說來慚愧, 出咗黎工作之後已經好少同屋企人飲早茶, 有假期都想瞓晏D. 今日的起心肝, 同爸爸媽媽出去飲下早茶, 呼吸下清新空氣. 本身諗住去樓下的酒樓近近地, 但難得早起身, 不如去遠少少搵下D 好味D的野食. 去到觀塘宜安街呢間手作點心餐廳, 試下久違了的手作點心味道. 呢間舖頭幾得意, 裝修似係Café咁, 環境幾舒適. 而且有戶外座位, 如果一個人黎的話一忠兩件嘆杯菜都唔錯. 因為雙親大人都比較喜歡食傳統點心. 我地叫咗蝦餃, 燒賣, 灌湯餃, 牛栢葉, 馬拉糕等傳統點心蝦餃 – 蝦肉彈牙, 皮薄但好爽, 好味!佢有半份(2粒)可以叫, 燒賣 – 豬肉好香, 唔會過甜, 味道啱啱好, 大大粒好豐富  同樣地可以叫半份(2粒)灌湯餃 – 灌湯餃係香港已經好難食到, 原因為多工夫而且成本高, 而且未必整得好味. 而呢間灌湯餃做得好的一點係佢湯夠濃. 裏面D料新鮮, 原本清湯再配合多種唔同食材而成的味道, 好濃郁! 牛栢葉 – 牛栢葉唔會太硬, 味道適中, 啱晒老人嫁食 馬拉糕 – 可能因為情意結, 我真係好鍾意食馬拉糕. 食落去軟綿綿, 甜甜地, 好親切的感覺手作點心最吸引地方就係用料夠新鮮, 唔會用雪藏料大量製造. 當然成本應該會高好多, 但食物味道真係好好多. 提外話, 我地早餐仲有優惠, $2 可以換一碗粥, 碗粥都好大碗而且材料份量都好足夠. 手作點心可以做到呢個價錢真係非常抵食. 希望香港可以繼續保留多D手作點心的小店!…Read More

經過旺角成日都見到泉章居好多人排隊, 聽母親大人講話佢係老字號, 以前好受歡迎. 今日一家人出去食飯, 就諗住試下. 我地5個人接Booking 小姐話只有6pm 的枱, 而且只可食2小時. 雖然早咗D, 但我地都唔介意早D去.我地叫咗個套餐(無記錯應該$468), 有半隻雞同埋一湯三餸首先係泉章居ge招牌雞, 雖然雞肉唔算好滑, 但雞有雞味, 半隻雞份量都好足夠, 算係唔錯湯 – 普通例湯, 飲得出無加味清, 湯料算多琵琶豆腐 – 炸得外脆內軟, 老人家們都很喜歡梅菜扣肉 – 梅菜偏甜, 而腩肉都幾鬆化, 如果做得好D可以再嫰滑D豉汁蒸大鱔 – 呢個整得好好味, 唔會有醒味, 而且食得出條鱔好新鮮, 推介!!我地最後叫多咗份甜品 – 茶果呢樣係比較失望的菜式, 可能同我想像中的不同吧, 食落個味道似馬拉糕, 但實心而且唔鬆軟, 個人不是太合口味我見6點鐘已經好多人入座, 好快坐滿, 我諗好多上一輩的人都喜歡呢份情意結多過佢D菜色的味道. 香港老店已經越黎越少, 雖然有好多地方的菜都出色過佢, 但個人黎講, 食飯除咗食味道, 亦都係食感情的, 見老人家食得開心, 我都好開心. 希望香港可以保留多D老店…Read More

好耐都無食雞煲, 心癢癢又Call 班friend 出黎聚一聚. 今次我地試呢間尚上下夏, 貪佢有得揀部位同埋鴛鴦煲, 4個人可以多D選擇.我地叫左一邊辣一邊唔辣, 而雞部位就全部都係雞脾, 貪佢夠嫰滑. 辣個邊雞煲好惹味, 花椒味都好香, 同埋好多配料. 而唔辣個邊d雞都好入味! 佢D配料裏面仲加埋豬皮, 煲煲下索晒D汁好好味!佢都比左好多醬料我地, 但因為雞煲同埋個邊爐配料都好夠味, 醬料結果用得唔多~其實我地食完個雞煲都半飽. 到第二round 加湯打邊撈, 我地就叫咗藥膳湯底同埋番茄湯. 主要材料就叫咗佢地ge 海鮮同蔬菜. 有一樣野抵讚ge 就係佢地D雞唔會太肥搞到成鍋都係油, 就算加湯落去打邊爐都幾清.海鮮方面, 佢地個聖子同埋扇貝都好新鮮好大隻, 原本想試埋鮑魚, 不過個日我地遲咗去, 所以已經賣晒. 手打三色滑都幾夠工夫, 全部都幾彈牙. 後黎叫左個雜菇籃同埋蔬菜籃, 有好多款同埋份量都好足夠. 呢個價錢食靚料火鍋其實幾抵!呀仲有! 我地後尾叫咗個稻庭鳥冬, 佢同個蕃茄湯真係好夾好好味, 反而夾落藥膳湯就一般, 但D菇同個藥膳湯就好夾. 有鴛鴦煲其實幾好, 可以試到唔同口味, 可以帶出唔同食材的味道!…Read More
