一直都想試吓啲炒雪糕，今次嚟到葵涌廣場，無意中發現咗呢間小店。呢度啲炒雪糕可以自行配搭口味同配料，加入雪糕一齊炒嘅配料有Oreo同阿華田餅，都幾得意。自己唔想太甜最後揀咗白色雲呢拿加士多啤梨做炒嘅配料。店員好快手就將士多啤梨打碎，同雪糕混合埋一齊，然後將變硬咗嘅雪糕卷成幾卷放入紙杯，灑上其他配料，賣相吸引嘅炒雪糕就大功告成。粉紅色嘅炒雪糕卷到好似一朵朵玫瑰花，好特別，女仔見到一定好鍾意。味道方面唔係太甜，加左啲甜嘅配料就啱啱好啦。雖然口感有點硬，但雪糕唔會溶得太快，如果可以慢慢的與另一半分享，會很浪漫呢！…Read More

星期六午飯時間來到這間翡翠小籠包，餐廳已經坐滿了人，幸好等了一會兒便有位。餐牌滿是傳統又吸引的食物，但我們當然要試試這裏招牌嘅小籠包。點了的食物很快便到，小籠包果然是皮薄餡靚，賣相不錯，之前吃過很多普通酒樓做出來的都有一陣豬氣味，但這家做出來的一點也沒有。咬下去湯汁慢慢的流出來，與肉餡配合得相當的得宜，那種正宗的滋味真是令人食過返尋味 ！這裏的生滾粥也是十分高水準。我們點的生滾斑球粥粥底十分厚，質感綿綿，味道剛剛好，加入蔥段口感亦帶來清新。粥的用料也很豐富，這個價錢吃到大大塊的斑球已算是不錯。最後我們也試了這裏的四川擔擔麵，麻醬味的湯底不會太辣，是可以的，然而拉麵的質感比較粗糙 ，不能吸收到麻醬的味道，這是比較遜色。這間餐廳比一般酒樓的價錢貴了一點，但食物質素卻保持得不錯。如果你是吃厭了普通酒樓的人，可以試試這家，或許能得帶給你另一翻滋味呢！…Read More

嚟東寶食飯記住要一早打電話去訂枱，唔係嘅話就會好似我哋咁要等成一頭半個鐘先至有位。晚上餐廳座無虛席， 四周圍都相當嘈吵，非常熱鬧。 中英日文對照嘅餐牌選擇十分繁多， 有成幾百款菜式，令人眼花繚亂，我哋好唔容易先揀到幾款心水菜式。首先就有菜名充滿着'邪惡'色彩嘅敗家仔炒飯。 但是分量和用料一點也不邪惡，灑在面頭嘅瑤柱絲好多， 幾乎每一口都可以吃到蝦肉和帶子， 整個炒飯炒得恰到好處，食落一D都唔會覺得油膩，味道和囗感剛好。 這碟炒飯起碼足夠四個人吃， 而且可以吃得很飽呢!接着點嘅啫啫雞煲火喉相當十足， 上菜時啫啫聲響，散發出一陣陣充滿著燒烤味嘅白煙，令人食指大動。雞肉口感肥美，又炆得入味， 唯一不好的地方只是味道有一點兒咸， 整體上還不錯。最後一道一定要推介嘅係蟹粥，香滑嘅粥底加入螃蟹， 味道相當清甜。 蟹嘅肉質很豐厚和新鮮，還帶着一層層嘅蟹膏，這可算是我吃過最好吃嘅一道蟹粥。雖然食物質素相當好，但環境就不是所有人都能夠接受。到了八時多，食店便會大開喇叭播歌，而一大班食客繼而聞歌起舞，情緒十分高漲，吵耳得很。假如你喜歡熱鬧，這當然沒有什麼大問題，而且更可以融入其中。然而你希望找個比較靜嘅環境傾計，東寶絕不是一個理想嘅選擇。…Read More

元朗有好多特色嘢食，今次就想試下平民化 嘅大排檔。見到呢間特別多人，就諗住去試下。 餐牌款式多，但菜式有點兒普通。 我們點了幾款特價小菜，有雜菜煲、田雞煲、燒雞及椒鹽魷魚等等。啫啫田雞煲沒有啫啫聲，這卻是比較好吃的一碟菜， 豬潤爽口，而田雞的肉質豐富， 味道算是不錯。椒鹽鮮魷炸得很脆囗，其實不用沾椒鹽味道已經足夠，與炸蒜蓉和紅辣椒粒一起吃感覺很棒，頗有避風塘的風味。然而，雜菜煲的味道很鹹， 份量又少，只有生菜和粉絲， 如不是點了幾碗白飯的話根本難以吃得下。 燒雞也是又鹹又乾， 只有約四分之一隻， 幾個人根本不夠分。畢竟這兩碟都是56元的特價小菜，要求不可以太高。個人認為不算是太抵食，但吸引了不少元朗的街坊和遊客前來光顧，而且越夜越熱鬧， 這固然有它的賣點和魅力 。光顧大排檔並不要太著重於食物質素，而是感受一下那股熱鬧的氣氛，體驗那種獨特的本土飲食文化。…Read More

嚟到元朗，大家心思思要去食佳記甜品。食店座無虛席，我哋等左差唔多十分鐘先有位。餐牌上嘅甜品款式相當多，但我們還是選擇了招牌的B仔涼粉。整盆涼粉的份量相當足，材料盛得滿滿的，足足有四個人嘅份量，相當抵食。涼粉賣相吸引，色彩繽紛，除了普通水果如西瓜、哈密瓜、奇異果和龍眼外，最特別是加入大樹菠蘿，這種水果很少吃到，雖然我不是太喜歡吃這水果，但配以涼果及椰果，加上涼粉又沒有如想像中苦澀，口味還是十分棒的!吃完涼粉還不夠喉，當然還要嚐嚐那些小食。 小食當中最馳名的就是蒜茸香辣雞翼尖，在店外排隊時已聞到陣陣的蒜蓉香味，驟眼所看，好像差不多每一枱都會點那小食。 雞翼尖炆得恰到好處，相當入味，蒜香味和辣椒味互相配合，真是好吃到停不了口。除此之外，我們還點了腸粉和炸魚蛋。魚蛋就一般般啦，腸粉很滑，口感還不錯。佳記不愧為元朗必吃之選，食物美味抵食之餘價錢又平民化。每次來到元朗，必定要光顧一番!…Read More

有機會同屋企人出嚟飲下茶,今次選了唐宮壹號, 雖然知道有啲貴, 但聽聞啲點心又精緻又有水準, 所以大家都想試下 。早茶時段唔係太多人，我哋一到就有位。餐廳一個個鳥籠嘅佈置充滿特色， 環境亦十分舒適。點心嘅選擇都頗多， 我哋就隨意咁點左幾款同鳥有關嘅美點。 這款甜在蛋窩嘅賣相相當吸引， 小雞造型嘅鹹水角十分可愛逼真， 令人有點兒不捨得吃。 然而，點心的精髓卻是藏在蛋殼裏的那個蛋黃， 蛋黃並不是真正蛋黃，而是用芒果汁製作而成的，入口即溶，超好食！ 嚟到唐宮，大家一定要試下出名嘅燒乳鴿， 特價每隻只係三十八蚊。 雖然比較細隻，但可以炸到皮脆肉嫩，又唔多油，口感一流， 咁好食既乳鴿真係少有。花雕醉雞又係另外一碟令人回味無窮嘅菜式， 香純清新既花雕酒在雞肉裏滲透， 酒既苦澀味並沒有蓋過肉嘅鮮味， 兩者配合得恰到好處。花雕酒行氣活血， 可以進補一下呢！沙律春卷看起來就比較普通， 不過餡料份量充足， 炸得鬆脆， 伴已千島醬來吃整體還可以。最後我哋叫咗冰涼西瓜糕做甜品， 賣相很精緻，但好細件下，味道就不是太甜又不是太淡， 相比起其他點心就比較遜色了。 所謂少吃多滋味， 在唐宮你可以細味各種有創意又富有特色的點心， 少少嘅幾件點心已經可以令你回味無窮， 相約三五知己和家人到那裏聚聚，為繁忙的生活加添一點品味吧！…Read More

As a small restaurant specializes in selling omelette rice, the menu choices are rather limited. Curry lovers should be impressed by the combination sets of omelette rice. We ordered omelette rice with curry and cream sauce, demi glace sauce burger, and octopus and seaweed salad. The omelette rice embraced the perfect match of smooth omelette egg and rice. While the cream sauce mixed with diced chicken was savoury, the curry sauce was slightly spicy and salty. But overall, the fusion of 2 different sauces could strike a balance to serve with the plain rice.The burger, however, was slightly ruined by the bitter glace sauce. Fortunately, the piece of burger was large enough to capture our appetite, and the portion of the rice was fairly enough to get us full.The octopus and seaweed salad was fresh and colorful. The salad dressing was compatible to the sliced octopus and seaweed. The restaurant had attractive menus but no queue outside. My friend and I could get a sit after waiting for around five minutes. Originally, we ordered the $198 two person hot pot set, but the waiter said it had been sold out already. We would rather choose the two person sashimi set as an alternative. The set included a salad, a main course (choose 1 out of 3), a snack (choose 1 out of 4), a sashimi dish (choose 1 out of 3), two cups of $15 or below drinks, as well as single scope ice-cream as the dessert.The food and drinks arrived quickly after the order was made. Looked pretty and healthy, the Caesar Salad with Half Boiled Egg was the only dish I was satisfied with. It was yet quite bland for mixing the salad cream and egg yolk together as the dressing. The main course, Pork Cutlet & Egg Rice Bowl, was really awful. Not only the bowl was so small in size, but also the pork steak was rough and tough to eat. For the snack and sashimi dish, we chose the grilled squid and salmon sashimi respectively. The squid was salty, but it was still acceptable to serve with the salad cream. The salmon sashimi was horrible since the slices were so thin and not fresh enough. Finally, both of us got a single scope ice-cream with green tea flavor. Served with sweet red bean topping, ice-cream was still too bitter.We were quite disappointed with the portion of the dishes. Recommended from the TV programs and food columns, the Cafe de Country Art in Tai Mei Tuk features the fusion of art and food close to the seaside. The facade of the 3-level village house is decorated with colorful wall paintings which can inject vitality and joyfulness to the countryside. My dear friend and I were appealed by the natural decoration of the restaurant and desired to try their food. We ordered 2 set dinners with crab leg meat salad and the specialty roasted chicken respectively. The portion was small, but I loved the food since they were fresh and not greasy. The salad tasted good to sever with the white truffle sauce. As for the roasted chicken, the meat texture and the taste were perfectly matched. The waitresses were nice and friendly. They asked us to guess one of the garnish vegetable for the chicken dish. The appearance looked like lemon slice, but it was Italian Zucchini, a vegetable that we hadn't tried before. We had relaxing chat throughout the dinner. At the end, we got the Sawdust Pudding for free by downloading the restaurant mobile App. The dessert was as soft as ice-cream but not that sweet as I thought of.After the dinner, we visited the museum at the upper floor of the house.
