Very disappointed.First of all, The place decoration and the vibe is kinda fancy kinda high class.We went there on the Friday night for a friend’s birthday.However. Some staff are…. I won’t say rude but awkward .They way they treat their customer are Jsut not very professional and doesn’t match the vibe the restaurant trying to pull.When we tried to order drinks , Their responses are weird and they would say something make customer feel pretty uncomfortable.When I tired order one glass of wine , a Male staff told me I only can order by bottle , not by glass.I was like WHAT!? So I asked another staff, and he siad I actually can , but I can’t order from him, he have to send me a “ sommelier “. Ok fine.Then the sommelier came , when I told him I Jsut want one glass of wine, he said why not a bottle?there are 5 of u, I said : oh I think I am the only one who is drinking wine” , he replies loudly: oh what a shame ! ( like a dramatic way , tried to be funny)but all of us feel terrible, it feels like it’s a crime not to ordering wine .However , some of my friends they are Jsut not in a very healthy condition or they allergic to alcohol. We feel like we don’t need to explain ourself to a restaurant staff why we are not drinking.Another example , when we asked for a fork, cuz the last waitress she took away my friend’s fork while she is preseting the table for the steak. ( it was Jsut a mistake). So I asked another staff to give me a fork, and he brought me TWO forks.I asked : Why you give me two, I only need one… he replies : “ oh , jsut in case !!”Yea … that’s not a high class restaurant to me …and it doent make any sense .Anyways , the food doe not taste that good.The steak is nice but Just need some improvement on their presentation.Shrimp cocktail cost around 240-250hkd , and taste just plain.Potato chips and other things was fine .One more thing , the bar and restaurant are very crowded and packed and concentrated so it was very noisy one of our friend said she can’t really make conversations because she could here clearly what others says. 軍訓式燒烤日當日嚟依間嘢燒嘢食嘅經驗由打電話去問開始，到燒嘢食期間同埋離開嘅時候，成個體驗都係非常之差。相信唔係住西貢嘅人入得西貢都係因為想遠離繁囂，chill下relax下…享受一下度假嘅感覺🥺當日就是因為跟朋友book左WM hotel住一晚，晚上就到餐廳燒嘢食。晏晝打電話給時候係一個女人接聽，聽電話嗰個女人大概講咗三次叫我哋一定要帶定現金過嚟俾錢，同埋留枱只係留15分鐘其實佢講一次嘅話係冇問題但係佢係不停重複，最少三次。其實講嘢嘅態度溫柔啲同埋冷靜少少 成件事可以好唔同。電話入面佢話： 「記住帶現金，我講多次記住帶現金 」，「第一個到嘅人就要比晒全部人嘅錢一次過…係全部錢」留台只會留15分鐘講咗最少2次，但其實最後去到全場只有5台客。晚上七點去到嘅時候，入座率大概只有10-15% 。其實個場大到飛起 我相信肺炎嘅問題一路唔改善根本無可能會滿，唔明點解打電話book枱要咁緊張。第2點係…想坐近海邊小小嘅枱係要加$400…l根本個場係冇人😂我哋最後冇加就坐喺入邊小小嘅位置 當然都係好熱好焗啦（識做嘅餐廳見根本咁少客其實可以安排我哋坐近海邊啲嘅位置，因為入邊真係好焗，但當然佢就冇offer我地啦） 第三點： 燒嘢食係用燒烤叉嘅，如果想購買一個鐵絲網擺喺上面燒係要$70一個！！！我覺得$70一個真係比其他地方貴好多，同埋根本係攬消費 迫人地俾錢 第四點：入去嘅時候因為我哋10幾人仲未全部到齊，女人職員非常緊張，問：「幾多個幾多個！ 數清楚數清楚， 12345….」 態度係非常之緊張，然後我哋逐個排隊俾佢吸印仔係手到，都吸得係好大力 同埋感覺好似軍隊式 完全係令我哋全部心情都好緊張同埋感覺不被尊重…同埋最緊要係 ，我地只想來chill下 其食咩同埋幾多錢真係冇乜所謂 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥲最癲最癲嘅係： 打電話嚟問嘅時候已經知道9:00係會冇嘢食拎，食然後10:00要準時離場 。入場嘅時候佢哋梗係不厭其煩咁樣再次提醒我哋啦… 我哋係深深記得清楚明白。到終於入到去我哋就開始燒嘢食 …當時係夜晚七點幾…竟然喺8:30都未夠嘅時候已經有廣播大聲通知大家9:00會冇嘢食拎 要拎快啲拎…個廣播係好大聲同埋同一句嘢又重複三次….重複唔係隔一陣再重複係連續重複三次。其實大家第一次到聽到同埋清楚明白，我哋都係想喺依兩個鐘入邊傾吓計享受下…之後大概8:45嘅時候廣播再次播出。然後冇嘢食拎 九點後我哋繼續努力燒嘢食….但係大概9點45分嘅時候又有廣播提大家10點前要離開。又係重複三次10點前要離開，廣播都係好大聲係傾緊計嘅人要停低講唔到嘅嗰個程度。全場個4-5台客 大家都陸續散去，我哋就想燒到最後5分鐘前先離開…（我哋都已經同定大家朋友講話10點前一定要走…）竟然啲職員開始喺度執嘢仲拎走咗我地既燒烤叉😵‍💫其實我哋真係走啦，你可唔可以等我哋走咗先執嘢…我真係覺得食過嘢都好大壓力….同埋佢哋對於戴口罩呢一個法例上都非常之嚴謹，喺拎嘢食區，我朋友想R痕 拉低左個口罩少少，（真係少少因為個女仔不嬲都係好謹慎關於肺炎嘅嘢）都即刻俾人「提」帶返好過口罩….呢240幾蚊 我哋覺得洗得好唔值得同埋好唔舒服…我哋總共10幾個人大家都覺得餐廳令到我哋好唔舒服，同埋啲廣播令人好焦慮，更加同西貢海邊relax既vibe形成咗鮮明嘅對比…我哋都一定唔會再嚟呢間餐廳。如果想海邊 喺隔離食個泰國嘢仲好 大家如果唔想嘗試軍訓式嘅燒嘢食感覺嘅話大家千祈唔好去。最後，都期望餐廳如果想做好啲生意嘅話，改善咗對客人嘅態度同埋搞清楚餐廳嘅定位先 同埋究竟點樣做生意…諗清楚人哋因為咩原因要過嚟燒嘢食 其實真係想開心，咁點解你哋要甘樣令到人哋咁唔開心？ 可能係因為肺炎同埋政府政策令到餐廳負責人好緊張 亦都可能因為可能有警察或者食環署會過嚟check 但我相信如果你九點幾開始先同大家講有禮貌地提一提大家離開，我相信客人如果唔係蠻不講理嘅話佢哋都會明白同埋自動離開。同埋遲咗5分鐘10分鐘先走我諗政府都唔會誇張到即刻罰錢同埋唔俾你開舖…同埋想坐近海邊$400真係好癲 仲要嗰日係星期五晚根本好少人…. 完全浪費咗一個咁大嘅場地嘢食嗰啲就唔講啦都係嗰啲！ 唔好食既 食材質素極度普通。 呀仲有一樣嘢係誇張嘅！ 嘢飲其他燒烤場好多都係免費自己拎紙包或者罐裝飲品呢度竟然係汽水機再加一個好覺好細嘅杯仔….要自己refill …其實燒嘢食會飲好多飲品一杯仔咁細，唔好話男仔，女仔我都覺得飲幾啖就冇咗 可唔可以唔好咁小氣？！（罐裝可樂汽水烏龍茶需要自費購買） 飲水機只有7-up, 凍檸茶,水…唔多選擇…Read More

I’ve been to Wahtiki more than 10 times. So where should I start ? 1. Friendly Staffsupper sweet Manager who call Amatt, always give u a big welcome when u step in the place.Everyone working here wear a warm smile and love to chat with the customers from time to time. 2.Perfect place to celebrate your love one’s birthday. If u book the table and let the staff know earlier, they will sing birthday song tgt, bring a few balloons so u can take a nice pic, and give you free shots( not guarantee tho).I celebrated my fiend’s birthday couple of times and they all very satisfied with it. 3. Very nice place inside “Tai Kun”. Up stair inside the building, is kind of hidden bar where not easy to reach.We came here at 5pm but here is NO happy hour here. But it’s alright. The drink is a not cheap, a cocktail is from 120-150hkd, a beer is 70-80 per glass( but not much selection of beer , only 3 of choices) So since here is a “ cocktail bar”, we tried 2 type of cocktails here. The MUCHA’S MUSE Taste super good, lovely presentation, nice garnish , nice glass, just worth the money to pay for 140+ hkd.The taste is sweet. And the waitress is friendly and thoughtful. I told her I don’t like one of the ingredient of the drinks (melon juice), she asked the bartender and removed it for me . The second drink I order bubbleTea drink, is very strong . Came here on a Wednesday afternoon 1pm and ordered a lunch set. Ordered: Crab and avocado bread Prawn linguine pasta Latter 1. Long  waiting  time between the starter and main course. Waited for 20 mins after I finished the starter. Even I assume they want to wait and bring the main for me until I finish my starter, There Ar no one actively collect my empty dish.2. extremely  small  size  of the Latte( 3/5cup full) this is the thing really pissed me off. I have to pay extra 28$ for a coffee , but the coffee I got is the smallest size I ever seen. I finished it within 3 zips lol3. Tasteless pasta. It’s quite Pricy,need to add extra 38$ for the prawn pasta, but turns out it doesn’t taste that good. They use small size of shrimp instead of bigger size of prawn. Not enough seasoning of the prawn. 4.
