This restaurant has an outdoor camping vibe. Upon entering, the first thing you notice is the spacious interior, with just the right amount of distance between tables, maintaining privacy while allowing for conversation. The atmosphere is comfortable, making it a place where you'd want to sit and chat with friends for a long time. This time, we ordered Wagyu beef to grill, which made the cooking process quite fun.For starters, we chose the golden fried chicken cartilage. Each piece was fried to a golden, crispy perfection, incredibly tasty, with a thin layer of crispy skin adding a great texture. This appetizer is not only delicious but also visually appealing.For the main course, we ordered thick-cut beef tongue. It consisted of five large pieces of beef tongue, each marinated to perfection. We grilled it just right, resulting in an ideal texture for the beef tongue.The Miyazaki Wagyu beef was also a highlight, including Chabadon, special beef ribs, shoulder triangle, and friend triangle. I personally loved the Chabadon most, which is close to the rib part, with visible fat, smooth texture, and full of flavor.The friend triangle is the triangle part of the thigh, which has more marbling. We only slightly grilled it, making the texture tender and the oil rich, creating a memorable taste.The special beef ribs, another one of our main dishes, were thick and balanced in meat and fat. This dish itself has a soy sauce flavor, tender and savory, tempting you to eat more.The shoulder meat was thick and balanced in meat and fat content. Compared to other parts, it was more tender, had a stronger beef flavor, and was chewy.Of course, we couldn't miss the Japanese white rice. I recently had the pleasure of visiting a truly unique restaurant tucked away in the bustling area of Tsim Sha Tsui. This culinary gem specializes in Tempura and Sukiyaki, two traditional Japanese dishes, and it was an experience that left a lasting impression. The moment you step inside, you are greeted by an authentic Japanese ambiance, which perfectly sets the stage for the culinary journey ahead.The service at this restaurant is meticulously attentive, providing a personal touch that enhances the entire dining experience. Simultaneously, the presentation of the food, or the 'plating,' as it is known, was nothing short of exquisite, with each dish being a visual masterpiece.Our culinary adventure began with an assortment of appetizers. The first was a delicately prepared black clam, followed by a Hokkaido white asparagus served with a rich egg yolk vinegar sauce. The appetizer round was completed with a refreshingly juicy tomato accompanied by a tangerine peel, providing a zest that balanced the dish beautifully.The restaurant's specialty, a squid steamed egg infused with yuzu flavor, was nothing short of breathtaking. This was followed by a variety of tempura items, each served with yuzu salt and a puree of radish. I had the chance to try the 'lazy shrimp' tempura and a creamy speciality from Ehime prefecture for the first time - both were memorable.The sukiyaki was a feast in itself. Just run into this restaurant after work, because the location was quite nice. i just saw it after coming out of office and friend suggest to try out this new restaurant.At first i was very sceptical because i was very picky on fish. If the fish not fresh or frozen for too long, it will had a very bad taste and i dislike it very much.However, back to the restaurant, look at the view, that was a rainy day but the view was very good. We quite enjoy the view, that is a bonus.We start our dinner with the taiwan style snack. The must order was the soft chicken bone. That is absolute banger. They deep fried it and coat it like those chicken nugget you can get in taiwan. I like it very much. I had to give it 10/10.The fish was fine. Not have the bad taste is a win for me. The flavour was ok, i can accept;. Not too spicy nor sour.The drink was alright, but the dessert was abit sweet. 我們看到這家新開張的餐廳,門口非常具有鄉村特色,我們打算嘗試些湖南菜。每一道菜都有不同的風味,價錢在40幾至50蚊之間,並不算太貴。我們四個人點了幾道比較招牌的菜色。幸好這家新店開張有不同的折扣,當日就有5折。我們還點了鮮炒黃牛肉,這道菜有很強的鑊氣,牛肉份量足夠,調味完全,與飯一起食用更佳。本身就会有高壓鍋煮的紅薯飯,2個人分食,每人都能吃一碗,飯中散發出濃郁的紅薯香氣,米飯軟嫩且香味濃郁。我們還點了蒜蓉粉絲蝦仁,绝对是必点因为个粉丝吃起来不会烂又不会太死咸。虾就是已经去壳了所以吃起来都不会麻烦。个人非常推。我們點了鮑魚辣椒肉,辣度適中,鮑魚非常美味,每一粒都非常嫩滑。其中最令人驚喜的是一種類似於白木耳的食材,口感爽脆,吸收了辣汁後非常入味。牛肉也非常嫩滑,我們還可以自己翻煮一下,這樣就不會變冷。我們也點了爽口的胖豆芽,豆芽新鮮,口感爽脆,味道上里面算清淡的,帶有甜味,非常推薦給喜歡吃豆芽的人。最後,打卡就送左每人一杯1L的香水檸檬茶。檸檬茶口感清甜,份量超大。记得同他拿卷同环保袋。下一次可以300减100.…查看更多

So today, me and a couple of pals hit up this all-you-can-eat Japanese place, and like always, the scene's pretty much the same wherever you go. It all comes down to how fresh the grub is and how fast it hits your table. But the place we tried? Not bad at all, gotta say.We kicked things off with a couple of shrimp sashimi varieties: amaebi (that's sweet shrimp) and akaebi (red shrimp). If you're asking me, go for the amaebi. Sweet as can be. Both of 'em had a nice bite to 'em, and with sashimi, freshness is the game. Fall short on that and it's game over.Next up, we got chum salmon sliced super thin with sea urchin soy sauce and some needlefish sashimi. The chum salmon totally surprised me – no fishy taste that usually gets on my nerves. It was slightly sweet, and the slices were just perfect.After digging the shrimp, I thought I'd give the Thai-style tiger shrimp sashimi a shot. These guys were a bit different, had a springy texture that felt pretty good. But they weren't as sweet as the first two shrimp we had.The star of the show? The drunken abalone, marinated in huadiao wine. Man, that abalone packed a punch. The wine marinade really brought out the natural sweetness and bumped up the flavor.Ended the meal with stir-fried Chinese kale with black bean sauce. To top it off, it was served with a fluffy, buttery croissant. Breaking that croissant into tiny, bite-sized pieces and then soaking them in the soup? Absolute heaven! It's a combo I'd highly recommend.For my main, I opted for the chicken breast option, and boy, was it a good decision. The chicken was incredibly juicy. You know when you cut into it, and it's slightly pink on the inside, that's when you know it's been cooked to perfection. But the real MVP of this dish? The gravy. It was packed with flavor and it just elevated the whole dish. Not to mention, it complemented the side of potatoes incredibly well. Me and my friend was plan to visit this restaurant during out lunch break but everytime the queue was too long for a 1 hour lunch break.Then we happen to walkby this time and there was only few persons queue for then we were so excited to wait for it.I order the most recommend one because I dont want to miss out anything that this restaurant can offer. That also one of the golden rules that i comply since i able to affort food, alway go for the recommend one, if they manage to fail you on that, then you wont need to think about they can put on plate.The noodle portion was average, not alot for adult i would say. It was a little pricy but still manage because the location play a very huge part in it. The meat was very tender, you could add some chilly oil if you look for some spiciness.The taste was great, the seasoning was not too over, i would had to give credit the chef. I was alway craving for a authentic Malaysia food, that is where I come across this mixed restaurant that offer Singapore and Malaysia food that can settle my desire.Out of four person, all of us were ordering different food. For me definitely the curry mee will come into my eye. The broth was pretty as a national food in between Malaysia and Singapore. On side there was chicken that i will alway go back for it.Beside from that, I had to give the restaurant for the teh tarik, it quite hard to find a decent one around in Hong Kong. People ask what the different between Hong Kong milk tea and teh tarik, the answer come down to the milk and the sweet level. If the teh tarik no sweet enough, its not a good teh tarik, mark my words.Overall, the dining experience was great, the price was OK since it locate at such area. We try out this Vietnamese restaurant near the Wongkok area. Had to say this was quite surprise me for the first time, because the portion for two person was huge.The star of the meal was, of course, the Pho. The broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles were perfectly cooked, and the beef was tender.The generous helping of fresh herbs and bean sprouts on the side allowed us to customize our bowls to our liking. This was truly a comforting, hearty dish that we'd highly recommend to any Pho lovers out there.Beside from Pho, we do order side snack but too underestimate the portion of the snack. It was worth the try for, the food taste great. I had to say, i did not expect the overall food quality to be this high.Overall, the service was alright, but the food does cover for that part. The infamous Taiwanese Beef noodles that cook with no MSG.This bowl of beef noodles comes with a soft-boiled egg, and the broth is rich without any added MSG. It's subtly spiced with a hint of Sichuan pepper. The portion of beef is quite generous, with probably more than six slices, each thick and tender. The noodles I ordered were thick and chewy, soaking up the flavors of the beef broth. Personally, I think adding the soft-boiled egg is a must—the soft whites and rich yolk add a burst of flavor.We did ordered another Three Treasures Beef Noodles, which includes beef shank, beef tendon, and beef rib. All the beef was well cook, tender and flavorful. The broth had a spicy kick, but the ingredients were well-seasoned. The beef ribs were succulent, and you could taste every strand of meat. Even the noodles, paired with fresh and crisp lettuce, were delightful.We also ordered some appetizers, including sweet and sour meatballs, spicy pig intestine salad, spicy beef tendon salad, and spicy duck blood tofu.
