話咁快就同男友第六個年頭啦!🎂 今年我哋想簡單啲,唔想去嗰啲要着到好靚、食飯都唔敢大聲講嘢嘅西餐廳,反而揀咗呢間我哋之前都好鍾意嘅居酒屋。一入到去,柔和偏黃嘅燈光即刻令人好放鬆,周圍都係木系裝潢,牆上仲有唔少日式海報。雖然環境幾熱鬧,充滿住人哋嘅談笑聲同燒烤嘅香氣,但係坐埋吧枱位,二人世界嘅感覺即刻返晒嚟。🍻我哋今晚嘅目標,就係喺呢片熱鬧之中,搵返屬於我哋嘅紀念日節奏。所以第一樣就點咗餐牌冇嘅 伊佐木刺身 (Daily Special) 😍😍😍😍😍。呢個決定真係冇錯!師傅即叫即切,粉嫩嘅魚肉上面帶有細緻嘅銀色魚皮,賣相已經好吸引。一入口,嘩!魚油嘅甘香瞬間喺口腔爆發,肉質爽彈得嚟又帶點柔韌,鮮甜味十足,完全冇腥味。就係呢一碟刺身,為我哋呢餐飯定下咗一個特別嘅基調,好似同平時嚟食串燒飲啤酒劃咗條界線,話我哋知:今晚,係一個值得慶祝嘅日子。🥰之後嘅 土佐豆腐 😍😍😍😍 就係溫柔嘅配角。炸過嘅豆腐外層掛住一層薄薄嘅醬汁,上面嘅木魚絲仲識跳舞。外皮微韌,入面嘅豆腐滑捋捋,豆味香濃,配埋甜甜哋嘅醬汁,係一道好溫暖開胃嘅前菜。跟住係居酒屋唔少得嘅 雞翼 😍😍😍😍,燒到外皮焦香脆口,但入面嘅肉汁完全鎖住,一咬開啲肉汁就流出嚟,惹味得嚟又唔會太鹹,送酒一流!最後嘅 虎蝦天婦羅 😍😍😍😍 亦處理得好好,個炸漿好薄好脆,一啲都唔油膩,入面隻虎蝦超大隻,肉質彈牙爽口,啖啖肉,點少少天婦羅汁,更加突顯到蝦嘅鮮味。今晚嘅體驗真係好好。原來「儀式感」真係唔需要西裝畢挺、正襟危坐。喺熟悉又充滿人情味嘅居酒屋入面,點一份平時唔會點嘅精緻料理,專心品嚐食物嘅美好,再同身邊嘅人分享嗰份喜悅,呢種感覺反而更加實在同窩心。一個眼神,一啖美食,已經係最溫馨嘅紀念。❤️✨…Read More
