約左朋友星期二放工到油麻地呢間新開既石燒牛試吓。由於知道佢舖面不太,專登約早少少7點鐘就去到,剛好在人潮之前入到去。食物方便有8款牛,一款豬。叫任何野都可以去沙律菜、飯、麵鼓湯。一行五人揀左3款野 (有兩人相同),牛膈肌,安格斯肉眼,A5和牛。揀完,用部好有日本味道既售賣機買左野食同野飲先入去坐。環境有少少現代工業風,坐位與其他同類型舖都係一排排,所以都預食完就走果種。坐位都算闊落,枱底有勾掛袋,果日我著白衫,驚油彈到,果度都有圍裙可以拎黎用。算係細心。食之前,我就拎左啲麵鼓湯同菜黎食,我係麵鼓湯愛好者,覺得呢個麵鼓湯算係幾好。而因為我唔喜歡食太油,我揀既係牛膈肌,不過都同朋友交換左啲肉眼同和牛嚟試既。牛膈肌就有種啖啖肉,有肉味,帶鮮甜,落埋岩鹽就會更惹味。塊石板温度剛好,唔會一上到黎就整熟晒件牛,可以按自己喜好去控制。和牛雖然唔係我杯茶,不過入口即溶,果股油香係好濃。肉眼夠稔,夠肉味。如果三樣入面揀,我最後都係會揀牛膈肌,因為口感同肉味好平衡,係我鐘意果種。我個人不喜歡食太油就選左牛膈肌,因為果日好餓,揀左300G,絕對足秤。…Read More
