已很久沒有寫食評的我 有幸得到Open Rice的邀請 與各食神再度碰面"博多一幸舍" - 登龍街上一個不可錯過的搶眼招牌 然而 這個招牌卻不是虛有其表的拉麵小店充滿日本風情 店員有著日本人親切熱誠的服務態度經過店員細心解釋 我選了黑芝麻炸蒜油拉麵加糖心蛋一碗濃濃的豬骨湯底原來是用了一公斤豬骨敖成的湯裡面的骨膠原令湯涼了後結成一層膠狀的表層拉麵的硬度適中 湯也沒有油膩的感覺黑芝麻和炸蒜油的點綴令豬骨湯更出色小吃方面 個人比較喜歡一口餃子和薯仔沙律餃子皮薄 肉餡不太鹹 煎得剛剛好薯仔沙律味道很有層次 與明太子的味道配合得十分好…Read More
