餐廳位於厚福街中間既商業大廈之中,9點後特定餐牌有半價,聽起上黎就好似幾抵啦,即刻去試下先。當日係晚上9點幾入座,餐廳人唔多,一入到去見到燈光都幾暗,服務員態度好好,馬上招呼我入座 ,安排左將4人卡位比我,坐得舒舒服服。《$32 咸牛肉明太子燒饅頭 (宵夜價)》⭐⭐⭐⭐一份有4件,係平時食開既炸饅頭Size。饅頭上面先查左一層咸牛肉醬,再落一層明太子醬,再攞去燒。一擺入口,咸味係口腔入爆發,加上燒饅頭外脆內軟既口感,相當有趣。咸牛肉同明太子醬配合得剛剛好,唔會咸上加咸,兩層醬又中和番饅頭好乾爭爭既質地,值得推介。《$58 鐵板柚子蜜燒牛舌(宵夜價》⭐⭐⭐一份大約有六件牛舌,都係切得相當厚,用鹽同胡椒簡單咁調過味。上枱既時候牛舌係比滿滿既洋蔥覆蓋住,再加上係用鐵板上菜,鐵板既餘溫令到洋蔥既甜味, 柚子醬既清新,同牛舌完美溶合左,食落甜甜地幾特別。《$168 爖月三點》⭐⭐⭐三點包括月見和牛,免治吞拿魚他他,磯煮鮑魚。上枱既時候店員好貼心咁同我講食既順序,用既餐具都好靚好華麗。免治吞拿魚他他配左幾片紫菜黎包住食,入面仲加左少量薄脆增加口感。月見和牛就係生牛肉撈埋蛋汁食,牛肉本身有用醬油醃過,就咁食已經好好食,再加埋蛋汁就更滑更香。磯煮鮑魚就普通少少,但鮑魚肉質都爽彈。《$38 三文魚5切(宵夜價》⭐⭐三文魚唔算出色,雖然冇好大陣雪味,但都冇咩魚味,唔係厚切,一般般純粹過下口癮。《$18 牛橫隔肌波菜汁(宵夜價)》⭐⭐餐廳提供左幾隻唔同既醬汁比客人挑選,包括蒜香,菠菜汁,wasabi,同蜜糖芥末。見菠菜汁幾特別,就試下佢,但可惜好大陣草青味,感覺配落牛肉唔太夾,可能其他醬汁配肉會好少少。今次呢串牛橫隔肌有點overcook,咬落肉質極韌,好難咬開。《$18 蝦姨蔥牛肉卷(宵夜價》⭐⭐蝦姨蔥好香,再用牛肉卷住去燒,令到牛肉充滿住蔥香味。但牛肉肉質普通,冇咩肉味,仲要燒得太耐濃左,食到苦澀味,普普通通。呢間舖頭既串燒都係偏好細串,不過宵夜價$18就可以接受。如果正價時段黎食,就真係要考慮下叫唔叫串燒啦。感覺上廚師火喉上既把控做得麻麻地,試左兩串都係overcook,希望只係一時失手啦。人均消費:$350環境:8/10食物:7.5/10服務:8/10性價比:7/10整體:7.5/10 …Read More

餐廳位於牛頭角商廈入面,唔近市中心,搵到佢都要花點時間。舖頭面積唔大,由一對夫妻主理,老公負責廚房,老婆幫手接待客人。餐廳位置唔多,但當晚去到都坐滿客人。冇富麗堂皇既裝潢,只有簡簡單單既溫馨感。成間餐廳既菜品選擇唔多,但樣樣都好吸引,佢地隔段時間就會轉下menu,等客人可以有其他選擇。Minimum charge - $380+10%/ person《$158 Crab Meat Caesar Salad》蟹肉沙律都幾大碟,生菜食得出好新鮮,咬落脆口,仲有種淡淡既鮮甜味。麵包粒好脆,仲帶有輕微蒜蓉香,蟹肉份量多到好似唔洗錢咁落,客人可以啖啖都食到蟹肉,真係超滿足。配合埋醬汁同巴馬臣芝士碎,每一啖都係完美既配搭。《Sourdough Bread (2 slices)》酸種麵包餐廳送的,配牛油同橄欖油。麵包食起上黎唔會太酸,查左牛油味道岩岩好,唔算係特別好食,但作為餐前都唔錯。《$488 Grilled Steak - 400g》原本仲覺得一份牛扒兩個人食會唔夠飽,到上枱之後先發現我地既擔心好多餘。當晚見到近9成客人都有點呢味菜,牛扒橫切面係好靚既粉紅色,大廚事先已經幫我地切好左一塊塊,方便食用。牛扒外面用只係用簡單既鹽同黑胡椒醃過,唔整花巧野,等客人可以專注品嚐牛肉既肉味。當日食既係medium,火喉控制得岩岩好,入口完全唔會韌,唔怪得枱枱都點黎食啦。《$68 Roasted New Potatoes》呢個烤薯仔可以話全晚最有驚喜,原本諗住係用黎填飽肚既side dishes,點知食左一啖就停唔到口。薯仔本身有醃過,餐廳整到外皮焦脆,入面又軟綿綿,再配埋特調既咖哩蛋黃醬,有好香既咖哩香料味,食完唔會覺得油淋淋,冇膩既感覺,令人一口接一口。《$80 Caramel w/Rice Pudding Ice-cream》焦糖布丁可以選擇栗子蓉,雪糕或水果,因為食完牛扒都已經好飽,就揀左比較清爽既水果啦。今日水果有士多啤梨/蜜甘,我地揀左士多啤梨。一上枱又係排得好靚,忍唔住影左好多相。布丁好有動L既感覺,好軟滑而且奶味好香。士多啤梨就有少少酸,不過都可以接受,食到咁飽再食番少少酸野,用黎解膩就剛剛好啦。整體來說,成間餐廳食物都好高質,每樣野食都feel到廚師好用心既製作,價錢雖然偏貴一點但又未去到不能接受,絕對係我會回訪既小店。人均消費:$450環境:8.5/10食物:9/10服務:9/10性價比:8/10整體:8.5/10 …Read More
