Their menu is carefully curated and we loved all the dishes ordered, especially the stir-fried beef sheen with fermented bean powder, braised pomelo peel and assorted vegetables, Kin’s barbecue pork, a signature dish freshly roasted to order using the finest blade shoulder cut marinated with sauce from the famous, century-old Liu Ma Kee, fried rice with shredded fried scallop and egg white.
