Thai Man Chan 「生醃海產」根本不合法,但無王管,與熟肉一起放在廚房,容易交义感染,頻頻中招,上星期「標記樂園潮州菜館」又有49人食物中毒。

返工日子忙得不可開交,lunch time唔食餐好對唔住自己!今次介紹呢間新開上樓餐廳Master Kama, 唔上黎開飯睇都唔知開左間新野係附近, 裝修以藍白為主配上木制傢俬,感覺好舒服完全唔焗促,特別鍾意張粉藍色梳化, 餐廳主打龍蝦菜色,不過lunch食龍蝦又有點兒那個,呢度午市有lunch set, 我點左至愛紐西蘭西冷伴薯菜要 medium rare,同事點左fish n chip, 加多個小食烤墨西哥芝士脆片, 西冷烤得剛剛好又夠份量, 肉汁鎖緊無血水食落好juicy, 重點係法式牛油配西冷更能帶出牛味, 襯埋多汁串汁串茄無得輸; 炸魚薯條唔係一般用既鱈魚或比目魚, 店員介紹先知係用鯛魚, 炸槳金黃色又夠鬆脆, 咬落去魚汁唧出黎好fresh, 厚厚的魚肉嫩滑爽口配上他他汁一流, 薯條夾雜香甜蕃薯條好有心思, Nacho即叫即炸熱辣辣面上加埋芝士溶岩, 味道層次豐富食落又香口, 佐酒走唔甩。飲飽食醉又係時候返公司。。。。…Read More
