I went there hoping to taste tradition. Their noodles got such a reputation and I had a lot of expectations. Left with great disappointment and will not be returning. Although their noodles tasted very al dente, everything else was very pedestrian. Their wonton and signature dry noodle were both something I can find a better version of at most local places in hk. Their service was also lacking. They were so confused that they gave us the wrong thing and gave us 2 bills. We also ordered a chicken rice which took very long. Went there for lunch one afternoon. It was a bit hard to find because of the dead end street. However, the food was incredible. We ordered the lunch set with goose, rice, and soup. It was very good value and goose had a lot of meat. Service was impeccable as well. They weren’t busy when we went. Probably since they are new. Seating was very comfortable. Will be back!…Read More

They kept pushing us to order the expensive($500+) items. When we don't, they gave us attitude. Food was ok, not worth the attitude with so many options. We ordered respectively, like all their signature items, and we have to push them for the free dessert. No one bother to say thank you and bye when we left.
