澳洲嘅Uluru係著名景點,而香港嘅Uluru就係打卡熱點,而且佢地 好-L-鍾-意-香-港😆真係值得嚟打卡~由門口開始就已經係手繪漫畫風格上樓後更加係變咗另一個世界咁餐廳內所有擺設裝潢都係黑白色,非常獨特👍🏻[溫室下午茶,$338/2位]喺 Instagram見過呢個tea set無數次,終於決定呢一日放假瞓醒過嚟邊醫肚邊打卡首先嚟嘅係兩杯賣相滿分嘅飲品左:Tiramisu Coffee加咗tiramisu syrup同埋朱古力牛奶嘅 espresso,味道濃郁,而且遮蓋咗咖啡嘅苦澀味右:Lavender Dream紅茶配上薰衣草糖漿同荔枝,配搭非常新鮮,但如果茶味濃返啲會更好鹹點有兩款:泰式炸蝦餅、吉列炸蝦唔太嗜甜嘅話,可以留返最後食,㩒一㩒個甜膩感然後甜品架上場,好睇又好食最鐘意係中間果舊淺黃色嘅柚子蛋糕,淡淡柚子香,又唔會太甜,滿滿夏日清新感玫瑰奶凍亦唔錯,香滑清新最後仲有呢個朱古力溫室,太可愛!聽完侍應介紹先知原來除咗朵花外,成個都食得架~啲「泥土」係朱古力 crumble,而下低又埋咗啲 chocolate mousse & brownies,如果有小朋友一齊,佢地一定會好鐘意呢個溫室當日夜晚有人包場,如果唔係我地都想留耐啲瘋狂影相😕唯有下次再黎試埋lunch/dinner…Read More

店內嘅肉類採用左「濕式熟成」方法處理,以真空密封狀態保持水份,並喺袋內以本身自帶嘅酵素熟成,令肉質軟化,務求做到同喺首爾馬場洞當地食到嘅肉質一樣嫩口韓國餐廳少不了嘅泡菜,迎合香港人口味,唔太辣。配肉一齊食就最好味[菲力牛排,$225]呢份肉係牛腰脊中最嫩滑嘅部位,肉質極為幼嫩店員比我地望過份肉之後,就拎返廚房幫我地略燒四邊再切片,方便我地燒呢個部位雖然脂肪成份少,但牛味香濃、肉質嫩滑,食落係一大享受[特選黑毛豬頸肉,$148]黑毛豬肉質較滑,加上豬頸肉部位油脂多,所以味道更濃郁燒至兩邊金黃色就最好食過程中店員亦會間中幫手燒,係韓國燒肉店式嘅服務。但serve我地呢枱嘅哥哥仔似乎未受夠訓練,半生熟嘅豬頸肉話可以食得😅希望餐廳可以加強培訓燒烤板上有一個網架,用黎放燒好嘅肉,可以保持食物溫度但又唔會愈燒愈燶,呢個設計幾好[石鍋牛肉拌飯,$98]上菜時雞蛋已經全熟,有少少失望。但除此以外,都算不錯…Read More

抵食鐵板燒

好多餐廳食鐵板燒都要二人份二人份咁叫,但呢度唔同,一位起,咁就可以嗌多啲唔同款式嘅食物share。我同朋友就叫咗[美國薄燒牛肉北海道二本蟹爪,$450/一人前]同埋[海膽焗原隻龍蝦北海道帆立貝海鮮套餐,$780/一人前]嚟share水杯入面有一粒柑橘,好特色兩個set嘅頭盤都有[煙燻鴨胸沙律盛盒杯]同埋[三點刺身]。刺身好新鮮,蝦亦有好多膏,唔錯[北海道黑松露帆立貝]烹調帆立貝嘅火侯適中,仍然保留到嫩滑嘅口感。黑松露醬亦唔會太濃,冇蓋過帆立貝嘅鮮味[北海道二本蟹爪;香煎牛脷]蟹爪有少少令人失望,因為食落並無蟹味。不過牛脷就煎得好軟身、唔羶,仲有三款醬可以點,不過我覺得就咁原味已經好好食[西京醬煎銀鱈魚]銀鱈魚煎完都仲好嫩滑,而西京醬帶甜味,表面更加燒到好似creme brûlée咁,配埋一齊食口感味道都非常好[招牌脆皮煎鰻魚]呢個可能係全晚最impressive嘅一道菜。鰻魚底面都燒得卜卜脆,但入面依然嫩滑帶點爽口[鐵板海膽醬芝士焗原隻龍蝦]龍蝦係原隻斬件連殼上,食嘅時候比較唔方便。不過龍蝦肉質彈口、味道鮮甜,少少唔方便都可以接受!另外,要趁熱食呀,否則芝士拉唔到絲[焗雜菌]用上咗牛油同蒜蓉嚟焗,唔會錯[美國薄燒牛肉]一份有四件每件入面都包住大量蔥花,食落好香口但稍為油膩,所以同朋友share就最好[燒野菜][S2鐵板紙包蜆湯]上菜時第一個感覺係滿頭問號原來剪咗個頂,張透明紙就會打開,然後會鋪住個碟,跟住就可以如常飲湯😂入面有蜆、豆腐、秋葵、海帶、冬菇,咁樣煮出嚟嘅湯頭好清甜[S2特色黃金炒飯(黑松露)]呢個炒飯炒得好金黃乾身,而且黑松露十分香[精選季節性甜品]呢一日嘅甜品係泡芙,比較驚喜係入面係雪糕,而唔係普通嘅忌廉今次我係第一次食鐵板燒唔坐counter,少左食鐵板燒嗰一份邊睇邊食嘅樂趣。下次我都係要揀返坐counter 😌…Read More

最近天氣凍咗好多,約朋友食飯打邊爐就自然係首選。今次朋友話食粥底打邊爐,試一試新嘢調味架除咗有平時打邊爐必備嘅調味料之外,仲有餸粥一流嘅醃菜類[鮑魚雞粥底,$228]粥底綿滑;而跟粥底嘅係一隻鮑魚同半隻鮮雞,會另外上鮑魚非常新鮮,係刺身級數,所以可以灼一灼就食得。非常鮮甜!而鮮雞肉質都好滑,即使係雞胸都唔會嚡差唔多食完嘅時候店員問需唔需要飯,可以煲更加濃稠嘅粥。不過我哋真係太飽,食唔到了[安格斯雪花牛,$228]好靚呀碟牛肉!而且份量都好多,性價比好高牛味濃,冇筋,唔錯![美國桶蠔,$138]店員將原桶桶蠔帶過嚟,喺我哋面前開,比我哋睇咗開出嚟有隻先,好均真。我哋呢桶有6隻,每一隻都漲卜卜,好飽滿粥底邊爐嘅特別之處,係佢唔會好似普通邊爐咁好快就可以將食物煮熟,加上啲蠔咁大隻咁厚肉,要大約15分鐘先食得[脆肉鯇魚片,$68]魚片入面有少少細骨,要食得小心食落爽脆,冇泥味,唔錯[雜菜盤,$68]呢一日嘅配搭係娃娃菜、菠菜同埋生菜。我同朋友都唔鍾意食菠菜,店員見到我哋食剩哂,話「唉呀你同我講吖嘛!」原來可以換... 不過已經太遲[月亮貝,$48]呢個月亮貝,我哋都係見佢個名特別而揀咗佢。一份有四隻,而每一隻都幾大隻口感方面係幾有咬口,不過食落就冇乜味,連少少鮮味都感覺唔到值得一提,加湯係加粥水,所以粥底唔會溝淡,好貼心…Read More

朋友話帶我嚟食放題,本身都冇乜期望,以為又係hea貨,當陪吓佢囉。點知原來呢度由食物、服務到環境都超令人滿意,每人都係$328,任飲、任食、仲要冇限時!平時食放題成日啲刺身一係嚟唔齊,一係成張單消失咗,但喺呢呢度就唔會有呢個情況發生,因為係自助嘅刺身櫃貨源充足,而且全部色澤好靚,好新鮮想要邊款刺身,師傅即刻切比你,仲要係厚切!大大件食落好滿足呀飲品方面除咗有普通嘅汽水、茶、啤酒之外,重點係有梅酒同清酒呀!我飲咗6杯梅酒... 平時喺日本餐廳一杯都要幾廿蚊,所以係絕對可以飲到回本而壽司款式都好多海膽冇伏,清甜串燒類之中我最鐘意個[華味雞],燒完仲保持到嫩滑,幾驚喜,個人評分高過和牛串另外仲有冷盤區。最開心係有泰式生蝦呀要寫紙仔嘅食物方面,全部都係落單即整天婦羅嘅漿十分鬆脆,炸得又唔油膩,放題嚟講都算係驚艷嘅水準!芝麻雞翼炸得香口得嚟入面唔會乾柴,值得一試。但炸蠔嘅粉漿太厚,可以慳返個quota呢個吉列紫薯栗子餅又幾好,香香甜甜,又有粒粒栗子喺入面。炸嘢類整體嚟講都算高質,炸得乾身鬆脆,唔會油笠笠清酒煮蜆雖然唔算大隻,但起碼隻隻都新鮮飽滿。清酒汁亦都好鮮味生果同甜品琳琅滿目但我太飽喇,所以只揀咗三款嚟試。[水信玄餅]有原朵櫻花,賣相好靚;[抹茶蕨餅]口感軟糯,抹茶味甘香;[伯爵茶日式卷蛋]好spongy,cream入面又有少少栗子粒,口感同味道都一流呢間放題絕對可以再嚟過…Read More

食鐵板燒又有得睇又有得食,往往令人非常享受。呢一日我同朋友嚟到呢度,點咗[伊勢海老鉄板燒(二人前),$2288]好好享受一下,而且我哋好幸運呀,有鐵板部主管Alan師傅為我哋準備食物![沙律]首先第一樣嘢係上咗沙律先,醬汁加咗wasabi去調味,辣辣哋酸酸哋好開胃[海膽汁煮龍蝦]師傅好純熟地拆咗成條龍蝦肉出嚟!龍蝦肉鮮甜彈牙,配埋濃郁嘅海膽汁,好惹味。而碟邊嘅汁更加係加咗龍蝦膏落去煮,食過原味再點呢一個汁,更香濃[汁煮白鱈魚]其實我哋一坐低就已經見師傅喺度煎魚皮同煮洋蔥。原來就係為咗呢一道菜矜貴嘅南極犬牙鱈魚煎得好嫩滑,食落又有油香;而師傅將洋蔥炒到軟身之後加咗落啲秘製醬汁度煮,煮到洋蔥嘅甜味出哂嚟,然後再加檸檬汁,就變成咗呢個醬汁,非常好味[熊本縣產A5和王牛]我哋同Alan師傅講話要食五成熟,果然,火候掌握得好好,入面仲係粉紅色㗎碟邊有喜馬拉雅岩鹽、wasabi同酸汁,同埋蒜片,可以一次食到幾款風味[特別菜品]我哋呢一日嘅特別菜品係法國奶油白露荀。白露荀好爽口、冇渣。而奶油汁亦好輕盈,一啲都唔漏[和牛炒飯]呢個炒飯用咗黑毛和牛粒、日本產米、雞蛋同埋蔬菜炒成師傅真係好有實力,炒出嚟粒粒飯都金黃色,食落又有牛油同雞蛋味,非常香口[清酒雞湯]師傅首先將清酒加落雞湯度,再點火比酒精揮發,令清酒味道更出碗入面仲加咗帶子,撞啲湯落去更會加咗一份鮮甜味道[甜品]呢一日嘅甜品有紅豆雪糕、黑芝麻雪糕,同埋柚子雪葩可以揀。我就揀咗柚子雪葩,酸酸哋,個感覺好似可以幫助消化咁,而且佢入面仲有柚子粒,非常好食由材料、烹調到擺盤,真係一啲都冇馬虎。一路睇一路食,物有所值…Read More

呢一日我哋一行幾人嚟同朋友食生日飯,surprisingly餐廳會送一份[鮑魚帶子扣花菇]比壽星。雖然係唔洗錢,但一啲都唔馬虎,我試咗少少帶子,鮮甜彈牙,朋友都話鮑魚同花菇質素都好高[精美四小拼,$168]未齊人,上個小食頂下肚餓先。呢個拼盤有拍黃瓜、醉雞、鎮江淆肉、雞絲粉皮。而其中我印象最深嘅係個拍黃瓜,因為佢落咗蝦,比平時食到嘅多咗一份鮮味,唔錯[砂鍋醃篤鮮,$148(鍋)]呢個湯用鹹肉、五花肉、百頁結、冬筍等熬成奶白色,飲落鮮味非常濃郁[烤北京填鴨(全隻),$338]師傅即席喺枱邊片鴨首先片咗隻鴨嘅心口呢幾片一口酥,要趁熱點砂糖食。非常脆口師傅好有心機將片好嘅鴨排得好靚佐料除咗有青瓜同京蔥之外,仲有哈密瓜,令整體味道更加清新。值得一提嘅係,蒸籠入面嘅每一塊餅皮之間都有張紙隔住,所以唔會痴住哂,非常貼心方便。餅皮亦都好煙韌,唔會乾爭爭掂一掂就裂,口感十分好![干扁四季豆,$79]炒得好乾身,一啲都唔油,而且非常夠鑊氣同埋惹味,送飯一流[風味松子魚,$258]賣相已經值咗個價,加上冇骨嘅魚身炸得外脆內嫩,醬汁亦酸甜適中,整體係滿分[上海炒年糕,$88]呢道菜一上枱就香氣四溢,食落亦係不失所望。鹹香味道調配得適中,年糕煙韌度亦啱啱好[杞子桂花糕,$42]桂花嘅味道好清香,加上杞子令賣相更靚,口感亦唔會太過爽,係我鐘意嘅軟硬度![冬瓜薏米水,$28]杯入面有大量冬瓜粒同薏米,睇得出係真材實料,而且佢暖暖哋啱飲嘅溫度又唔會太甜,令人可以一口氣飲大半杯…Read More

成日經過呢間餐廳,見到蔡瀾都嚟幫襯嘅相,今日終於有機會同朋友入嚟試吓每一枱嘅枱面都有一樽酸蘿蔔,鍾意食幾多就夾幾多,又酸又爽口,好開胃[黃金原味皮蛋,$28]咁嘅色嘅皮蛋真係第一次見呀!原來佢係用雞蛋製成,咬落似硬身啫喱,味道有蛋香,配埋帶微微麻辣嘅醬汁一齊食更加滋味[龍鳳松茸雙灼餃(8隻),$85]呢一款餃子嘅食材非常矜貴,用咗松茸嚟配黑、白松露,每款口味各有四隻黑松露嘅味道非常濃郁!不過我就比較鍾意白松露,因為佢味道淡少少,唔會太過蓋住松茸嘅味道而呢一份灼餃有跟一碗[狀元九鼎湯],係用咗粉葛、鯪魚、扁豆、赤小豆、陳皮等材料煲成,有養顏保健同提升免疫力等等嘅功效,而且飲得出係冇味精,非常好呀[元貝豬肉餃(10隻),$60]呢款餃子用咗「十両豬肉比五両元貝」嘅比例製成,好有鮮味而且用咗金菇去增加口感,非常好味[自家製山楂雪梨水,$20]呢杯雪梨水用加咗山楂同甘草等材料一齊煲,唔會太甜,潤燥一流…Read More

開放式廚房就喺門口,可以清楚睇到小籠包嘅誕生[皇朝小籠包,$108]皇朝小籠包係呢間餐廳嘅招牌菜,幾乎每枱都至少一籠。一籠有八隻小籠包,口味分別係原味、人参、鵝肝、黑松露、蟹黄、芝士、蒜香同麻辣我就試咗黑松露同麻辣味,兩者都好多汁,而味道都唔會太過濃烈,唔會話蓋過咗肉嘅鮮味[麻醬油麥菜,$62]油麥菜原來可以生食!味道方面佢同生菜相近,唔會有草青味,咬落又爽脆點埋麻醬就好似變成中式沙律咁,好好味[醋醬海蜇頭,$68]呢份海蜇頭真係會令人食唔停口。海蜇頭非常爽口,亦醃得入味。除咗有醋之外,仲有淡淡嘅蜜糖味,酸酸甜甜好開胃[重慶水煮魚片,$188]呢份水煮魚片份量十足 - 除咗魚片外,入面仲有大量薯粉、大豆芽、豆皮同埋木耳我哋叫咗小辣,香氣十足,除咗辣椒、花椒,仲有好香嘅孜然味。而魚片滑溜冇骨,啖啖肉送飯一流[鮑魚炒飯,$118]原本以為係炒飯入面加咗鮑魚落去炒,原來係面頭加一隻原隻鮑魚,賣相一流。面頭嘅鮑魚雖細隻,但非常有咬口。而炒飯嘅蛋香十足,只不過太淋咗太多汁,令炒飯整體唔夠乾身,影響口感[宮廷驢打滾,$42]黃豆粉、糯米皮、豆沙嘅三色分明,食落唔會太甜,而且煙韌,但如果可以係暖暖哋咁serve會更好[桂花酒釀丸子,$35]桂花味好清香,酒釀份量亦恰度好處,加上丸子嘅口感煙韌,整體非常好…Read More

上次喺銅鑼灣分店食過啲pizza,印象幾好,所以今次就約朋友嚟再食多次[蜜柚茶,$28]韓式柚子茶有潤燥功效,好啱秋天飲[蒜香甜辣秘製炸雞,$108(6件)]呢一款炸雞只有微微嘅辣度,而且蒜味香濃,再加上雞肉外脆內嫩,會令人想一件接一件咁食落去[漁夫蕃茄燴海鮮,$187]呢個盤裝住滿滿嘅青口、帶子、魷魚等等嘅海鮮!蕃茄湯汁加咗蒜頭、辣椒同香葉調味,再加上海鮮嘅鮮味,食落非常惹味。不過好可惜蝦唔太新鮮、有少少「梅」[香煎帶子配魚子茸,$78]帶子煎得啱啱好,中間仍然係嫩滑juicy,而上面揤咗蛋黃醬同雪魚卵再配埋底下嘅炸蓮藕片,一啖擺落口味道同口感都非常豐富[蜜糖柚子花園,$88]呢個沙律入面除咗有平時見嘅蔬菜外,仲有菠蘿、核桃、同杏仁片,最特別係個香甜嘅蜜糖柚子沙律醬全新材料都好夾,又健康又好味[韓風薯絲雞肉拌飯,$108]面頭嘅薯絲脆卜卜,同飯拌勻之後食落口感倍增!但醬汁唔多,所以食落略嫌有少少乾,而且用碟嚟撈個拌飯好唔方便,扣咗少少分。不過食落都幾特別、好味,咁就加返分啦…Read More
