最近天氣凍凍地,又係時候出去「滾」一下,今次挑戰極限,去食麻辣火鍋,由於之前其實無乜食麻辣火鍋經驗,梗係上網做下功課啦,於是上fb睇下d報導,最近有間新開既劉一手重慶火鍋係銅鑼灣開左,講明係全球十大麻辣火鍋,牌頭咁強,一於試試佢!湯底叫左兩款,重慶大辣同埋龍蝦湯底,唔好問點解係大辣,食重慶麻辣鍋唔食大辣根本渣ga,一上檯已經攻鼻,好香好麻既感覺,但姐未驚過;至於龍蝦鍋係真係叫黎試試佢飲湯碌菜ga姐,除左有開邊龍蝦係個鍋入面,個湯夠鮮濃,唔會死鹹。姐食野一向貴精不貴多,叫個澳洲牛小排,脂肪比例分佈平均,一放落鍋大概30秒左右就食得,牛味濃郁,入口即融,有budget可以encore幾轉,月頭對自己好d都應該既。再下一城就係鵝腸,食之前我一再警告友人唔好好似去x園、花x打邊爐咁一次過車d野食落去,鵝腸真係碌10零秒食得ga啦,怕生頂盡30秒,一次過車落去最後只會縮曬撈唔返上黎。講返味道,呢度既鵝腸係鮮鵝腸,食落去好爽,而且重鵝香,配合埋個麻辣,二重香味,絕對係麻辣火鍋既鐵膽。誠意推介:黃喉黃喉係咩呢?我就無深究,姑且我當佢係牛牛既喉嚨,但係呢樣配料係成晚最比到驚喜我,都係10零秒食得,賣相好似魷魚咁,但佢唔係海鮮,口感食落去係爽爽脆脆,而且佢同麻辣既香辣好夾,我宣布佢係以後食麻辣火鍋既必點item。最後食下青菜解辣解膩,完成今晚既麻辣之旅,仲有d烏冬啊芝士丸啊就不詳細講了,一句講曬,黎劉一手必食鵝腸同黃喉,剩係呢兩個都值回票價!…Read More

近排天氣時冷時暖,早晚就特別寒,收工凍凍地就梗係想約埋班frd打番個邊爐暖下肚啦。朋友提議大紅袍,話坐得夠舒服,吹水都開心啲,見到係荃灣開咗新分店,幾近西鐵站咁,啱晒住大西北嘅我地,一於book位試試佢。講番野食,一黎梗係點湯底先,我地點咗金屋藏嬌,成大舊冬瓜,配埋大約半隻雞,非常足料。店員仲溫馨提示我地可以先飲下個湯試下先,又真係幾鮮甜,仲有我最鍾意嘅竹笙,吸晒啲湯好好食啊!見個湯底咁高質,我地都即刻叫咗冰豆腐同響鈴,盡情吸啲湯汁,正啊!!呢度啲火鍋配料選擇都幾多,我地就揀咗招牌餃(黑松露蟹肉餃)、韮菜餃、脆鯇片、黑豚五花腩片、鬼馬蝦膠同埋娃娃菜等等。不得不提個招牌餃真係好驚喜,唔單只大大粒,一咬啲黑松露香味即刻爆晒出黎!而另一款韮菜餃都同樣好食,一碟有成8粒,大大粒夠晒足料。脆鯇片夠晒新鮮,啱晒鍾意食魚嘅我~呢度每款野食都真係好大份,我地一行四人,叫咗9樣配料,加兩楂野飲,飽到差啲行唔到,埋單都唔洗$1000。非任食邊爐黎講,呢種質素同份量,真係超晒值。咁啱今次有同行朋友唔食牛,見到隔離枱啲安格斯牛好似幾正咁,下次一於再黎試試佢!…Read More

環境乾淨,服務殷勤,最緊要係每一樣野都好好食 日本既浜燒海產食店近年喺香港大受觀迎,至今都已經開咗好幾間,同屋企人食飯唔知去邊好,又唔想太平又唔想西餐咁拘謹,咁就一於去試下啦。荃灣西行過去十分鐘左右,喺荃新天地附近,就算唔係去開荃灣食飯都唔會話好lost好難搵。 店舖係一般日式料理既設計,以木製枱櫈為主,門口有啲海產養咗喺度比你睇下咁,色調以自然為主。我地四個人坐喺包廂,有同張枱少少窄不過有私人空間都幾好,唔洗同人你眼望我眼丫嘛。一開始先食沙律,上面有少少刺身雜碎同海葡萄, 令個沙律睇落日本啲, 但始終呢個唔係佢主打菜黎既, 所以都唔係我地既期待項目。店員旋即遞上一系列小食:烏賊刺身滑嘟有咬口、炸八爪魚外脆內軟,口感實淨。順帶一提,佢地仲有Frozen Beer架! 啤酒梗係用黎送烏賊刺身,聽落好似好麻甩但係將滋味再提升到另一個層次, 係心靈既大解放! 小食後就入正題:燒海鮮喇。燒魷魚筒香氣四溢,魷魚自己既鮮味完全保留到,唔會好似咬橡筋咁。帶子熟度適中,軟軟地充滿肉汁,加咗少少酒一齊燒更惹味~成個過程店員都會幫忙,唔洗驚雞手鴨腳啦:)我自己最surprise係蟹蓋, 混合蟹膏蟹肉蟹籽同鵪鶉蛋令口感上有不同層次,味道好濃郁又好甜美, 食之前完全想像唔到原來呢個combination可以咁好食! 如果都係覺得唔夠飽,仲可以食一個壽喜燒, 唔係好貴就有和牛有少少菜, 風味十足, 感覺好似真係去咗日本緊。食咗咁咁咁多野, 圍返埋每人四百零蚊, 去開香港旺區食飯既屋企人都覺得十分驚訝 – 出面邊度揾啊…Read More

本身自己比較喜歡到cafe同朋友食飯聚下影港女相。但今次突然想食中式野,就同朋友轉去食上海菜。入去等朋友時,已被秋季限定既蟹粉吸引了。滿貫炒飯每粒飯都沾黏上金黃色蛋漿、蟹粉砂鍋上枱,就算唔係即時食,都仲保得住熱氣岩哂中意叫到成張枱叫滿食物既我地金黃蟹粉小籠包皮很簿,咬嘅時候一邊吮湯汁,肉餡充滿蟹味,感覺好滿足蟹粉翡翠苗菜苗混合蟹膏蟹肉芡汁,濕濕地入口,令到普通既菜苗霎時豐富香口黑松露小籠包黑色小籠包夠晒特別,帶有黑松露碎。將整個小籠包放入嘴,湯汁流出充滿黑松露嘅味道,正!韭菜水餃比佢嘅顏色吸引左,味道都唔錯雞絲粉皮麻醬青瓜絲雞絲撈埋一齊,味道清新,粉皮煙韌黃金南瓜條咸蛋黃與南瓜嘅結合,未食已經聞到甘香味,食落口南瓜爽口,炸得酥脆又好食紅燒獅子頭煨面清清淡淡,又保留到肉汁,感覺可中和之前重口味既食物,健康一啲…Read More

《誠意就是致勝之道》

從來甚少覺得任食火鍋值得花筆墨去評論,因為去的人都係求飽而己,但今次「來一鍋」既體驗卻令我完全改觀。其實一到秋天有時就真係幾有衝動搜邏下新地方打個靚邊爐嘅。俾我巧遇到一間食物質素、誠意極高而且裝修相當舒服既一間上樓任食火鍋「來一鍋 One More 」。先未講食,入到去成個環境已經俾左一個好好既第一印象。佢既裝修唔似一般火鍋店咁大紅大紫,反且係以淺藍色為主調,非常有現代化,令人一入去視覺上已經有個好舒服既感覺,一啲都唔麻甩。第一份令我讚嘆既就係鮮炸嘅響鈴先至令人咋舌。見到好似圖中咁巨形嘅響鈴,我不禁問下伙記啲響鈴係點嚟。原來每一條都係接到order後,用新鮮腐皮即刻落鑊炸。因此你見到嘅唔似平時細細條好圓咁嘅樣,而係大大條不規則嘅形態。從呢樣頭盤嘅處理,我睇到嘅係廚房對食物嘅執著。如果將呢兩樣傳統嘅食品應有嘅水平帶番出嚟係「整色整水」的話,那麼「腳踏實地」其實不怎可貴。不嬲唔太食海鮮,尤其係打邊爐啲海鮮,因為對我來講多數都係將啲倉白兼淡而無味既過期貨放入鍋度烚到更加不堪。但見到呢個套餐嘅海鮮拼盤,我又真係忍唔住俾個機會佢。佢地唔似一般放題果啲放到乾哂咁,唔講以為可以生食。過左水之後仍然食到原有既鮮味。到standard嘅牛、羊肉同啲丸類,都不失驚喜。隨左由鮮肉即搓既四式丸之外,不得不提嘅係自創的墨魚釀豆卜同豬肉釀冬菇,兩樣嘅配搭都相當夾,新奇得嚟不失奇各自原味。牛羊肉細細片, 但肉味十足, 鍾意大大啖塞肥牛、羊入口嘅朋友不妨試下細味品嘗。當然,唔夠喉嘅話可以加單啦,伙記們都好快手,絕冇拖野漏野,抵讚!考慮埋個裝潢、食物既誠意同用料新鮮程度,總計每人 around 350 蚊其實真係值得。當然如果唔太好海鮮嘅會有其他平啲嘅組合可以揀啦。上次揀咗豬肚鍋湯底,但對佢個豬骨鍋又好好奇,所以小妹己經plan咗準備下個星期去再戰一番,希望佢個水準可以keep到啦。…Read More
