內軟的,但係呢片咁嘅嘢就超冇性格,做麵包做到你咁真係失敗!呢一回一敗塗地,輸比UCC! (2:3)主菜係明太子汁帶子意大利粉。明太子有香味,ok。 但係d義粉質感怪怪地,有d似伊麵。唔好玩啦,比咁貴來食伊麵?d帶子就仲細過啊媽過年煑齋d乾謠柱,完全冇味道! 金燕島的大名聽得太多了,今天去完睇鐵金剛Skyfall,便指定要來這裏試試出名的潮州菜。由舊鋪星光行搬到來呢到,到底質素有沒有影響呢,真的要試過先知。門面不錯,但需要客人攀爬幾堂樓梯先可以到飯堂,老人家及殘障人士就有點困難。 香港食市應多留意這點!來到有名的食市,一定要試試佢地d名菜。傷荷包,赴湯蹈火,在所不辭。 正五九最好食咩呢?當然係蟹啦! 先點一個潮州凍蟹。蟹身肉實膏多,蟹箝鮮甜到漏!超好味,$500一隻,抵食!跟住嚟咗個潮州翅,$300幾蚊一碗來講翅身都算粗,湯底鮮甜,有一種舊式酒樓火候烹調出來的味道,絕對無得投訴。食潮州菜不可缺少的一道菜,就是鹵水鵝片豆腐。鵝片是我在香港雲雲餐廳食過最淋最入味的一個地方。豆腐滲透了鹵水,你現在閉上眼,試試幻想一下,一邊吃滲透了鹵水的豆腐,一邊享受美酒,一生何求呢? 酒樓需留意一下的就是鵝身較肥,皮下脂肪幾厚,同來貨商回饋一下啦。再來石榴雞。石榴雞造工精巧,外皮薄薄,內藏餡料,回味無窮。太飽飽了,沒有叫甜品了,但都一定不可以放過雙面黃!雙面黃煎得好好,表面脆脆,內裡濕潤,加點糖吃,好好味!金燕島咁好味,下次拉埋鐵金剛黎呢到一齊試試喔!:)…Read More

日日做到冇停手、冇停手!終於到星期五啦,食翻個悠閒午餐先!2點來到,仍然人很多,但服務員都分派了一張不錯的位置給我 :)。點了一個午市套餐,有南瓜湯,主菜是牛肉天使麵,最後仲包一個餐茶,我點了熱咖啡,成為$108。南瓜湯濃度適中,有口感,但可以熱一點就更加好。牛肉天使麵:牛肉一粒一粒,沒有什麼特色,但都算好淋,幾好啦。麵嘅硬度算係港式嗰種,比較淋,喜歡意大利正中 al dente 的做法就會有點失望。如果想要甜品,可以以優惠價加進套餐價錢。但我見到隔里d人點左果D芝士餅個樣都唔係太好,重有另外一台話D waffle好鬼硬,硬得來內面D粉又散搔搔,所以都係米搞喇!咖啡不錯,大家不妨可以試試!來到這裏食晏,我覺得大部份人都係想為拿那個悠閒的感覺,多過注重食物質素。我本人亦一樣,沒有太大期望,但最終來了的食物,今日給我一個小小的驚喜,味道都不錯。但係可能已經2點多了,服務員有些好像做到有心無力,反應慢了一點點,我向你們致敬。整體來說,我是滿意這頓午餐的。 …Read More

食物質素可以,但服務員嚴重不足

星期日晚上,很想食上海菜. 近近哋, 選擇咗時代廣場那一家小南國. 整體來說食物一般, 尚算可以。最大問題就是服務員的數量嚴重不足,服務員的態度已經做到有點怪怪的。開茶給我們已遇到問題。最初,沒有人開茶給我們。這個問題算了,也是一個不嚴重的問題,有時候其他酒樓亦會遇到這個問題。好了茶到嗱,本來叫左一壺白開水加一壺鐵觀音,結果是來了一壺白開水。好了送菜來啦,開餐!因為食上海菜食物比較油的關係,我喜歡喝茶、一邊進食,因此,喝茶喝多了。不自不覺服務員也把兩壺茶拿進廚房裏加添,但回來的時候,竟變了兩壺普洱茶 搞什麼?全場服務員當時又不知去嗮邊度,一個人都冇,等咗好耐先叫佢地搞番掂兩壺茶。食物水準雖然可以,但以咁嘅價錢,得到咁嘅服務,確實市面上真係有好多其他上海菜嘅選擇。希望餐廳留意一下啦!…Read More
