呢間泰式流水蝦一路都係我心目中既waiting list上年男友生日想訂位,點知Full Booking朋友最近見到有團購優惠,仲順利訂到枱,滿心歡喜之際原來就係中伏既開始朋友仔一個月前已經電話訂位,黎到Reception,見到老闆坐陣,點知話搵唔到我地Booking,好彩當日仲有位,老闆話Show返通話紀錄比佢睇就OK,最後都順利入座。埋到位,見到個爐咁細都心知不妙...本身個位個到係無蝦既,但坐低無耐,就會有職員黎加蝦,D蝦都大大隻好生猛。老闆知道我地第一次黎,仲有教我點樣燒D海鮮,但我好記得佢講左一句「要燒多D野,塞滿個爐先會快熟。」我個心都泛起左個黑人問號。講講野食種類,海鮮其實都算多既,都算新鮮,蜆大大隻非常Juicy其他都係一D基本既肉類,同有D即食既小食我好欣賞佢地提供左好多泰式既醬料比客人調配一開始個職員會比一碟佢地已經用鹽醃好左既蝦比你地燒,見到D色澤見到D蝦唔太新鮮,放上去燒,好不容易燒完,隻蝦係我目前見過最霉既蝦,一Mit開個蝦殼,蝦頭D膏係奶白色嫁!!!個心已經嚇到離一離,諗住唔食個蝦頭啦,點知Mit個蝦身,D肉霉到不能再霉,等左勁耐先燒熟既蝦,最後都食唔到佢落口。我地放棄左佢送黎個盤蝦,轉戰返係個缸到自己捉,燒完出黎已經超級大分別,D蝦肉好明顯彈牙好多。我地坐左大約個半鐘,發現D野真係超難熟,我地已經塞到個爐滿一滿我地等既過程真係太肚餓,惟有真係不停出去拎熟食,最後我地係靠D熟食同煮左碗船面塞飽自己。唔好話D海鮮,連燒條腸仔都等到天荒地老,中途會有職員黎幫我地個爐加水,加完水都叫好少少,但個職員加水係完全無理過你個爐D食物,就咁係你D食物上面淋水,睇完我地都O左嘴....之後我地見時間淨返唔多,決定主攻食蝦,唔再食其他野,我地叫職員加蝦。呢幕真係觸目驚心,D蝦...幾乎全部都係死既......唉,蝦又食唔到,肉又食唔到,唯有食甜品啦....佢D雪糕又係一大經典,每一個都係融到變左一Pat再雪返硬,我拎左支雪條,心諗點解無雪條棍既,應該係之前融過,令到支雪條棍收左係雪糕入面,D雪糕波波已經唔係球形,係一餅野團購價埋單最後都要$327,真心唔抵,我覺得我去D超頹個D普通韓燒都開心過佢,起碼叫有D野食。我諗呢間野,都係我心目中劣食Top 3....諗住去食既你地就三思一下啦......…Read More

bsmwendy 食後報告;下午5:00-7:30pm7折後$310.40/位熟食及炸物;冬陰功湯、唔多甜嘅蕃薯糖水、炒秋葵、炒大頭蝦、咖哩雞中翼、炒飯、天婦羅炸蝦、炸薯片、扎肉捲、越南春卷、脆皮司華力腸。除流水蝦外的海鮮;帶子、蠔、蟶子(扇貝)、 貴妃蚌、蜆、鮑魚(每人一隻)其他;串燒雞腎、串燒雞肉、幾款丸類、矮瓜、翠玉瓜、娃娃菜、金菇飲品; 正常10款左右有一角落可自滾菜、丸及麵食物種類雖然唔算多,但足夠時間食得飽,各款食物味道都算ok,如果鍾意食大頭蝦嘅就一流,不停添加,全游水生猛,絕對新鮮。 * 食到中途有個靚仔過嚟問我哋食物的味道及海鮮是否新鮮,我覺得幾貼心,起碼會查詢食客嘅感受。

我非常之鍾意食片皮鴨 目前食過最好食既片皮鴨係北京食香港一路都係食開普通酒樓級數既鴨係關注組發現都幾多谷友介紹呢間 見到仲有半價好抵食 所以一早經openrice訂位黎一戰我星期六下午2:00入座 唔需要等位店內大部份以卡位為主 坐得非常寬敞烤鴨半隻正價係$298,如果半價黎食大約只係$150,其實係非常之抵食。野食算黎得幾快 賣相非常好 半隻黎講份量唔算少。隻鴨望落色澤燒得好靚仔 唔會過燶皮同肉分開 係正宗烤鴨既食法個皮好有油香!但唔會覺得太油膩要讚一讚塊餅皮,做得非常之薄有個小缺點 就係D野凍得超快慢慢上枱見到D餅皮仲係熱到出煙拎上手唔駛幾秒,已經秒變凍左。D鴨上枱既時候已經只係微暖,等到包完放落口,已經變左凍可能我坐既位置近風口 導致有呢個情況出現。其次想重點推介佢地既小籠包呢個小籠包絕對係我食過最好食既小籠包真真正正既皮薄餡靚包皮好薄 餡既味道適中重點係D湯真係超級多,仲好好味呀!重點係佢呢到可以每2隻咁叫,唔駛一野叫晒4隻。每隻$16。如果兩個人黎食唔想食咁多,都可以就咁叫兩隻。另外我地叫左個荷香鴨包飯個飯無特別,無荷香,只係得D鴨肉同一pat醬料係入面。男友形容糯米雞都好食過佢總結 大都烤鴨既烤鴨有一定質素碰上半價優惠真係非常抵食 絕對值得一試…Read More

環境食物都一流既超好味泰國菜

突然想食泰菜,身邊朋友強推呢間餐廳,一星期前訂好位,用餐時間90分鐘。餐廳地點好方邊,係正K11隔離,當晚7:00去到暫時都未有人等位。門口仲有部tuk tuk係到,一入到去已經好有泰國Feel我地一行5人,先叫左5道菜加1碟金邊粉。先講講野飲,我地叫左椰青沙冰,超級有驚喜!椰青沙冰 $58椰青沙冰我真係要比100分!超濃椰汁味,又唔會太甜,份量都好足!呢個真係必叫!我覺得佢D上菜次序有D奇怪,咁多樣野竟然最先黎既係金邊粉。泰式蝦炒金邊粉 $108賣相好靚,味道都算可以既,但同正宗係泰國既相比真係仲有好大段距離。不過大蝦比得好足,而且大大隻。其實暫時我都無係香港食過一碟真係好好食既金邊粉,所以無期望都無失望。馬拉盞通菜 $75微辣,正常發揮。麵包焗咖喱軟殼蟹 $208呢個真係要激讚呀!咖哩唔算辣但好香口,軟殼蟹熱辣辣,就算用咖哩浸住都仲Keep到係脆口!再配埋面包真係完美既配搭,我真係諗唔到有咩理由唔叫佢!呢味真係必試呀!小拼盤 $108兩樣都唔錯,蝦餅都足料彈牙。魚餅有少少偏咸。燒原隻魷魚 $98全晚相對地比較差既一道。燒魷魚唔夠火候,唔香口。$98既魷魚黎講偏比較細條,好普通。鐵板蠔仔炒蛋 $98蠔仔都算多,味道偏淡。跟配既辣醬反而有驚喜,配搭埋個炒蛋就岩岩好!個鐵板其實係無為呢味菜提升左味道,因為個底墊左超多芽菜......所以都係中規中矩。跟全我地發現唔係好夠飽,決定叫多個炒飯同埋兩樣甜品。泰式菠蘿炒飯 $118炒飯炒得唔錯,粒粒金黃,唔乾唔濕。腰果同肉鬆分開跟配呢點幾欣賞,因為出面個D炒飯成日堆到好高,D腰果會趺晒落枱配料都好足,值得推介甜品方面,我地一共嗌左兩樣Share泰式甜品大拼盤 $168D糕點類無咩驚喜,有D仲有D唔太鍾意食,可能食唔慣,同埋都偏甜。但芒果糯米飯就真係必叫!佢絕對係我食過好食既芒果糯米飯Top 3!椰汁夠濃夠香,糯米飯甜度適中,完全係絕配。芒果好靚,唔會過熟,岩岩好,味道超甜,強推!原個椰青大菜糕 $68呢個好多人推薦,但我個人覺得普通,無咩特別之處。就係有椰肉既大菜糕,又唔算好有椰味。椰肉都幾多,應該真係整個椰青批出黎。可能個椰青沙冰太出色,相對呢個就真係普普通通。總結都幾推薦比大家黎試下,整體味道都係中上。全晚一人食左大約$240,價錢上我覺得都算合理。值得一試不過有個缺點就係上菜太慢。我地當時差唔多一個鐘先上齊晒所有菜。原定個半鐘交枱,但好彩當日無人等,所以都無催我地交枱。趕時間既朋友要考慮一下啦。…Read More

呢間人龍店,透過唔同渠道見到都唔少人推薦。我同男友都鍾意食牛肉粉,係做足心理準備會等好耐既情況下,決定前往一戰!當日大約6:30,人龍唔算長,前面大約10位等緊。等左唔駛半個鐘已經可以入座。見到個個強推越南脆春卷,當然要試下啦,脆口野我最愛。招牌越南脆春卷 $68好老實,三條春卷$68其實真係好貴。但食完就會明白呢條春卷係花左好多心機入面。餡料好足好香,個皮好薄,好脆,不過好油職員教落將春卷用生菜同九層塔包埋一齊食,幾樣野夾埋味道真係好清新,味道更加層次分別。食得出條春卷係即叫即炸,因為上左枱好耐條春卷仲係熱辣辣,呢個必試!食完春卷,岩岩好黎到今日既重頭戲:招牌牛柳牛丸粉 $96好老實,個人覺得比較普通。可能大家吹捧得太勁,我對佢都好有期望,食完之後我覺得就係一碗用料優質既牛肉粉。湯底清淡,重口味人士唔岩,但飲得出無味精,真材實料。牛肉比較碎,但有牛味,食得出比出面牛丸粉既牛係高質D。牛丸都係屬於中上,但唔切半會比較好,可以更加保留到佢既原汁原味。不過我食過更好食既牛丸,所以唔足以令我驚歎。簡單黎講,呢碗粉$96我個人覺得性價比好低。碳燒豬肉伴越南檬粉 $80呢道有D驚喜,因為坊間真係未見過。職員好細心咁介紹個食法比我地知,個檬粉仲好細心咁切好晒細細份比你一口過。個湯係甜酸既味道,味道好濃郁,湯底都好足料,好多豬肉,豬肉都幾Juicy。不過食到尾開始有D"漏",因為湯底都偏甜,但呢個起碼我食第一啖係有驚歎既感覺。我知道佢係一間係好正宗既越北菜,但正宗係一樣野,好唔好味係另一樣野。總結價錢上,味道上,個人覺得性價比唔高,不過服務同用心我會比100分。…Read More

我對石燒既印象只係2年係東京食過一間知名既石燒吉列牛,當時食完都無話特別驚歎,但聽朋友強烈推介呢間,決定過黎試一試啦!當晚大約7點鐘去到,都比想像中多人,當日天氣都比較熱,所以都等得比較辛苦。等左45分鐘,終於有得入座啦!餐廳比較細,坐得都比較逼,但都可以接受既。我地叫左一份板燒吉列牛$108,再加$38要左個套餐;男友就揀左秘燒黑松露吉列牛,$148,另加帶金魚湯既套餐$58,定價方面我就覺得有少少貴。先講一講個板燒吉利牛份量比我想像中多,牛肉望落色澤都好靚。先飲左個湯,味道有D似平時出去食湯烏冬個隻清湯底。溏心蛋略嫌唔夠溏心,但味道足夠既。至於個飯,飯素基本上都無得輸嫁啦佢除左飯素之外仲落左D燒肉汁,食落就更加惹味,不過我覺得有少少咸得滯...至於舊牛,幾嫰口,重牛味至於又帶點油香,配埋佢本身跟既燒肉汁真係好好味!個黑松露牛,我都建議大家唔駛試啦,無咩黑松露味,食落好普通,仲要貴成$40,不值一試。而個個金魚湯,其實只係多左舊金魚造型既墨魚滑。係打卡able既,味道正正常常,但多左呢舊野就要比多$20我就覺得有D唔值啦...整體而言,都值得一試既,一路食個陣都聽到隔離枱話個鰻魚飯好好食,等我下次又試下先…Read More

最近社交平台流傳各種不同種類既食物關注組,意外發現呢間新開既燒肉,個個食完都讚口不絕,決定同朋友平日中午去一戰。我無訂到枱,去到都已經下午2:00,無諗過呢個鐘數都係全場爆滿,好彩我地等左10分鐘左右都安排到入座。店鋪以手機落單,主打食牛肉,牛肉款式都好多,訂價合理。加上午市有7折,呢個價錢真係非常之抵食。必嗌一定係佢地既招牌九宮格燒牛盛盒,$288。呢到一次過可以食晒9種唔同既牛肉,可以試到岩心水既再Encore。呢到大約二人份,每一款都好有驚喜。最鍾意既梗係佢既和牛啦!油脂分佈平均,肥得黎唔會膩,仲好有牛味。可惜得我地兩個女仔食,如果唔係真係一定會叫多份和牛黎Encore呀!!當中有幾款係一D醃制左既牛肉,但相對較重口味,少部份比較咸,相對失色一D。黎到我同朋友一致公認最好食既一款,就係特大薄切牛舌啦!本身諗住見抵食先叫黎食,加上一直無食過一D自己食完覺得好有驚喜既牛舌,食完呢個對牛舌真係令我完全改觀。其實本身正價$68已經好抵,再7折真係抵上加抵。呢個牛舌雖然係薄切,但味道好濃郁,一食難忘。我有時仲會幾塊疊埋一齊黎食添。另外我地仲叫左牛油雜菇、雞泡魚乾,正常發揮。另外想特別講一講個芝士年糕,亦都係我食過最好食既芝士年糕。芝士味濃,甜味適中,非常煙Un,配上煉奶食真係一絕!我地仲叫左個都係店內推介既相反個飯唔算有驚喜,主要靠個醬汁。但落得比較重手,所以都係偏咸,相對地失色左少少。兩個人食左咁多野,仲嗌埋野飲,7折後都只係$474,以食燒肉黎講真係好抵,已經將呢間店介紹晒比身邊既朋友,我自己都準備再去Encore呀…Read More

早前去大圍租單車踩,見到隔離有間好文青feel,裝修以白色為主調既cafe,咁岩早幾日得閒就去試一試伏。點解我會話係試伏呢?因為黎之前都有做定功課,見到好多朋友都話食物質素一般,定價又較高,所以都有一定心理準備。是日平日中午黎到 人唔算多。以cafe黎講,座位都算充足。環境方面,光線好夠,成間cafe以白色為主調,打卡黎講真係一流。Lunch會包埋三款指定飲品,如果想轉其他野飲就要加錢。以lunch同cafe黎講,定價真係偏高。我地嗌左一份白酒牛油汁帶子扁意粉,同一份慢煮去骨春雞,配一杯latte同橙汁,另加左一碗龍蝦湯,盛惠$244。首先上枱既係龍蝦湯,一上枱已經聞到超香濃既龍蝦味。但飲落去反而又唔係話真係太香濃,偏Creamy少少。碟意粉不過不失,帶子都比得幾多,但我一d白酒味同牛油味都食唔到,唔難食,但似香蒜意粉多D。最嬲就係碟春雞,一上枱真係呆左,色香味無一樣合格,隻雞係滑既,但完全唔似係燒春雞,層皮林到皺晒皮,似烚雞多d囉咖啡一般,唔算特別出色。總結成間野黎講除左裝修用心之外,食物同飲品都感受唔到誠意,定價仲要咁高,以cafe黎講我相信坊間有更多好選擇。不過女人就係咁,明知係伏,但又要試過先心息…Read More

朗豪坊呢個鋪位都轉左好多手,是日經過見到又有新店開張。但鋪面望落好得意,所以過去一探究竟。鋪面座位有限,當晚都有少量人士等位。望一望Menu,價錢唔算十分貴,餐廳主打蛋料理,所以餐點都係同蛋有關。主打係生蛋拌飯,盛惠$39。因為當晚已經係Food Court食左野,但見到有外賣Menu,仲有梳乎理Pancake,見到賣相幾吸引,仲要只係$68,就決定一試。(原來堂食要$98)門面有個地方係可以睇到廚師烹調,主要係整玉子燒,梳乎理同埋芝士明太子筷子燒。由於佢d野食都係即叫即整,所以落單起計都要等左25mins先有得拎。不過一路望住廚師整自己份Pancake,心情既期待又吸引。講返份Pancake先,佢有五款口味,分別係原味($48)﹑菠蘿黑糖珍珠、士多啤梨﹑香蕉朱古力同埋焦糖香桃。店鋪推介士多啤梨同焦糖香桃,咁我梗係試返最吸引既士多啤梨啦。賣相好吸引,以$68既價錢真係唔算好貴,士多啤梨份量都好多。食落質感合格,唔會過熟又唔會太生,但略嫌唔夠牛油味,蛋香都爭左少少。要讚既係士多啤梨好清甜,食得出係靚既士多啤梨,配上果醬同Cream,雖然Pancake味道唔夠香,但食落都唔會覺得好淡。呢個Pancake我會比3星半,算係一個合格既Pancake,都睇得出餐廳既用心。如果可以有D 溫馨提示提醒返客人需要等待一段時間就更好啦!…Read More

是日小女子生日,搵餐廳慶祝既時候見到呢間餐廳長期佔據排行榜之列,所以經openrice訂位試試佢。Book左8:30,門外都有少量客人等候中,都係已訂位既客人。場內座位唔算多,點餐需要自行到點餐處點餐用餐有限時90分鐘食物選擇唔算好多,價錢中等,相反飲品選擇好多同埋好特別,比我感覺餐廳想主力做飲品多d。由於食物選擇唔多,加上是次係慶祝生日為主,所以都選擇左價錢相對較高既食品。我地使用左優惠劵,晚上8:30後食滿$300會送梳乎厘。因為慶祝生日,我地想係梳乎厘上面寫返祝賀字句,此項服務要收$20。野食黎得算快,第一樣上枱既係髒髒紫薯鮮奶。本身係想飲黑糖珍珠鮮奶,但當晚無晒珍珠啦:(不過好慶幸最後飲左呢杯!一上枱既時候即刻嘩左出聲,真係好靚呀。影完相即刻忍唔住飲一啖先!奶味好滑好濃,係明治鮮奶既功勞紫薯味亦岩岩好,唔會好淡。飲過好多紫薯味既飲品經常都會出現紫薯味唔夠既情況,呢杯絕對無呢個問題,比例岩岩好。面頭既紫薯亦十分甜,呢杯飲品絕對值五星!男友選擇左芝芝巨峰葡萄個底都有唔少提子嫁!味道方面,奶蓋合格,芝士味較濃。巨峰提子汁酸甜比例亦岩岩好,好易入口。惟獨食左幾粒提子都超級酸,可能因為巨峰呢輪唔當造掛,但杯野飲又唔係酸嫁喎,好奇怪😂,所以有少少美中不足。主食我地嗌左呢間店較出名既龍蝦蟹肉包。好老實,上枱個下真係有少許失望。因為分量比預期細好多。包本身無任何醬汁,食落口覺得少少乾。但亦因為無醬汁所以先食到龍蝦蟹肉既鮮甜。但食落口就覺得無咩特別,以呢個價錢本身預期會份量多返少少,味道又不算十分驚為天人,所以對佢都有少許失望。反而薯角幾有驚喜,薯仔味重,仲有灑左少少調味粉,令人食唔停口。另一道係海膽蟹肉龍蝦汁意粉。又係一道性價比相當不值既主食。龍蝦汁味道尚可,唔算好出。蟹肉份量又唔算特別多。但要有一樣不得不提就係d海膽⋯⋯⋯真係好臭呀!我真係未食過咁臭既海膽,就算係放題任食個d都會食到有少少甘甜,呢個我真係要用臭黎形容。同男友食左一啖,兩個都覺得臭到唔知點形容。曾經想叫餐廳換過碟,但諗諗下都係唔好麻煩,撥開佢唔好食算。不過真心,呢碟意粉要$188真係十分不值。甜品係優惠劵送既原味梳乎厘,另加$20寫左祝賀字句。未算係十分出色既梳乎厘pancake,好似有少少過熟,但勝在蛋香味夠。我無研究餐廳有無最低消費,如果黎飲杯野,傾一陣計都係唔錯既選擇,因為飲品的確好出色。但食物方面真係有待改善啦…Read More

是日同朋友係東涌行完山,已經體力大透支,決定係東薈城是但搵間野食。行上7樓,美食店鋪林立,意外發現原來呢到有牛角次男坊,早前一直想試荃灣分店,但長期都好多人,諗住等少人D再試,所以一直未有機會。既然今次黎到有機會,又唔駛等,就決定入內一試。場內位置唔算多,但可能我早黎,又未到食飯時間,所以空位較多。因為我地食完大約7:30左右,已經要等位了。呢到最出名係牛角次男坊丼,採用既係美國肩脊肉,定價$78包埋野飲,都幾抵食。D燒肉堆到好高,賣相已經十分吸引。肉質中規中矩,未算十分高質,但絕對對得起呢個價錢有餘。但重點係配既牛角秘製醬汁,佢隻醬同平時食牛角飯既汁有少少唔一樣,佢呢隻有少少微辣,食落十分開胃,同燒肉味道十分夾。男友選擇左豚肉丼$68肉質一樣屬中規中矩,未算十分嫩滑,全靠醬汁加持。豚肉丼飯配上窩蛋,感覺味道有再提升。價錢方面的確性價比甚高,以燒肉丼飯來說屬於中等級別,店內都有等級級別較高既牛選擇,定價都合理。丼飯可以一解燒肉癮,有時諗唔到食咩經過見到都係一個唔錯既選擇。…Read More

雞翼山早係全港都有唔同分店,一直都稍有名氣。是日打算去葵廣覓食,經過商場見到呢間新開既雞翼山,趁個胃仲有空位,決定一試。店內裝修簡漯,十分光猛。場內看似以富士山為主題,牆身及收銀台都有放置唔少富士山擺設。價錢方面我認為合理,味道都好多選擇而且好特別。由於我地得兩個人食唔到咁多隻,所以只嗌左六隻,而當然梗係選最出名既文青風玫瑰啦。呢到既雞翼全部即叫即整,等大約10分鐘,雞翼就整好啦!我開頭仲係到諗,雞翼配玫瑰會係咩味呢,諗住味道可能會偏淡,點知一拎上手已經有陣陣既玫瑰香,雞翼面上佈滿糖漿,重點係,真係熱辣辣新鮮整嫁!一食落口,係陣陣玫瑰香既蜜糖味,雖然望落好似糖漿好多咁,但呢隻蜜糖唔會甜到喉嚨唔舒服,但食落口又不停聞到玫瑰香味,真係超級好食呀!如果你有食過某意式餐廳既蜜糖雞翼,而你又係愛好者,呢款雞翼絕對不能錯過!另外佢層皮亦好夠脆,肉質非常嫩滑,無諗過原來雞翼原來可以同玫瑰味咁夾。開頭仲諗住嗌6隻好似太多會食唔晒,點知一眨眼6隻已經消滅晒。場內都見到不少食客,店鋪負責人更不時與唔同客人交談,了解食物質素。進食期間有唔少客人經過望餐牌,負責人更用心地向客人推介各種唔同口味,呢種用心,唔係間間鋪都做到。好味既野雖然經常都會食到,但會翻兜既唔多,呢間鋪頭我決定會再返黎食,因為佢既味道係好食之餘更令我大有驚喜,決定下次再試下其他唔同味,睇下會唔會再有驚喜之餘,再食多次玫瑰味呀嗎,嘻嘻 …Read More

聽左呢間放題好耐,但一直因為價錢而卻步。難得遇到團購,決定組隊試試佢。場內唔算多座位,入座起計2.5小時。一入座會即刻上唔同種類既拼盤比你。刺身除左平時既基本野之外,仲有海膽同生蠔。兩者質素都未俗,海膽甘甜無臭味,生蠔偏細但重海水味。海膽無得任嗌,上完一轉就無,但生蠔有,所以我地後來都一人再叫多兩隻。刺身質素不俗,未算十分好。帶子好薄好林,同平時食既帶子刺身有少少唔同,朋友仔話因為佢唔係真既帶子。三文魚唔算肥美,蝦尚算鮮甜。之後再上另一份極上海鮮拼盤,有一條喜之次,蟹腳同埋扇貝。扇貝大大隻,仲有牛油係面,不過牛油少得滯,燒完出黎都唔覺有牛油味。底部仲有大大隻虎蝦,好有鮮味,值得推介。喜之次係北海道一種珍貴既深海魚,但是日食呢條喜之次質素一般,偏細條,每人食少少都無晒。要特別彈既係蟹腳,未食過咁難食既蟹腳。無海水味,乾爭爭,肉都唔多,每個人一打開食左一啖已經要放棄。黎到燒肉既部份,無令大家失望。款式好多,一望都見到係有質素既靚牛。D油花好靚,食落好有油香。我地特別鍾情牛胸腹,好有牛味,又有油香味,之後都Encore左兩轉。雞肉拼盤一般雪糕同飲品選擇都好多,有MOVENPICK同埋雪糕批任食飲品方面有唔同既酒類,汽水同茶,仲有支裝凍水。總結食物質素中上,但除左牛同海鮮之外其實都只屬一般。係用餐期間都出現漏單情況,我地嗌左兩次刺身只黎左一次。追單時職員只答「多單,排緊單,等一等。」有D野無嗌但就重複咁黎。團購既價錢我認為岩岩好,如果係正價黎食,我就覺得偏貴了。…Read More

同事早前提議到觀塘午膳上網搵左一陣見到呢間好評如潮既工廈泰菜友人提醒就算食lunch都一定要事前訂位 walkin係唔會食到於是者就訂左lunch hour黎試試係咪真係咁好味餐廳地方唔大 但都有幾張大枱1:00 準時到達 座無虛席即使係lunch訂位 都好貼心咁係座位上面寫左我地既名 即刻加印象分以lunch黎講 其實唔算平 不過觀塘既工廈好多都係有質素既特色餐廳 所以呢個價位都可以接受因為我地都有成6個人 樣樣都想試下 最後我地嗌左6個餐share食第一樣上既係黃咖哩牛腩配白飯佢側邊有D好似忌廉咁既白汁 因為撈埋落D咖哩到唔係好食到咩味但個咖哩真係超級好食!!!!! 完全符合我既口味平時本人愛好青咖哩 因為鍾意佢甜甜地好開胃呢隻黃咖哩偏向少少似青咖哩 又係有陣甜味 但又食到咖哩既香味用黎撈飯真係一流牛腩好林 完全唔un 呢道菜真係好吸引到我 完全值得比5星大蝦炒金邊粉係香港一直食唔到令我印象深刻既金邊粉好似整極都無泰國既個重香口呢間都唔例如味道偏淡 同一般泰國餐廳既金邊粉差唔多烤雞青木瓜沙律配白飯青木瓜沙律既醬汁略嫌味道唔夠 但分量幾多烤雞有驚喜 好嫩滑上面有D疑似泰式辣醬既醬汁同D雞味道好夾泰式燒豬頸肉飯燒豬頸肉唔錯 唔會un 好入味跟配既醬汁微辣 但又係同豬頸肉好夾(友人話原來食燒豬頸肉撈檬係唔會有呢隻汁的)不過如果白飯有配上少少汁就好因為燒豬頸肉都算乾身 如果飯又無汁的話好似dry左少少海南雞配油飯雞肉一樣好嫩滑 油飯亦都好夠味 整得好好泰式無骨滷水豬手飯無骨滷水豬手 食落方便好多滷水好入味 配飯又係好正再配埋酸汁真係一流呢味又係值得推薦跟餐會有野飲 連泰式奶茶唔駛加錢不過飲品方面味道一般泰式奶茶茶味甜度都不足 偏淡如果改善埋飲品就真係perfect池啦:)…Read More

之前食過旺角相當似既丼飯餐廳,聽朋友介紹爆丼丼性價比更高,於是前來一試。位置都少少稍遠,地鐵站行都要十分鐘路程。是日到達大約6:45左右,場內得數枱客人,同之前朋友所講要排好耐有好大對比。食黎食之前都有做下資料搜集,短短數個月,由$188加到$208。不過咁多海膽,價錢上黎講都唔算十分貴,同埋睇圖份量好似都好多,所以都叫左個黎試。另外睇其他食家介紹,我地都叫左個粒粒魚生丼。價錢唔貴,只係$8X上到枱,心諗,咁細既。圖片果然只供參考。不過野食始終味道最緊要。海膽一般,應該係用左幾隻唔同既海膽。有幾條特別鮮甜,有幾條就中晒伏咁好重腥味。吞拿魚蓉不過不失,帶子應該一開二,所以比較薄,食落無咩口感。反而三文魚籽好有驚喜,好有鮮味,不停咁想再食,用黎撈醋飯非常夾。魚生丼$88個人認為十分抵食,份量好多,呢個就真係有爆丼既感覺啦。魚生都食得出新鮮,希靈魚好好食,性價比十份高。個人認為粒粒魚生丼更值得一試。至於$208既四重爆丼,我相信市面會有其他更好的選擇。…Read More
