好味又大份嘅韓國菜!

平時食傳統韓國嘢都會去尖沙咀韓國街,食新派啲嘅韓國嘢就可能食啲韓式炸雞嘅餐廳,食呢一間韓閣就可以食晒新派舊派嘅韓國嘢,佢嘅選擇好多。 我哋就叫咗一個半份三重芝士炸雞、一個泡菜五花腩片炒飯拼太陽蛋,同埋一個韓式燉牛骨湯粉絲。 先講佢個炸雞,餐牌冇寫明係有骨定係冇骨,嚟到嘅時候先發覺,好多塊都係啖啖肉嘅無骨炸雞,食落好方便。佢每一嚿炸雞都好大件,其實一個半份炸雞兩個人食都好夠分,最後我哋兩個人係食唔晒。炸雞外皮鬆脆,一啲都唔油,而雞肉都唔會油淋淋,都唔會乾。重點係佢嘅芝士,起初食嘅時候覺得芝士味唔夠,原來係冇留意到有好多芝士喺個盤底,即刻再點返喺盤底嘅芝士,先發覺芝士味好濃,所以食嘅時候記得留意清楚將啲芝士蓋滿個炸雞先食個味道係昇華。 之後到個泡菜五花腩片炒飯拼太陽蛋,佢嘅泡菜味攞到個平衡,泡柴嘅酸辣味唔會過咗龍,而佢嘅太陽蛋係有兩隻,另一半係覺得呢兩隻太陽蛋少一隻都唔得,佢嘅蛋黃汁係啱啱好同佢個飯嘅泡菜汁配合得好好,至於五花腩就當然係連住脂肪一齊食啦,雖然我本人覺得好邪惡,但我另一半就鍾意,另一半食完之後先至講,平時如果俾佢揀佢一定唔會揀泡菜炒飯,因為出面好多餐廳都拎唔到個平衡,個炒飯嘅泡菜味會極重,今次佢覺得我揀得好好。 最後就係個韓式燉牛骨湯粉絲,佢嘅燉牛骨湯唔會太重味,清得嚟帶有牛骨味,而佢仲放咗翠玉瓜同埋椰菜,佢嘅翠玉瓜椰菜吸晒啲湯,同佢湯入面嘅蘿蔔有得fight,一樣咁清甜,牛骨燉煮得軟腍又咬口,筷子輕輕一劃,肉就會輕易分離。粉絲有彈性,亦都吸收咗湯底嘅味道。 同另一半起初諗住食唔晒都唔會剩太多,但係佢嘅份量實在係好大,今日嗌嘅野食應該四個普通食量嘅人都夠食,同佢個價錢真係唔成正比。佢嘅座位唔會好迫,坐得舒服,環境裝修就似啲韓國燒肉店,店員服務唔錯,見我哋兩個人自動波俾碗仔我哋share食,都係嗰句,服務好係會加分。…Read More

中環鬧市中的後花園

去咗一間喺中環庇利街小巷嘅小店,呢啲位置唔係大街嘅小店,喺而家嘅經濟環境要做得住真係要靠質素,今次呢間小店都冇令我哋失望,去到見到門口有一個戶外位,點知入到去舖頭入面先發覺別有洞天,喺舖頭入面仲有一個自製嘅戶外環境,擺咗好多花花草草嘅裝飾,雖然戶外冇冷氣,但本身室內冷氣都吹到出嚟,又咁啱天氣唔係好熱涼涼地,而且戶外都有幾個風扇,不過如果落雨就應該麻煩啲,今日天氣好仲有陽光,所以都好舒服,個餐牌設計好好,寫晒每個食物飲品嘅卡路里,揀嘅時候可以諗清諗楚,不過另一半就覺得放假出得嚟食嘢就唔好諗咁多,所以佢係自動隱藏咗啲卡路里。先要講嘅係服務真係好好,店員見我哋諗嘢食諗得耐,問我哋使唔使幫手介紹返啲嘢食,佢好耐心咁逐一講間餐廳嘅嘢食飲飲品有咩特別,又話如果怕熱可以開大啲風扇,我哋未食嘢都已經覺得招呼好好,其實有時我哋兩個都覺得啲嘢食最好食,服務唔好就點都食得唔開心,所以服務好真係好緊要,雖然店員介紹咗好多健康嘅嘢食同埋講咗一啲健康嘅理念,但係另一半最後都係食返自己想食嘅嘢,揀左鋪頭最heavy嘅餐點,叫咗一個法式洋蔥燴肉丸配蝴蝶粉同一個輕煎帶子黑松露菠菜牛肝菌意粉,嘢飲就叫咗一個仙氣朱古力同一個 special menu原個椰青咖啡,另一半仲好唔健康咁加咗個小食咸蛋黃羅勒雞翼,我同另一半都最鍾意個輕煎帶子黑松露菠菜牛肝菌意粉,首先就梗係個帶子本身係刺身級嘅帶子,所以佢真係可以做到輕煎就可以好好食,因為真係好鮮甜,表面輕輕煎過,加埋本身嘅鮮甜,已經值回票價,黑松露就唔係太突出,但係本身個汁就好突出好creamy,個味道調得好,每一條意粉都掛住啲汁,本身另一半覺得加菠菜同牛肝菌純粹係裝飾,應該冇咩特別,但大家食落去都覺得佢哋有中和返個汁嘅作用,令到你唔會覺得好油膩,仲會覺得好似成件事健康咗好多咁,牛肝菌仲令到你嘅口感更加豐富,至於另一個法式洋蔥燴肉丸,佢係配蝴蝶粉,我就覺得好少餐廳做蝴蝶粉,所以就揀咗呢個pasta,原來另一半本身唔太鍾意蝴蝶粉,因為比意粉厚實,有時煮得唔透又會好硬,而且有啲餐廳個汁做得唔勻,會令到個蝴蝶粉冇汁嘅味道,但呢個蝴蝶粉每一粒都做到比個汁包住,做得軟身,但又唔會腍到一嚿粉咁,肉丸就唔係瑞典肉丸重味,比較淡啲,但係肉味都出,個口感幾特別,有咬口得嚟唔會硬亦唔會散,而且份量滿足,食肉獸都唔怕健康餐廳無野揀,兩個pasta都係有質素,至於兩杯嘢飲,又係出乎意料嘅,第一杯係啱女仔打卡嘅仙氣朱古力,送上嚟係一個壺裝住朱古力,另外一個杯裝住一啲棉花糖,到啲朱古力後去嘅時候就會溶咗啲棉花糖,店員就話視乎你個人喜好,棉花糖會令到個朱古力嘅甜味增加,但我就覺得加咗之後係直頭令到個朱古力升華咗,係個朱古力飲落去會飲到棉花糖嘅味道,兩者融合得來各自都好突出,棉花糖唔係淨係要嚟打卡,而另一杯原個椰青咖啡,又係可以做到椰青同咖啡融合得嚟各自特色都存在,估唔到椰青水同咖啡都幾夾,佢嘅咖啡本身味濃,椰青水嘅鮮甜就除咗做到加甜嘅功用,而且佢仲有普通糖水冇嘅鮮甜味,本身椰青味都突出,所以效果好好,小食嘅雞翼就係畫龍點睛啦,冇pasta咁出色,鹹蛋黃味幾重,蓋過咗本身嘅香草味,如果香草味濃啲就比較好,環境就坐得好舒服,如果天氣好其實真係想坐戶外多過坐室內,因為有啲陽光又有涼風,真係好似chill啲。另外特別想提嘅係,每個意粉價錢大概係$70-$80,喺中環嚟講,呢個價錢真係好良心。最後服務就唔使講,放喺一開頭講就係因為成日都講小店嘅服務係比較有人情味,所以最鍾意呢一種小店。…Read More

台灣人主理很有台灣味的台灣餐廳

喺觀塘食台灣嘢,搵咗「哈豆」,另外一半每一次去食台灣嘢一定會叫牛肉麵,未坐低嘅時候已經話想食牛肉麵,點知見到有個 special menu,竟然有大腸麵線,佢即刻轉軚叫咗呢一個勁爆浮誇大腸麵線,另外叫咗鮮梅佐豬排滷肉飯,加咗一個小食台式滷水拼盤,飲品就通常飲台式珍珠奶茶,不過今次我哋兩個都冇叫到珍珠奶茶,我就因為想飲益力多而叫咗一杯鮮榨檸檬椰果多多,另一半就因為想食芋泥而叫咗一杯黑糖芋芋鮮奶,叫做勁爆浮誇大腸麵線嘅原因相信係因為個麵線份量都幾大,而且啲餸都幾多,佢嘅餸除咗有大腸之外,仲有貢丸、花枝丸同埋豬肉條肉羮,所以個份量都幾勁爆同浮誇,另一半最欣賞佢個大腸麵線嘅湯唔會水汪汪,杰得嚟又唔會過濃,而麵線亦都唔會過腍散修修,麵線完整得嚟又唔會冇咗大腸麵線本身係腍嘅特式,貢丸中規中矩,豬肉條就保持到個咬口,肉質唔散,個花枝丸就好好食,好重花枝嘅味道,而且好台式,另外佢加咗木魚花,本身另一半唔太鍾意食木魚花,但係佢覺得加咗之後個口感又幾特別,至於鮮梅佐豬排滷肉飯,個豬排雖然炸得乾身,但係啲肉一啲都唔乾,表皮係薄脆,如果重點係個鮮梅汁,點埋個汁一齊食係好香口,滷肉飯個滷肉油而不膩,感覺都好台式,另一半比較鍾意食肉燥飯多個滷肉飯,因為佢覺得肉燥飯可以做到每啖飯都有肉燥同肉燥汁,撈埋之後好入味,不過我同另一半都覺得今次個滷肉飯勝在啲滷肉做得好食,而且啲汁都冇慳,所以另一半都對呢個滷肉飯好滿意,而我覺得佢啲配菜都有心做得好,有麵筋,好有台式嘅感覺,另外佢有個伴碟嘅油麥菜,佢個油麥菜係好入滷水味,唔錯,滷水拼盤有滷水蛋、豬手、牛𦟌、雞翼同埋豆腐,佢每樣嘢都好入味,最推介嘅係牛𦟌同豆腐,特別係個牛𦟌,好腍好入味,最後兩杯飲品都唔錯,個鮮榨檸檬椰果多多估唔到啲鮮果會同益力多咁夾,但又唔會冚咗對方嘅味,至於杯黑糖芋芋鮮奶,黑糖同鮮奶中和咗嘅甜味加埋重重嘅芋泥,味道啱啱好,啲芋泥仲要幾好食,用餐環境,始終係工廈,地方相對隔涉,但其實觀塘都好方便,而且餐廳入面嘅空間好大,坐得舒服,裝修就賣台式輕鬆感,幾幅壁畫打吓卡,間舖頭係台灣人開嘅,喺舖頭serve我哋嗰幾個夥計都係台灣人,佢哋由我哋入去到走嘅時候都係好好聲氣,真係有啲台灣嘅感覺。…Read More

去咗上環人氣排隊小店「味道」,去到見到個餐牌就會有選擇恐懼症,因為有齊日韓泰越嘅菜式選擇,仲有一個係港式嘅主食,最多人推薦嘅係佢哋嘅招牌菜炸雞髀配泰式冬陰功河粉同埋越式香茅蔥油豬扒煎蛋飯。星期五晚去到舖頭都仲好多人排隊,人氣都好高。我哋食咗兩個 signature主食 ,一杯泰式奶茶,再飲返杯青檸檬梳打平衡下冬陰功湯嘅味道,另外仲有一個炭燒豬肉串燒做小食。炸雞髀配冬陰功河係一個幾特別嘅配搭,本身生炸雞髀係好港式嘢感覺,冬陰功係泰式嘢,滿足到兩個願望都唔錯,個炸雞髀手掌咁大隻,雖然自己衰鍾意食嘅嘢擺到最尾先食,但係隔咗大半個鐘頭先食都依然都仲好 juicy,佢嘅外皮唔係厚厚炸漿炸出嚟嗰隻,而係薄脆嘅生炸外皮,佢嘅肉質因為生炸嘅關係保持到嫩滑,冬陰功同炸雞髀好似有啲南轅北轍嘅感覺,但係食落又冇咩違和感,冬陰功微辣,所以飲過梳打水中和下就啱啱好,個河粉唔係闊河粉有少少可惜,因為我去過泰國之後愛上左闊河粉,不過始終傳統河粉配湯應該都係match啲,而佢個河粉配冬陰功都係好味嘅,食完之後覺得如果一啖河粉一嚿雞髀咁樣食好似有風味啲。至於個香茅蔥油豬扒煎蛋飯,蛋係太陽蛋輕微煎個燶邊,我覺得再燶啲會更好,蔥油幾香,個豬扒超腍,外皮都係煎到微脆,邊邊有少少脂肪嘅仲好食,好多出面啲香茅豬扒都會煎得比較乾身冇咩肉汁,佢個香茅豬扒就整得啱啱好,佢另外有支豉油俾你自己加,其實係好事,因為重口味啲定係淡啲都可以自己揀,不過如果廚師佢可以調埋一個最建議嘅份量就最好,因為我自己落豉油成日都會重手咗,好彩今次冇失手,食蔥油,香港人就最鍾意加埋豉油同蛋黃撈埋一齊先至夠惹味,所以只要蔥油做得好,加埋豉油同蛋就已經好正,餸已經係bonus,今次個香茅豬扒就係一個bonus。泰式奶茶唔錯,係有泰味嘅奶茶,不過我鍾意甜啲,最後個串燒,反而係個高潮,唔使點過沙嗲醬,本身個串燒都係好味,肉同脂肪嘅比例又係啱啱好,但係記得要一開始就食,因為擺得耐會變得乾身,呢一餐個價錢唔算貴,特別係喺上環呢啲港島地方,真係算唔錯,至於用餐環境,啲位就真係比較窄,但係其他人都好守規矩,同夥計都叫做有講有笑,依啲都係小店嘅特式,環境燈光打卡都係唔錯。…Read More

呢間好出名嘅祥興生煎包,仲有米之蓮必比登加持。11點半左右去到,已經有好多遊客排緊隊。等左大概10分鐘,終於到我啦,揀左招牌同黑松露小籠包,叫招牌以外嘅味道通常要等2-3分鐘,都好快攞到。自己加少少醋,又夾又解膩。啱啱拎上手好辣手,要等一等先食到。一咬開有裏面好多湯汁,一唔小心就漏晒出嚟。佢嘅皮係類似煎餃皮,唔係用饅頭果種麵團,所以比較薄。個底煎到好焦脆,裡面嘅肉就唔算大粒,調味都算恰當,亦都唔算太油膩,但就無咩好深刻嘅印象。黑松露生煎包嘅味道都幾出,明顯食到黑松露味。我覺得佢最特別嘅係薄皮生煎包有好多湯,有別於傳統生煎包,而且係人生即包即煎,唔同出面入貨嘅生煎包。但係我覺味道又未至於好驚喜好想再食嘅感覺。…Read More

抹茶味軟雪糕還不錯

之前係東京都有買過The Matcha Tokyo,鐘意抹茶嘅人好開心呀。今日好熱 食完light lunch想食個雪糕,試左佢哋嘅牛角包窩夫配抹茶軟雪糕及北海道牛乳雪糕。佢嘅最底部係粟米脆片,中層係北海道牛乳雪糕,再係最頂層擠上抹茶味軟雪糕,最後再放上Croffle。Croffle係將牛角包麵團夾係鬆餅機裡面加熱,食嘅時候唔會有空氣感,但係表面依然係非常鬆脆嘅,食得出佢哋嘅牛角包麵團好有牛油香氣,好好味。而抹茶軟雪糕有淡淡嘅抹茶清香,亦都帶有少少奶香,唔會太濃而苦澀,我自己就好鐘意呢種淡淡抹茶味,但係鐘意好濃抹茶味嘅人可能會覺得失望。而北海道牛乳雪糕味道就比較普通,有少少冰沙口感,唔係太滑。粟米脆片亦都唔係太脆,上面嘅雪糕食左大半先發現下而嘅脆片,本身無咩味道,可能同雪糕攪拌之後食會好味啲?呢個雪糕甜品$68,有少少偏貴,雖然croffle同抹茶算唔錯,但係整個甜品嘅配搭就算係一般啦。…Read More

屋企人想食麻辣火鍋,揀咗方叔叔試吓佢嘅重慶麻辣火鍋,叫咗兩個湯底,一個係麻辣拼豬骨鍋,另一個係麻辣拼胡椒豬肚鍋,麻辣火鍋湯底未算好辣,小小麻,微香,味道唔錯,唔會一味得個辣字,豬骨鍋就好普通,味道比較淡,冇咩豬骨味,要靠其他醬料調味,至於個胡椒豬肚鍋,味道就唔錯,有胡椒辣,豬肚同雞都好入味,而且份量都唔少,至於配料就叫咗一個牛肉拼盤、一份牛丸、一份燕餃、一份鵝腸、一份油炸鬼、一份炸豆皮、一份豬肉片、一份羊肉片、兩份鴨血、一份牛肉滑同一份墨魚滑,牛肉拼盤唔錯,四種唔同牛嘅部位,每一個部位啲牛肉都好嫩滑,油花分明,亦都有牛味,特別係一個好似新鮮滑牛嘅牛肉嫩滑得嚟又有咬口,鵝腸就冇晒肥膏,所以冇咗啲油甘味,佢係脆口嘅,牛丸唔係潮汕牛丸,但係都爽口,燕餃就細細隻好易入口,味道中規中矩,油炸鬼冇街外面粥舖嗰啲油炸鬼咁鬆脆,叫做合格,炸豆皮就唔錯,炸得啱啱好,冇過到火位,豬肉片脂肪比例稍多,似五花腩,但係入口都係爽嫩唔錯,羊肉片就普普通通,唔係好重羊膻味,鴨血其實唔係特別好食,但係麻辣湯底一定要襯鴨血,佢個鴨血係爽滑,但係唔彈牙,都係中規中矩,牛肉滑同墨魚滑都唔錯,個人認為牛肉滑好少少,整體上配料都算理想,亦都新鮮,環境光暗度稍暗,但係幾舒服,唔迫,仲有提供圍裙,驚你整污糟自己件衫,但係夥計加水嘅時候都係彈咗啲湯攞我件衫度,不過佢哋反應好快,係咁同我講對唔住之外即刻拎咗好多濕紙巾俾我抹,轉個頭仲送咗一碟糍粑賠罪,其實我冇鬧佢冇嘈,佢大可以當冇事就算,但係處理得好得體,服務都抵讚嘅。…Read More

土瓜灣有好多茶餐廳,好多間都地道又高質,今日就嚟試吓呢間叫大伙頭嘅茶記,我同另一半兩個都揀咗茶餐,沙嗲牛肉麵係正常水準茶餐廳嘅質素,不過不失。炒蛋份量幾多,呈現鮮艷嘅黃色,而且唔會太熟又唔會太生,熟到剛剛好,不過蛋味就唔係咁濃。午餐肉厚厚一片,好有誠意。我揀咗多士,備注咗想要多牛油,上台嘅時候係一片厚多士對切,牛油好似唔係特別多,但係烘到比較深色,邊角有少少焦啡色,非常之脆,個人幾鍾意,如果多啲牛油就好啦。另一半揀咗甜多士,係長方形一片嘅,食落同多士差唔多脆脆地,但係有多少少甜味。茶走就好得意,係分開上嘅,可以因應自己鍾意嘅份量倒,不過我係一個嗜甜嘅人,所以倒晒之後都未能滿足我,我有另外再落咗少少砂糖。成個早餐整體感覺幾好,就係地道茶餐廳嘅感覺,幾欣賞佢個茶餐可以揀兩款餸,而家好多剩係得炒蛋多士,如果喺附近嘅話應該會再返黎食下。…Read More

我最愛最愛嘅飲品店

去咗飲至愛嘅花斑茶社,叫咗一杯經常飲嘅珍珠奶茶,因為唔想食咁多珍珠,所以另外叫咗一杯第一次飲嘅可可奶茶,珍珠奶茶就唔使講啦,一路以嚟覺得花斑嘅珍珠係做得最好,軟硬適中,又有咬口,所以杯珍珠奶茶其實只需要保持到水準就足夠,一如以往冇令人失望,至於杯可可奶茶,之前未試過,今次一試覺得發現新大陸,佢嘅朱古力味唔會蓋過茶味,但同時間茶味又冇蓋過朱古力味,每一啖都飲到茶味同朱古力味,感覺好新鮮,就算加咗冰係溶咗冰之後,味道雖然淡咗,但係因為佢本身有朱古力味亦都有茶味,淡咗之後兩隻味都仲係好出,係一個唔要珍珠嘅好選擇。…Read More

發現咗新開嘅蘇哥清湯腩,之前食過清湯崩沙腩真係非常好味,有一層厚薄剛剛好嘅筋膜,煮到非常非常之軟腍,完全唔需要用力咬,幾乎係入口即化,而牛肉亦都燉得非常之嫩,就算牙齒唔好嘅人食好多塊都冇問題呀!我成日都心心念念呢度嘅崩沙腩,今日下午茶時間經過,想試吓唔同口味嘅湯底。另一半叫咗牛腩擔擔麵,牛腩都幾腍嘅,但係就冇崩沙腩脂肪比例咁多,所以會比較柴一啲啲,但係都係腍嘅唔難咬,我又忍唔住叫咗咖喱崩沙腩伊麵,我一開始以為係撈麵,原來佢係湯伊麵,再另加一碗咖喱薯仔崩沙腩俾我哋。咖喱微微辣,裏面有幾嚿崩沙腩,但係似乎冇嗌清湯腩嘅時候咁多塊,而且切得比較不規則,筋膜同肉近乎已經分離嘅狀態,唔知點解今次崩沙腩同牛腩嘅分別好似唔大,崩沙腩亦有少少柴。今次水準冇第一次食咁好,唔知係唔係因為下午茶嘅關係呢?下次我都係叫返清湯崩沙腩,呢個真係我至愛呀。…Read More

土瓜灣冇人唔識嘅南乳雞球

今日喺土瓜灣做嘢,去咗土瓜灣嘅小店譽麵坊買咗個外賣,佢間舖頭最出名嘅南乳炸雞球撈粗麵,打開外賣,就見到有啲心思,個外賣盒剪咗四個窿俾個炸雞球透氣,幾有心,呢個撈粗麵外賣連盒$44 ,配埋個撈麵湯俾你,佢嘅炸雞球係大大件,總共有六件,比起個撈麵仲大份,外賣拎到過嚟到食得大概6至7分鐘,加埋佢預先喺個外賣盒剪定個窿俾佢透氣,所以拎到嚟食嘅時候仲係好脆,脆嘅程度係啱啱好,唔係硬脆,至於雞肉方面,可能係部位嘅問題,超過一半嘅雞球都係嫩滑有肉汁,但都有一兩嚿嘅雞球柴咗少少,比起上次食差咗,佢唔係醃咗南乳去炸,係雞球生炸點南乳汁,個南乳汁同平時嘅南乳汁有少少分別,深色啲鹹啲但係南乳味淡啲,不過佢個炸雞點咗個醬之後,淡淡嘅南乳味又唔錯,佢個撈粗麵冇鹼水味,但係撈麵嘅味道淡咗少少,要加埋個南乳炸雞一齊食先至平衡到,個撈麵湯估計係佢本身煮湯米線個湯底,反而個湯清清地反而幾好味,可能配個湯米線會好啲,整體嚟講價錢係平嘅,雞球都大大件,小店都要支持吓。…Read More

在咖啡店體現茶餐廳文化

喺深水埗食完lunch,想喺附近搵一間coffee shop飲杯咖啡,知道深水埗都有唔少coffee shop小店,隨隨便便搵一搵,見到有間順流咖啡店,見到裝修門面都唔錯,價錢又唔算貴,就試一試,間舖頭係有兩層樓地下係水壩同埋單邊枱,因為下面比較full所以上咗去樓上,經過樓梯已經見到場邊掛咗好多相,係香港街邊嘅剪影,上到去嘅燈光擺設同埋座位,都覺得成個格局同裝修好配合呢一間餐廳嘅整體佈局,佢間舖頭叫做順流咖啡店,雖然唔知個名背後嘅理念,但感覺就好似講緊同時代變化有關嘅香港,咖啡嘅選擇都有啲特式,有幾杯感覺似自創嘅咖啡,個餐牌上面有介紹每一杯咖啡,俾佢嘅介紹同埋張相吸引咗,所以叫咗一杯叫啡牛同一杯叫三溝嘅咖啡,啡牛就好似茶餐廳黑牛咁咖啡加雪糕,三溝就係咖啡鮮奶溝抹茶,首先嘢飲啲相冇照騙,同餐牌上面嘅相差唔多,個擺盤亦都唔錯,再嚟到味道,杯啡牛嘅咖啡係好似意大利啲咖啡咁用雪糕做甜味,雪糕嘅軟滑融合落咖啡度,令到杯咖啡都變得絲滑,咖啡味濃但係唔苦,比雪糕嘅甜中和,我鍾意呢種味道,而且佢用一嚿圓柱冰粒去冰鎮住個雪糕,保持到雪糕嘅冰凍,令你可以溝咖啡之外亦可以食到雪糕,而另一杯叫三溝嘅咖啡,唔止係個名特別,溝出嚟嘅味道都幾特別,另一半唔鍾意抹茶,但係佢試完呢一杯,佢都覺得好飲,可能因為本身抹茶嘅味道比咖啡同鮮奶溝淡咗,佢嘅抹茶味道唔係好似人哋專sell抹茶嗰啲咁濃烈,相對較淡,所以未必啱一啲抹茶控,但淡啲唔代表冇抹茶味,只係佢嘅味道同咖啡同鮮奶好夾,令到佢嘅苦變得甘,所以另一半都覺得杯三溝唔係冇抹茶味,而係抹茶喺杯飲品入面俾咖啡同鮮奶融合,將每樣嘢嘅優點帶出嚟,整體嚟講,咖啡俾到人一個新鮮感,環境喺裝修同埋光影嘅配合之下都幾舒服,價錢亦都唔貴,係放鬆吓嘅好地方,只係星期六日同埋公眾假期會收加一服務費,不過又咁講,佢又真係你喺地下叫完嘢飲之後,佢搵人送上嚟俾你,而且態度都唔錯,當支持吓小店又好,覺得真係有服務又好個服務費都係可以接受,不過冇喺嗰度食嘢,見到啲嘢食個樣都唔差,下次可以一試。…Read More

世一豬膶面&西多士

深水埗有兩間出名嘅豬膶麵,一間係好濃薑味,豬膶質感偏粉,一間就係湯頭比較平衡,豬膶質地超嫩滑嘅,漢發就係後者。每次週末黎都好多人排隊,今次專登早啲黎,十一點幾就到,咁啱天氣唔係咁好,落住微雨,淨係等一張台就到我哋。我哋二話不說嗌左一個豬膶豬扒麵同西多士。兩樣都係世一!佢哋嘅豬膶真係非常犀利,厚厚一塊,但煮到剛剛好,超級嫩,爽口彈牙,仲要係完全無血水。個西多士圓碌碌脹卜卜,唔止個樣同其他西多士唔同,原來都真係內有乾坤㗎。切開個西多士發現,佢係有一層厚厚嘅蛋包住個多士,裏便嘅花生醬,亦都係搽到厚厚一層,食落個口感好蓬鬆,真係第一次食咁樣嘅西多士,好特別,而且好好味,真係喺第二度搵唔到。…Read More

今晚隨便去咗沙嗲王食晚飯,去到見到有個二人餐,都幾抵, $268,有兩個前菜、一個小食、兩個主菜、兩杯嘢飲同兩杯雪糕,而且啲選擇都唔係hea,小食嘅有蒜蓉牛油雞翼或者炸雞嗰啲揀,加多少少錢仲可以要XO醬蘿蔔糕或者炸軟殼蟹,而主菜嘅選擇仲有沙嗲王嘅必食三巨頭,分別係白咖喱豬扒飯、蟹粉豆腐鍋飯同埋沙嗲牛肩胛粉絲,其實好吸引,不過因為驚太多,最終都係叫返單點,每一次去都會想試新嘢,但最後每一次去都係揀返白咖喱豬扒,今次都唔例外,不過見到個滑嘟嘟炒蛋黃咖喱厚切吉列豬扒飯,個樣都好吸引,掙扎咗好耐,最後見到原來可以加錢轉白咖喱汁,why not both,所以最後叫咗滑嘟嘟炒蛋白咖喱厚切吉列豬扒飯,另外加多個沙嗲牛肩胛粉絲,個牛肩胛粉絲仲升級咗雙份牛肩胛,當然白咖喱同個沙嗲一如既往冇得輸,想講嘅係個厚切吉列豬扒真係堅厚切,比起原本嘅香茅豬扒更厚,但食落去比起更加薄嘅香茅豬扒更加腍,但係腍得嚟啲肉唔會散,又唔似係鬆肉粉,個吉列炸漿又做得厚薄適中,吉列係需要比較厚先至會夠鬆化,但過厚又會變得硬脆,但佢個炸漿做得啱啱好,而且淋咗白咖喱汁隔咗一陣都唔會令到個吉列變腍,雖然肉味唔夠香,但係成個吉列豬扒可以做到咁厚切又咁腍,而吉列又鬆脆,真正嘅外脆內軟,至於個炒蛋就熟咗少少,但係都唔差,白咖喱配埋呢個吉列豬扒,下次唔使再諗香茅豬扒,至於個沙嗲牛肩胛粉絲,沙嗲有水準,佢唔係花生味好香好濃,但係以湯粉絲個濃度嚟講就啱啱好,粉絲一開始嚟到嘅時候唔係好掛湯,但慢慢粉絲會吸收咗啲湯,食嘅時候粉絲唔單止冇漲,仲做到可以掛湯,連帶啲沙嗲汁一齊食,好正,當然啲牛肩胛唔係咩頂級牛肩胛,牛味唔濃,但比起普通肥牛好,唔會碎濕濕,亦唔會有一大嚿肥膏黐住晒,同沙嗲相比完全變咗配角,雙倍份量就純粹滿足食慾,一直以來,你唔會對沙嗲王好有期望,覺得會食到啲咩山珍海錯,每一次去親都一定係叫白咖喱,呢幾年沙嗲王嘅分店少咗,但係覺得佢質素反而好咗,多咗好多新嘢食,雖然最後都只會揀白咖喱,但係一直都好想有機會試吓其他嘢,希望下次會試一試其他新嘢。…Read More

尖沙咀不只韓國街有好吃的韓國菜,在iSquare 這裡也有。今天來吃午餐,我點了一個燉牛肋骨套餐。一坐下來就會有很多前菜送上,像是泡菜、辣蘿蔔、黑豆、荳芽菜等六小碟。燉牛肋骨還會附上海帶湯和白飯。牛肋骨已被燉至十分鬆軟,用湯匙和筷子即可把肉分開,蘿蔔也煮得非常入味,調味剛好不會太咸。牛肋骨的份量非常大方,最少也有6、7大塊,我還要怪自己小鳥胃吃不完。我可以保證這個套餐男生吃也會很飽。這個午餐一份為$135再加一,這個位置(尖沙咀精華地段高樓層望海景)、食材和份量,我認為十分超值。…Read More
