今日同男朋友去咗薯仔屋電影餐廳食飯凱撒沙律凱撒沙律一上枱，簡直令人眼前一亮，因為除咗佢本身嘅麵包碎之外，上面仲放咗一塊大大塊嘅蒜蓉包，一咬落去充滿蒜蓉牛油嘅香味，雖然罪惡，對於鍾意carbohydrates的我，實在係魔鬼式。軟殼蟹配煙肉蘆筍卷意大利麵隻軟殼蟹足有我半塊面咁大，仲要原隻上，老闆真係不計成本!個sauce完全唔油膩，但又完全可以做到掛汁嘅現象，意粉係al dente，一路食一路充滿香草同埋紫洋蔥嘅香味，簡直魅力沒法擋！鐵板黑椒肉眼扒&虎蝦配薯菜一上主菜, 見到燒至紅紅火熱既鐵板,放上大量薯條,薯菜墊底,上層放著一隻超大虎蝦熱辣辣,霧煙的牛扒好吸引切開肉眼,一陣牛肉香及黑椒香味撲鼻而來 影完相再食都仍然好嫩滑有肉汁,牛扒厚切,肉味夠濃郁,加埋極香既黑椒汁 至於虎蝦蝦肉彈牙, 薯條嘅份量亦都好多西班牙咖啡雪糕至於西班牙雪糕咖啡,將呍呢嗱味意式雪糕溝埋特濃咖啡度, 雪糕有奶香味, 飲落好順滑，啡奶既比例好好蜜桃威尼斯由於小編今日已經飲咗咖啡啦，所以就試吓蜜桃威尼斯，佢係有氣蜜桃汁，再加上軟雪糕，蜜桃汁飲落就知係日本有氣蜜桃汁，佢既係飲品又係甜品，一次滿足兩個願望!…Read More

菠蘿炒飯今次食嘅菠蘿炒飯絕對係我見到有最多料嘅一次,入面有青口、蝦、魷魚、腰果、肉鬆、番茄、青瓜、菠蘿、提子,放喺蛋炒飯上面,菠蘿下面仲有白菜作為點綴。蛋炒飯同埋海鮮經過回鍋,米飯粒粒分明有口感,蝦肉嫩,而菠蘿肉有爽感,證明都係好新鮮。至於份量絕對唔使擔心,三個人食都冇問題。👌椰奶雞湯雞肉同埋草菇嘅份量幾多,而雞肉口感嫩滑彈牙。湯底少少酸辣加上微甜椰奶，附上南薑香茅等香料,非常濃郁開胃。除此之外佢口感清新少油,絕對適合on diet嘅朋友。椰汁千層糕佢今次上嘅椰汁千層糕係熱身嘅,證明係蒸完即刻攞出嚟 。原本我以為凍嘅椰汁千層糕好食啲,但我試完反而覺得熱身嘅千層糕入口即溶,更加帶到椰汁嘅甜度出嚟,而佢黏黏嘅口感我更加鍾意。芒果沙冰 & 椰汁三色冰經典嘅泰式飲品,椰汁三色冰甜度同椰奶味都好多,可惜綠色粉條同埋紅豆糯米就比較少。芒果沙冰絕對係夏天嘅清甜消暑飲品,飲嗰陣嗰陣都唔會太過冰令到牙骹痛。如果芒果沙冰入面仲有幾粒芒果肉就更加perfect！Pineapple fried riceThe pineapple fried rice I had this time was definitely the one with the most ingredients I have ever seen. 話說小編今日食咗subway土瓜灣嘅subway喺8月31號開幕之前都有一段時間非常之多人食所以排隊都會排到去店舖出面已知道等待時間都非常之長所以小編係喺人潮過去嘅時間去食嘅所以先至隔咗一個月先出食評我嗌咗六吋嘅12號餐火雞胸火腿潛艇堡包就選咗意大利香草包原本想要蜜糖燕麥包但係土瓜灣間subway經常都冇貨呢個就係一個幾大嘅弊處裏面嘅餡料有兩塊火雞胸肉同埋兩塊火腿另外有兩塊芝士同埋蔬菜小編好鍾意食生菜同埋洋蔥所以就叫subway嘅職員俾多啲但係試過好幾次佢哋都好似無動於衷今次職員更加唔記得加墨西哥辣椒同埋酸瓜令到食落去嘅層次比較單一因為墨西哥辣椒會為潛艇堡帶嚟辣味同埋惹味酸瓜會帶來酸味有呢兩樣配料 味道就會更加多元化不過總體來講我認為成個潛艇堡都可以接受今次比較好彩 入面嘅蔬菜比較多所以都比較飽肚一般來講 我自己比較喜歡同朋友一齊嗌同樣嘅款式因為一尺嘅潛艇堡比起嗌六吋抵而且如果配餐嘅話 兩塊曲奇可以一齊分始終配餐要加$18但係剩係得兩塊曲奇同埋一罐汽水性價比唔太高另外一樣值得提嘅就係食完之後記得登入返佢哋嘅網站做返佢哋嘅問卷咁下次幫襯嘅時候就可以有免費嘅曲奇啦…Read More

今日同男朋友去咗土瓜灣榛尚嘅聚聚。店內環境餐廳裝修別具一格,帶點雅緻和簡約。值得一提既係佢入面有唔少梳化卡位,坐得非常舒服！今次嗌咗佢嘅二人套餐, 因為唔單止有優惠價($582), 仲可以一次過試曬好多種唔同嘅菜式,🤤冰鎮荔枝蕃茄車厘茄浸喺荔枝汁入面,既有車厘茄嘅爽口,亦都吸收咗荔枝嘅甜度。荔枝咬落去多汁小酸,味甘絕口。絕對係夏日嘅開胃小菜。雙色流心皮蛋用咗紅薑蓉同青椒蓉達成雙色,紅薑唔會太辣所以大多數人都接受到。糖心皮蛋流心部份黏口滑溜。椰皇燉珍寶花膠雖然驟眼睇個椰皇唔係好大,但係入面有好大嚿肥口彈牙嘅花膠。雞湯食起呢比較鮮甜,而啲雞肉都唔會煮到太老。而佢嗰啲椰子肉已經燉得好淋,一刮就甩。香草金稻帆立貝入面唔單止有燒茄子、草菇同炸米糠,仲有香草忌廉汁搭上香煎帆立貝。就算有咗香草汁,啲米糠仍然脆身唔會淋。嫩滑無骨雞伴濃湯翡翠苗翡翠苗同埋雞肉都非常嫩,食落去唔會覺得老。而佢嘅上湯都非常有雞嘅鮮味。火焰脆皮豬手(配黑椒汁/芥末沙律醬/香草汁)上菜嗰陣時侍應仲會表演埋點火,觀賞性十足(啱曬打卡!)。個豬手皮香脆得嚟都唔會太硬,啲肉嫩滑得嚟又唔會太鹹,我會話佢啱啱恰到好處,所以就算唔太鍾意食豬手嘅人都可以一試。配上佢三隻醬汁更加令人開胃！霸王沙巴仔沙巴仔配上花椒同甜椒,食落去有些微麻辣,所以涼粉同魚肉就吸曬佢嘅辣汁。魚肉彈牙鮮甜,都算係幾新鮮。楊枝甘露入面嘅芒果香甜可口,新鮮飽滿。西米圓潤爽滑,而且比較大粒。汁底方面,芒果醬香濃順滑,牛奶味自然唔膩。桂花糕睇落晶瑩剔透,帶一點微甜,而桂花質感細膩,食起上嚟亦係清香可口。椰絲脆麻花麻花唔太厚實,甚至係有啲薄,當然都係脆身喇。佢嘅椰絲同埋糖漿未去到好多,所以都唔會膩。菠蘿椰汁特飲夏日嘅消暑小品,有菠蘿加椰汁,上到去聚聚嘅話都要出唔少汗,我哋一坐低佢就已經畀咗菠蘿椰汁特飲我哋,呢一點就係比較貼心。🥰InteriorThe restaurant is decorated in a unique way, with a bit of elegance and simplicity.
