ce1234 後續同行友人就此事向消委會投訴後來*經消委會表示願意退回差價60元換取不再追究雖然並未退回全部差價（差價60元再加10%應該是66元）但一眾友人懶得再追究希望大家經一事長一智不再犯同樣錯誤以下資料引自消委會網頁誤導性遺漏若商戶向消費者作出的營業行為遺漏或隱藏重要資料，或以不明確、難以理解、含糊或不適時的方式提供重要資料，或未能表露其商業用意（除非在相關情況下，其商業用意已經明顯），因而導致或相當可能導致一般消費者作出假如該消費者沒有接觸該營業行為，便不會作出的交易決定，則該營業行為即屬誤導性遺漏。
