Big fan of this brand. All the branches across Hong Kong are quite impressive. However, my fiance and I ate there the other night. I ordered Pig Ear and after two minutes of eating it, I heard an audible gasp from the patrons sitting next to us. To my dismay, I witnessed a live baby cockroach that had crawled out from under the pig's ear. twitching its little antennas at me. Upon this discovery, I showed it to the waiter. She didn't even apologize or pretend like it's a big deal how there's friggin' cockroaches in their food. She tried to play it off and handed me a new dish of pig ear. But what's the point of eating the pig ear when you already know that cockroaches live in it?? I am pretty appalled by this whole nonchalant treatment of the matter.
