新蒲崗有一間默默耕耘嘅隱世小店,名叫41B。41B係一間充滿人情味,有老香港冰室感覺嘅茶餐廳。我細細個就食佢,十幾年嚟依舊好食,而價錢亦十分相宜。可惜嘅係好多介紹小店嘅報章雜誌電視節目都冇訪問過佢。可能呢件係一件好事,因為有啲舖頭一出名業主就加租然後就要執。亦有可能個舖位係老闆嘅所以唔憂做哈哈!冇謀體介紹唔代表佢食物質素唔好。相反,41B嘅野食係比好多連鎖快餐店都好。我最鍾意食佢嘅沙嗲牛肉煎蛋麵(蛋牛麵),豉汁豆腐蒸鯇魚飯,同凍檸茶。呢度嘅蛋牛麵有別於一般嘅茶餐廳出品。出面嘅沙嗲牛肉好多跟麵上嘅時候都會配以一pat沙嗲醬,彷彿係要用嗰pat醬去掩蓋牛肉嘅唔新鮮。至於41B,佢地嘅沙嗲牛醃得夠時間就唔使跟麵嗰陣用醬去俾味。牛肉夠味而不咸,食得出牛肉依然有鮮味。麵嘅湯底有煮牛肉嘅牛肉味同沙嗲味,有別於一般嘅普通湯然後自己用pat醬撈個沙嗲湯底。41B嘅蛋牛麵一定係全香港最好食嘅其中一間。除左蛋牛麵,佢地午餐嘅有餸飯亦都好好食。其中我推介豉汁豆腐蒸鯇魚飯。餸同飯係分開,唔要例湯可以轉野飲。即使本身嘅份量已經好夠,但係飯唔夠亦可以添,人情味十足。豆腐滑而不散,鯇魚好滑而唔腥,配以蒸魚豉油餓起上嚟真係可以食三碗飯!凍檸茶亦都係一間茶餐廳嘅靈魂。感覺上好多茶餐廳嘅凍檸茶都係冰比較多檸檬較少,而41B嘅凍檸茶檸檬同茶同冰比例適中。值得一提嘅係佢地嘅茶澀得嚟唔苦,溝出嚟嘅比例亦唔會好水,我形容為有重量嘅凍檸茶。41B係一間唔起眼但估佢唔到咁好食嘅舖頭。今時今日三十蚊以下食到一餐嘅餐廳真係唔多,而好似41B呢種平得嘅個水準又高嘅就真係少之有少。講真我有時都懷疑佢到底有冇錢賺。我文筆唔好,可能有錯字,請見諒。不過希望大家睇完呢篇食評之後可以支持下默默耕耘嘅小店,去下41B,感受下香港買少見少嘅人情味。…Read More
