今天在愉景灣行了一圈，走到酒店食了一個半自助餐，服務員親切的介紹，是其中一個亮點。雖然食物款式及選擇不算太多，但味道都達到五星級酒店水平。我點了羊脾做主菜，羊肉挻軟，咬下去完全沒有過熟的感覺，直頭可以手起刀落的去分開牠。前菜還有我覺得最有特色的薯仔沙律。而且最意外竟然在甜品裡找到一款未必間間酒店都敢去做給客食的榴槤蛋糕。初時本着試一試去食這榴槤蛋糕，誰不知入口後感到齒頰留香，最後連食4健才捧住肚皮離開。…Read More

我和女兒一行三人，去了中環和民晚飯。由於女兒年紀少所以全以熟食為主，而且時間尚早六點半所以我們只叫了三樣東西：燉旦、長崎雜錦拉麵及海老天婦羅卷。等了十數分鐘先上長崎拉麵，湯底八級咸好似去沙灘飲緊海水咁！再嚟個燉蛋只有半碗，個杯已少再得半杯，仲收我二十三蚊，大人三轉已食完。可怕。最後嚟個鬆散天婦羅卷，鬆散到放枱即散。自問最怕寫食評，因為自己不是食家，但今次真忍不住，提醒各食友！注意！注意！…Read More

ballorbun I am angry about what the food they provided (please see the 1st essay)....$60 a minced pork rice with one spoonful size only...... the others were all side dishes that can't be considered as a dish!!!!
