根據中醫,一天三餐中,早餐應該是最豐富的,因為經過一晚八小時的睡眠,早上起來時血糖變低,此時應該來一個豐富早點以提供一天的能量,而且最好是容易消化的食物。午餐能是正常份量,因為還有半天的工作未完成,然後晚餐只要少量食物,以助入睡。這樣便是最健康的飲食模式。這份具份量的早餐只是$26元,試問以現今香港的物價,二十多元可能連M記也未必買得到,但這個早餐以如此平宜的價錢,質素卻令人滿意:炒蛋十分幼滑,多士的充滿牛油香,包著火腿和炒蛋便成了一份可口的三文治。雪菜肉絲米粉軟硬度剛好,加上一小匙不太辣油令麵更香,最後辣辣的口喝一口檸檬茶,美好的一天便精神抖擻的開始了:)但如果通風設備可以改善便不用帶著一身茶記味上班了。…Read More
