連續幾日假,最後一晚跟屋企人試下呢間越南餐廳。叫咗一個二人餐,一個火車頭加一個田雞飯。二人餐嘅頭盤有炸春捲、藕籐扎肉雞絲沙律同埋一個浮萍餅,味道還好,個浮萍餅似食緊腸粉。跟著到炭燒豬排就開始有啲失望,塊豬排望落去已經有啲乾,再加上味道偏鹹又冇配菜可以一齊食,好努力咬完一條已經唔想再食😓之後到個大蝦同通菜都算唔錯,個火車頭味道正常。差不多食完都仲未見田雞飯嘅蹤影,追問下侍應話田雞飯係會耐少少,再問之下他說最快15分鐘就好了。問他是否漏單了,他只說要多15分鐘問我哋仲要唔要。因為屋企人還有東西要在又一城,所以就等埋吧。結果等到都冇咩心情食嘅時候,個田雞飯終於出現,完全唔明白何解需要整45分鐘...最後二人餐的甜品係椰青啫喱,味道都幾清新,好淡嘅椰子味,平日唔好椰青嘅我就覺得還好。不過下次都係食其他野會開心啲🙃…Read More

As soon as we arrived, the waiter highly recommended the set dinner for 2, saying that it's worth it. So we decided to give it a try. The dinner set includes a soup, some side dishes, siu mei (you can choose 2 out of the list), 1-2 other dishes and rice. It's around 8pm when we placed our order, yet most of the siu mei on the list have already sold out. So we just took what was left (roasted goose and chicken), at least we got to try it's famous goose.We prefer soup that is hot or warm, but the soup we had was rather like room temperature. For the other dishes we had veggies and scramble egg with shrimp, they were fine. However, the tiny side dishes were definitely not my cup of tea, one of them tasted so strange that I could not continue after my first bite. Then, the siu mei and rice, which we suppose should be available in a few minutes did not come after almost half an hour. Finally, they arrived, but the quantity was a little bit less than expected. We got less siu mei than those who order just a siu mei with rice. While the taste of the siu mei was fair, maybe as we had a rather high expection on them, I don't find them tasting much better than other siu mei. There are definitely much better offer at some other restaurants.On the other hand, there is one thing that we really appreciate, the attitude of the staff were really nice and polite. When we told them we had been waiting for so long, they did show their concern and tried their very best to offer assistance. We were there at around 9pm in the evening, which I bet is a peak hour for the shop during weekdays. We waited a little bit for a place for 4 and were discussing what to get excitedly.One of us really wanted chocolate gelato, but felt like the combination offered is a bit too heavy. Thus, we had a Berry Overload with chocolate gelato. This is really a terrible combination, probably because both the chocolate and berry tasted so strong. We all agreed that we should have stuck to the suggested Gelato combinations, and our own creation totally failed.Then, we was suppose to have Coffee Lava, which unfortunately turned out to be a Coffee Fusion... Anyway, we took the Coffee Fusion. The Coffee Fusion we had was okay, but we believe it would taste a lot better if it was properly made. The peanut butter wasn't mixed with the coffee gelato at all! We kept on having a whole spoon of peanut butter or coffee gelato solely instead of blended together. We also had Holly Starlet, which was comparatively the nicest one. Yet it is actually the simplest one~ The basis is suppose to be a Blue Vanilla gelato. In my opinion, I didn't taste any vanilla flavour at all, but the unique Blue outlook is quite appealing.In addition, I had Expresso Macchiato from Holly Brown another day. I'd just wish that it could have more banana within, as now it's like 10% of the cake, and you cannot really taste much banana, it's mostly chocolate. We liked the baked mushroom most, probably because we like mushroom and snail in gerneral, and it taste good with the curry sause and cheese added. The texture of the lamb rack was fine, neither too tough nore too raw, we had it cooked to medium. The seasoning of the lamb rack was very nice, but it mostly just stay on the surface of the meat.In addition, there was a lady dancing inside the restaurant, maybe every hour during the meal. Liquid nitrogen ice-cream has been available in Hong Kong for quite a while, yet I've never got a good time to try it out. Finally, enticed by the colourful poster right at the entrance of Tuttimelon in The ONE this afternoon, I really cannot resist anymore!So my friend and I ordered a liquid nitrogen ice-cream (flavour: straberry), which cost HK$38 and includes two scoops of ice-cream. The ice-cream is made only when an order is placed, so it is undoubtly very fresh. We already had so much fun simply looking at the whole ice-cream making process! And by the way, you need to wait for 8-10mins because it is freshly made.Liquid nitrogen ice-cream is famous for its smooth texture as it is frozen at a very low temperature right away, instead of a gradual temperature drop which leads to the formation of tiny ice crystal. And the ice-cream from Tutti was actually quite nice. I've to say it might not be a good choice for people who are looking for the creamy texture, but it'll be wonderful for those for enjoy a light and soft one. Because normally when the texture of the ice-cream is soft like when it's melting, it doesn't taste that cool anymore.
