聞說,中環那間GREYHOUND服務真的強差人意食友們受氣中所以,我遲遲不敢前去朝拜我怕,我怕貼錢買難受當尖沙咀開了分店後決定要找機會,試一試適逢媽咪大晒日一家6口,浩浩蕩蕩去食餐好的Fresh viet rolls $88外層包的米紙,薄薄的滑滑的,包著豐富的餡了,爽極了蘸上加有沙葛的酸甜醬,又是另一風味牛肉辣椒乾意粉 $98意粉軟硬度剛剛好,雖然沒有一滴醬汁,但不會覺得乾牛肉辣椒乾較為惹味魷魚圈 $88細小的魷魚圈佐酒一流,一口一件絕不過份脆槳薄薄地,緊緊地沾上魷魚圈上粟米餅 $88每一塊粟米餅,都沾滿密密麻麻的粟米炸得香脆,食落香口鮮蝦牛油果沙律 $118沙律菜有少少苦澀春卷 $68長長的炸春卷,食極都食唔完炸薯條 $28有蕃茄醬及蒜香醬,但蒜香醬吃不出有蒜香味道,反而覺得似沙律醬薯條是粗身的,均勻地灑上不辣而帶甜的辣味粉沙爹雞串 $88一客有3串雞柳及3串蔬菜其中三串蔬菜全是可以生吃的包括有,大紅辣椒,紫洋蔥,青瓜色彩豐富,看了一眼後已被吸引了雞肉烤得香口,可蘸上惹味沙爹醬店方細心地配以已切好的多士可蘸沙爹醬同吃單骨雞翼 $68此店的名物,眼見每枱都有一碟,可見此雞翼知名度雞翼細小,炸得香脆,乾身,不油,醃得夠味有淡淡香茅香氣,要稍微留意才感覺到香茅香氣存在Pita pizza $ 88爆芝,熱熱溶溶的芝士,每一片都湧出來咖哩雞湯麵 $88咖哩湯底椰味甚濃,雞下肶只有一隻,有點不夠喉鮮蝦金邊粉 $108這個金邊粉,偏甜了一點是因為我們沒有混和花生碎及辣椒乾碎是吧~金邊炒滑嘟嘟,炒得惹味,乾身~對此間餐廳服務及食品我都超級滿意價錢屬中上…Read More

Lam's family 糯米蜜糖蓮藕已沒有得食了. 此菜雖然沒有在上海的小南國好吃, 但已不錯, 在香港不是很多地方可以食得到, 我在御膳食了兩次, 後來再叫已沒有得食了. 相信是師傅感覺功夫多但賣不高價所以不做此菜.

小Lim 我上個月去食時,已經沒有了,糯米蜜糖蓮藕功夫煩多,又可能無乜人點黎食,所以取消了。

星期二,王子係facebook話食飯反正我星期三都係一個人的晚餐所以叫王子侵埋我玩黃皮大老虎班一兩$ 35,我地4個人食飯,要咗8兩經理介紹咗幾個炒法,最後決定用西芹百合炒黃皮大老虎班,夠新鮮我唔食魚都食咗二件,肉質鮮嫩,唔會炒得過晒火西芹無渣,纖維搣得夠乾淨百合亦無一點點黑色堂剪即燒皇子豬配蝴蝶餅 $ 90 例經理極力推介望落去幾靚架但當夾一件出黎之後,嚇親人囉呢件所謂嘅乳豬,蘸醬之後食好鹹,唔蘸醬食都係鹹皮係脆嘅,但連住啲肥膏一件起兩件止好喇蝴蝶餅係絕對出色,軟綿綿,好好食石窩燒茄子海參 $ 160茄子經過炸完又炆之後都無變黑色,仲係令令的紫色外觀上已經攞晒分啦味道亦對辦,海參亦發得夠大薑汁酒糖炒翠玉瓜 $ 45翠玉瓜夠爽口,但又唔係腍晒薑汁味好出,不過甜味仲出,帶埋少少酒味呢碟瓜,一行4人都讚呀石燒老薑鴨汁豆腐 $ 65英文名 : Stewed beancurd with duck juice & ginger in stone pot大家睇餸名,以為係好似紅燒豆腐咁,上面淋啲老鴨薑汁點知黎到之後,4個人都問 : 咩黎架?係咪上錯枱呀?一煲有雞,有魚雲嘅豆腐煲豆腐只得數件,少得可憐原本由主角,變成配角了窩燒秘製羔蟹炆雞 $ 138一打開蓋,聞到好濃烈嘅莞茜味鮮橙色嘅蟹蓋,個汁好好味架蘸這個經理送的煎米粉,一絕呀不過唔知呢個煎米粉,係咪參考潮洲名菜"兩面黃"的煮法呢?兩面都煎得香香脆脆的脆皮黑毛鵝 $ 68 例經理話即燒,要等45分鐘等咗45分鐘出黎之後嘅結果係 : 皮脆肉嫩無佢份奉送紅豆沙及生果拼盆埋單大概$900相關網誌 : http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/jessicalim1112/article?new=1&mid=18578…Read More

好耐都無寫過openrice啦,唔係無出去食飯,而係有啲真係唔值得寫,有啲又去過無數次,再寫都悶了吧!!!今次唔同,有新嘢blog友約食飯,真係榮幸呀~~~~星馬殿,一間連搭車都唔會經過嘅餐廳但其實,距離金鐘地鐵站十分之近~未行到門口,你已經見到一間以紫色為題嘅餐廳浪漫到呢...好似置身夢中~全間餐廳以紫色,白色佈置紫色皮梳化卡位尤其舒服~白色半開放式廚房感覺舒適,好乾淨,好企理~窗外的街燈,聞說係隔離大廈的風水燈但我成晚望住盞燈,好光等到夜晚11:00,熄燈之後嘩!!!氣氛唔同晒~我地由天光坐到天黑6:30坐到11:30,坐咗5個鐘食一餐晚飯唔係上菜遲呀,係因為大多嘢要問經理呢個係咩呀?個汁係咩呀?點解嘅?點整架?....好一個天真無邪嘅少女不斷發問女經理erica無黑面,仲笑容滿面逐一解釋如果女經理都唔識,仲幫我地入廚房問廚師如此體貼服務,可以去邊間餐廳搵到?南薑汁米茄子大家睇到茄子表面好油呵!!!其實一啲都唔油米茄子有一種獨特味道係平時食普通茄子無的醬汁係南薑汁,有少少苦苦地,又有少少辣辣地好一個特別醬汁無骨鴛鴦海南雞飯上枱時4人嘩聲四起食物鋪排已經係視覺上享受加上用上畫畫嘅水彩碟即刻覺得好有藝術氣質有姿勢都要有實際嘅雞肉咬下一口,已經知道唔係雪藏雞為咗確保肯定,叫經理老師過黎問一問果然係新鮮雞雞皮爽口,雞肉嫩滑但我比較鍾意呢個,豉油雞隻雞入晒味兩款雞都唔需要再蘸任何醬汁了雖然佢比咗三款醬汁比你青檸檬香葉茶每人飲咗兩杯呀香葉滲出淡淡檸檬香,好消滯開胃又可以清一清味蕾,等待下一道菜班蘭雞翼綠色雞翼夠晒特別仲要係破柴雞翼,真係夠晒細心佐酒一流喇沙醬虎蝦一支支的係胡椒葉蝦身結實爽口,正咖央多士肉鬆你比10件比我都食得落嗰層咖映醬真係一絕配上少少鹹肉鬆無嘢講...香芋班蘭豆腐雪糕中間係豆腐雪糕自家制最有信心香濃豆腐味,軟滑雪糕唔洗我多講喇呱咬少少香茅,等你味蕃有香茅味再去食一口豆腐雪糕FRESH到呢...後面嘅班蘭豆腐真係無得頂呀雖然...班蘭味依然唔係好出不過,佢都有班蘭嘅香味豆腐夠滑,彈下彈下又軟綿綿班蘭咖映麵包布甸呢個係必食,無論你係唔係飽到頂心口都一定要叫黎食,咖映做得出色香軟濃滑,你可以係呢碟搵到留返少少神秘感,你地叫黎食下吖p/s.:煲煙人士唔需要行好遠吸煙架,門口有個小小花園,可以係小小花園坐著慢慢吸煙呢相關網誌 : http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/jessicalim1112/article?mid=14374 (冷熱盤篇)http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/jessicalim1112/article?mid=14375 (甜品篇)…Read More

今日係我生日同自己講一聲happy birthday先10-11-09 星期二諗咗幾日,去唔去囍宴好呢?因為怕朋友們搭車唔方便但我又真係好想食喎朋友們很會遷就人一句 : 你係主角,你話事啦哈哈哈,暖在心頭囍宴滋‧選:)呢張係墊枱紙其實張墊枱紙無變過但我今日望住呢張墊枱紙時忽然之間好有感覺變嘅係我個心態變好變壞唔重要最重要嘅係食物質素唔好下降咁...我永遠都會支持囍宴Menu 餐牌,少咗間G.O.D.,多咗間東‧丰點解唔可以並存?今日飲品買一送一有兩款選擇 : 凍桂圓紅棗茶紅棗好啱女士們飲所以三位女士都叫桂圓紅棗茶味清,甜而不膩,入口香甜凍柑桔蜜酸酸甜甜很開胃,啱男士飲熱的桂圓紅棗囍宴最大嘅驚喜係每一次去,你都會發現碗,碟,杯都不同你唔單上味覺上得到滿足視覺上,你也會滿足胡麻日本溫室蕃茄無咗芥辣味,還是轉咗?還是有兩款?還是味覺退了?但一樣咁好食其實我可以一個人食一個的蕃茄鮮甜,醬汁香口的確你最佳餐前小食秘制鎮江骨酸酸甜甜的肉排炆到腍一腍骨肉已開始分離入口肉質鬆軟,配以鎮江醋汁唔肥,唔膩一口接一口絕不過份金牌口水雞係雞絲,點解會變咗雞絲?成本貴咗又唔想加價?不過雞絲都足夠4個細食嘅人食嘅墊底粉皮其實仲多過雞絲粉皮反而切闊咗係咪攪錯咗少少嘢呀?味道一樣咁好食所以清晒成碟除咗條雞骨麻辣油另上除了我之外,其他三人也不嗜辣麻辣有層次,食後你會知道乜嘢係層次南乳酥炸雞翼呢個賣相唔靚碟嘅顏色用錯咗睇到人眼花話明炸雞翼,你要預咗食時有好多油就係因為多油所以雞肉嫩滑,外皮香酥大肚婆炒飯好鹹,係咪唔記得落鹽再落多次?定還是落咗鹽再落雞粉?不過,飯炒得乾身,粒粒分明吃時又唔會覺得飯很乾算吧啦,撈少少鎮江汁中和下啦蒜香油麥菜又係咁鹹,發生咩事?炒嘢有問題?廚師有問題?咁以後係唔係只可以叫中央廚房啲食物呀?呢個唔可以撈鎮江汁咁點算好呢?送飯囉,經過一輪鎮江汁撈飯後飯已經唔太鹹黎囍宴,唔食甜品對唔住自己牛奶雪糕配香酥蘋果再黎多次冰火上面有冰冰的雪糕下面有熱熱的蘋果粒口感好豐富焦糖香蕉布丁我試過一啖有濃濃香蕉味嘅布丁我只聽到好食呀,好食呀4個人食到飽一飽,埋單都係$612,多謝晒~~~…Read More

一入到去無人嘅?唔通落場門口寫住照常營業又無人迎接我地喎我地兩個呆居居咁探頭探腦周圍望終於餅餅好大聲講咗句唔該有人應我地喇仲以為呢間係啲不可一世嘅日本料理又唔係喎,當發現我地之後又好殷勤,洽到好處即係唔會過份熱情或過份冷淡個隻啦蟹子壽司及玉米沙律壽司紫菜新鮮,脆脆的唔似得元字頭嗰啲淋晒起碼,我未試過食元字頭壽司塊紫菜係脆嘅呢間,令我好感動燒蟹腳捧及燒帶子壽司燒蟹腳捧好好食,燒帶子壽司唔係咁好食我地真係唔知點解每樣都比三件比我地攪到餅餅剔咗3碟三文魚壽司以為有6件,點知係9件我又唔食魚類,幫唔到餅餅三文魚有啲靚有啲唔靚啦不過都係新鮮嘅蝦壽司,無乜特別北寄貝,好差,硬到好似食梗香口膠咁幾難至吞到呀唔知係咪帶子壽司貴啲所以得兩件呢?帶子新鮮而甜美個人認為唔加青檸汁會好食啲帶子好厚肉架,真係好好食呀蟹子沙律食極都仲有嘅蟹子,多到呢......細細粒,脆卜卜嘅蟹子不斷係口中爆開芝麻八爪魚一直同自己講小食啫一定食得晒嘅辣味螺肉一般啦金菇牛肉卷呢個又係好好食肉夠晒juice,汁又好好味南瓜蕃薯天婦羅粉槳夠晒薄,好得鹽燒雞翼皮脆肉嚡,下次試下釀雞翼先:)我見到隔離左右落柯打都係兩件壽司之嘛忍唔住問侍應哥哥先原來係6:00前落單就有三件壽司6:00之後,優惠完咗就得返兩件壽司喇因為食剩好多侍應哥哥問我地洗唔洗打包時我地話 : 我地要行街,唔攞住周圍行喇侍應哥哥好好人咁話 : 可以keep住係到,等你地行完街返黎攞吖佢嘅好意,我心領了兩個人埋單$320其實,可以叫少1/3就剛剛好喇…Read More
