The restaurant is on the third floor amid a variety of decent restaurants. We had expected at least mediocre service and food. HOWEVER, everything was disappointing. The waiter (male) was fine and smart but the waitress (female) at night was rude and mean. She seemed nicer to other male customers though. In terms of food, even the tea was low quality. 食物其實尚可，但不要對服務有任何期望。我站在一旁等待侍應set枱，帶枱男侍應帶一位男客人進去，説了句「唔該，唔好阻住。」我無言，其實説一句「唔該借一借」便可，不是人類的基本禮儀嗎？然後整間餐廳只有女侍應在周圍走，男侍應都百無聊賴，到我差不多吃完，才看見兩位男侍應已經開始工作了一會兒。送餐的女侍應也不遑多讓，送麵包來的時候沒有送上牛油，送意大利麵的時候沒有送上餐具。最後當然我叫了一開始的男侍應幫我留意一下有沒有窗邊位的人離開，也是沒有理會過。如此垃圾的Cova我還是第一次見，如想食Cova還是去其他分店吧。…Read More
