天氣好熱呀

相信好多人同我一樣真係5想再食熱騰騰飯咁岩喺Facebook有人強烈推介西環一間燒臘鋪，新推出一個冷盤菜，叫菜膽雞。

我覺得好新鮮，於是就行一趟。我去到，就叫左網上推介菜膽雞同一杯冰震酸梅湯消暑解渴菜膽雞望落去好普通！但當我試舊雞好有驚喜，雞肉好嫩滑，仲有骨膠原，芡汁有淡淡清甜西芹味，唔會拎啲雞好油膩，菜吸收哂雞的精華，再加上一杯冰凍酸梅湯簡直一絕！超正
