唔需要我多講,應該好多人都知Hugo's個Brunch好難Book,我以前都食過幾多佢平日嘅Lunch Set,所以都幾期待佢個Brunch,成日問職員都話未來一兩個月滿曬,又話未開放更後嘅訂坐,咁啱最新出咗某某信用卡,就成功用佢個訂位服務訂到位,一早知呢間餐廳食物選擇唔多,主菜只能Order一次,無所謂啦,年紀大,就算咩都任食都食唔到幾多,一於奉行「貴精不貴多」嘅原則(被逼、鬼叫個胃唔生性)。前菜黎黎去去都係個啲嘢,唔多講,要講嘅就幾樣:*火腿切到得咁碎,又比較乾,密瓜又硬又無味*生牛牛tartare個介紹牌寫到好利害咁,咩Hugo's Signature,食落唔夠滑,唔夠嫩,又出曬水咁,入口仲有少少粉狀嘅口味,我唔識欣賞囉。*生蠔我無食,我啲朋友食兩三隻後都無再拎,佢哋嘅意見係:瘦、無海水味,鮮度一般,最大優點係無殼碎。*凍龍蝦,每人試咗半隻就無再拎,呢樣最失望,舊年某KOL大讚呢度嘅凍龍蝦高汁,我成日跟個位KOL去食嘢都無試過中伏,今次可能由於事隔大半年,加上唔止呢間餐廳,好多食肆響疫情下,一邊加價一邊偷公減料,入埋啲Cheap貨,舊龍蝦擺盤嘅時候殼向外,拎返埋位影完相一反轉,唔使食用眼睇都知出事,完全全平面好實好乾咁,嬲得滯無影相,唔知大家去試下就知,仲差過之前食個啲中下價自助餐嘅凍龍,當時我已經第一時間向職員反映,佢話幫我留意下下一轉會唔會有改善,有嘅會拎件俾我試下,點知到埋單都人拎過俾我,再出去拎嘢食時自己都睇過,全部係龍膠都我都費時再試,除咗龍膠,隻龍膠鉗一樣敗北,原隻任拎,但廚房懶到一個點,每隻都好完整,無幫客人開邊或整碎先,現場唔見有任何工具提供,咁點食呀?搵叉慢慢「了」囉,了得幾了我都唔食了。*海鮮選擇超級少,計埋三文魚,就只有沙律蝦、白灼蝦同凍龍膠,人造魚子醬恕我唔計在內啦,連加一$922,咩卡都無優惠,我諗唔到佢有咩吸引力,想食牛肋扒平日黎食Lunch Set平幾百就得啦。*酒店縮皮縮度麵包上邊,以往餐廳提供嘅麵包籃入邊至少有三款包,牛油酥最多人like,好多時客人食唔曬仲可以拎走添,但兩三個月前已經變咗一枱一個大包一開四,你食就食,唔啱食就無使食,真係人都癲。*主菜個牛肋扒一向係餐廳重點菜,無論係Lunch Set、Dinner Set定Brunch都係同一樣嘢,無一次令我失望,但呢次直頭有驚喜。我記得舊陣時係有個外籍大廚負責即場切,仲會同客人傾下介紹下,家陣變咗一個四眼肥仔廚師切,切得鬼咁薄,咁孤寒做咩?又唔係切佢啲肉!又同客人零交流,改由經理同客人介紹,對上兩次平日食Lunch Set(上年9月同12月)都係遇著佢,唉!塊牛連1cm都無,唔知佢幾時會轉職呢?轉佢去隔離自助餐廳就好啦!講番今次舊牛,同枱兩個朋友第一次黎食,我極力推薦要牛,一上枱我嚇咗一跳,我哋三份牛都叫Medium,我個份第一個上,係rare,一定係rare,你話係raw我都信,另外兩份跟住上,外圍可能係Medium,中間一定係rare,咁我梗係同經理講我要Medium,咁生頂唔順,佢話咁係Medium,咁我只好叫佢grill多陣囉,grill 完出黎三塊扒都響曬水,本來都無1cm,依家變曬印度烤餅咁上下薄,而且熟到Medium Well以上,真係好好彩舊牛本身靚,食落唔夠滑嫩但大家都覺得好食,唔係真係要換。另一樣就係隻碟係唔熱嘅,食咁多次第一次係咁,以往廚房會暖定碟上菜,今次居然無,唔通換曬班底?*最後甜品,正正常常,款唔多但都叫OK,無咩好講,要講就係自制嘅雪糕,兩款雪芭一款雲呢拿雪糕,落足料見到好多雲呢拿籽,食落口一粒粒咁,唔係啲籽,係冰粒,建議餐廳直接提供盒裝雪糕算。唉~到底發生咩事?間餐廳連最吸引嘅主茶都搞成咁?你話難食我可以講唔係,但咁嘅價錢真係大把好過佢嘅選擇,為乜要咁花時間功夫去訂位?成件事最慘嘅係,佢由今個月10號開始可以網上訂位,不過要即時網上俾曬全數(舊網上系統永遠搵唔到Brunch),我Full Paid咗下個月中8位,大鑊,個班友個個食開好嘢,咁嘅質素同價錢點收貨?我又即時同職員講我想取消同退款,佢叫咗經理黎,阿經理都循例對我嘅不滿感到抱歉,然後俾張卡片我請我電郵佢講下有咩唔滿意同書面要求取消訂位同退款,唉~真心煩~我同佢講,叫佢拎件龍蝦食一啖就知,我講兩次不過佢都係無咁做......…Read More

little candy 睇完笑死,同樣其他高級食肆,疫情下縮皮,而家好少少又加價,食物質素保持唔到,人手不足又唔夠經驗,真係貼錢買難受!

little candy 記得多年前幫襯Hugo嘅brunch,鬼佬駐場,質素好掂,麵包焗到新鮮熱辣辣,自助食物精緻優質,一啲都唔欺埸,主菜牛扒大大塊,食唔晒要打包添!本來入嚟睇吓食評,了解一下再幫襯,真係每況越下,而家係欺客,食到一肚氣,比錢都食唔到好嘢!希望siuman咁真情剖白可以喚醒管理層啦!

背景:好朋友J隊長構思成立美食會(絕對邪惡),先搞一次特別聚餐,呢間餐廳係新開O既,由飲食達人R大哥安排下,響佢試業期間率先品嘗。地點響鬧市之中,但正常情況下一定搵錯,要先由街舖上一間樓上打邊邊餐廳,再上多陣先到達~大約十張枱左右,當晚連我地在內只有三張有人坐。當晚自攜酒水,我就帶O左支Pol Roger Reserve Brut NV ,支香檳本身特色係汽泡夠勁同果酸味突出,配餐前菜一流,食啖臘肉再飲一口,嘩~酸味昇華做甜味,成枱朋友個個叫出黎!陳村粉本身都係上上之選,口感軟滑唔黐牙,米香味濃,索埋花雕酒汁,入口唔捨得吞。其他仲有水晶蝦球呀~紅棗糕(一定要熱食)同埋花雕甜酒等等~真係難忘O既一餐。只能用精彩黎形容,希望正式開業後可以維持到水平,必會重臨呀~…Read More

LUNCH經過食O左個午餐海南雞飯,有湯有O野飲都係45蚊~覺得唔錯,物超所值!夜晚即刻帶埋肥太太黎食多次!晚餐168蚊,響A、B、C三set入邊各二選一,另包兩碗湯同兩杯野飲,凍飲加兩蚊!食物真係有水準,海南雞唔肥但夠滑,廚師(應該都係老細)火喉控制得好,雞肉唔會太熟亦唔會生,試過其他地方好多人讚o既海南雞飯,有o的肉根本未熟,咁唔止滑,仲好咬口添~嘔~~~~雞油飯睇落好乾身,食落又ok,淡淡油香都幾可口。醬油有三種,真係有誠意,每一種都唔算突出,普普通通,但配埋雞肉同油飯,真係特別開胃。豬頸肉有驚喜,外脆內嫩,加埋酸甜醬用黎配雞油真係多多都食得落,可惜分量太少,得十片左右,加上老細真係好好刀法,每一片都薄過5毫子硬幣,兩人些牙一碟真心唔夠。最後一碟肥太太揀o左上湯菜心,無咩特別,但合格有突,湯就好唔錯,每碗兩隻雞腳,飲唔出有味精,我鍾意!食o左3份1先醒起唔記得影相,係咁咦補一張算數啦~考慮到價錢,整體黎講真係非常滿意o既一餐!值得推薦!…Read More

星期六要返半晝,老細冇返可以輕輕鬆鬆hea住做同上網,睇到X果報介紹呢間野,話價錢唔平但碟頭大,牛腩爽滑雲吞足料,令到當時冇食早餐O既我流曬口水,唔鬼理佢當日先開業,一放工就坐車去試。去 到O既時候大約2點,門口企住幾十人,如果同屋企人一齊我一定唔等,當日一條冷無所謂啦~一邊玩手機一邊等,流汗多到用O左一包紙巾,等唔係問題,最慘係 明明入邊有幾個單人位冇人住,但帶位O既男子係都唔安排我呢O的拎一人飛O既入坐,我內心都不期然唸O左N句粗口,門口卡位一台都算啦,一家三口,老婆同 個仔都食完玩手機,男人ORDER O既麵係都唔黎,黎O左又係錯O既要換~FINE~非戰之罪,反而旁邊一男兩女坐三個位再同一個位放袋O既就真係POOR GUY,我拎飛時佢地坐低,我連等到食完埋單走人三條友仲響度死玩電話唔走人,呢點係人O既素質問題,真係要學下日本人食拉麵咁,食完即走,要傾就搵居走 屋慢慢坐O個種態度,而帶位派飛O既職員又唔醒目,CONFIRM人地三個就俾個單丁人其他人啦~呢樣要鬧!另外就觀察所見,廠房得兩個阿叔做野,一個負 責食物一個做水吧,完全出唔切野~好多樓面企響度等野做~呢樣要慢慢TUNE~講返食物,等時已經諗好,就一個招牌牛腩飯加一個淨雲吞,前 者50蚊後者35,價錢於我意義不大,當時我只重視質素,好味O既再貴我都會幫襯。排隊時已有好幾個阿叔行過又自言自語 咁*!@&^#&! :「嘩~咁X貴,食X啦!」我心諗嫌貴就咪食,有個阿叔就講:「幾日就執」,我響內心反駁佢:幾日後你仆們黎食呀~但當我食完之後,我真係好佩服O個幾位阿叔O既真知卓見,薑係老O既辣呢點係不能勿視!淨 雲吞35蚊我食到5粒加一塊皮,仲有兩大片生菜,唔知係咪趕開業所以樓面都要幫手包,雲吞大小不一,有大有細,蝦肉唔太多,感覺冇咩肥肉,冇特別,要講只 係特別貴,我問兩個樓面,淨雲吞有幾多粒,一個話7粒一個話6粒,67都好都係搵笨,同街邊一般雲吞麵舖唔覺有咩分別,湯就好啖下,失望,死人報紙話係豬 骨煲,我估要拎去化驗先驗到有冇豬骨成份囉~主菜牛腩飯,又話話全泰國先苗?GOOD~從前唔會響759買米,試完啖飯就確定今生都唔 會,O的飯似係碎米煲O既咁,不過唔算難食,但份死人報紙真係"扇"稿得好緊要,牛腩仲弊,又話大份,又話比其他餐廳多一倍?就墊底蘿蔔O既SIZE而言 我是同意的,牛腩本身瘦到不行,乾到已經纖維化,稍為用筷子加壓,O的肉已經好似海岸公園O的岩石咁呈六角柱狀散開,我食O左一小片已經頂唔順,同個著便服O既人反映,佢OFFER換過俾我,我OK~但再換黎都係一樣,點食呀~另一個最大年紀,看似話事人O既黎同我解釋,呢煲煲得太耐,所以比較乾,明知係咁仲賣?趕住開張同老細交待?做壞招待咪仲衰?佢話再換過俾我,我拒絕,同一煲野點換都係咁,我有諗過不如換牛雜,不過理智話我知都係咪送死,我成碟飯同牛都再食,起身埋單走人,著制服最老資格(個樣)O既男士同我講SORRY,請我過兩日再黎試下俾個機會,我話唔啦~佢冇收我牛腩錢,我亦費時口出惡言~總括而言,呢餐飯對我而言好奢侈,唔係錢,係時間(套用電視劇對白)!…Read More

chuwaiin 你可以去福榮街218號美居中心41號A地舖-阿賢麵線。台灣菜館,師傅系台灣人,招牌大腸麵線28元/碗,也有肉燥飯一樣28元/碗,大大碗,價錢實惠,很正宗,很好味,這店内的奶茶一樣精彩,茶味香濃奶味重,甜度啱啱好和店內的冬瓜檸檬茶一樣精湛的*之作,肯定不會令你失望的

睇到某某雜誌介紹呢間店,講到麵包出名又好食,阿女又愛包包,就佢啦!早三日前BOOK定位,兩大一細,肥太太想要WINDOWS SEAT,聽電話O既WAITRESS話冇晒,FINE我冇問題,但肥太太話對方語氣唔太友善一家三豬準時7:30PM到達,麵包部排晒隊,但CAFE方面連埋我地都係5~6台客,八成吉O既!因為帶住阿女,又趕下場,就是日SET DINNER各一啦~咩都係各一(前、主、甜都係二選一)。先黎一個麵包籃,呢個就係我同肥太太最有期望O既,不過問心真係普遍到唔普通,首先得三款,係個南瓜味O既有少少特別,其他都冇咩好講,仲有係凍冰冰O既,唔知點解呢?出邊食餐呢類CAFE或者去親酒店用餐,包都一定熱,唔明~至於連去RITZ CARLTON食BRUNCH都只食包O既阿女,咬兩啖就唔再食:(跟包仲有一碟仔牛油,好心機雕到成朵花咁,但已呈溶化狀態,表面已出水反晒光咁,食落質感無口感講返食物,先黎一個蘑菇湯,味道尚可,不過唔凍唔熱,我心諗呢間CAFE係咪認為呢個溫度適合人客呢? 呢個份揀O左個乳酪沙律,OK!酸酸地幾開胃,上邊有一片沾滿OLIVE OIL 同黑醋O既包,齋食好淋,連乳酪夾黎食就出奇地好!食晌前菜/湯同包,啊~原來要叫人先至會上主菜,是日主菜係牛扒同大蝦意大利飯,我好認真講兩個味道都OK,蝦有兩大隻,外邊煎到少少燶,肉質都好亦都甜,意大利飯米同CREAM都唔夠正宗,但佢話明係FUSION,咁講味道我地都覺得好,牛扒大大塊,加一大堆薯條,牛扒火喉控制唔錯,叫五成但食時最熟O個截都仲有血有汁唔鞋,件碟有一片蕃茄釀乳酪,全晚最好食係佢!不過又係同一問題,兩碟O野都係唔熱,未到凍,黎時已經冇煙,食O左兩啖就更大件事.......最後叫上埋租品,唉~前後同三個待應講上得,到第三個先講MEUN上O既兩款TART都冇晒,O下~咁都得~成埋都冇十台客都可以冇晒?算~佢OFFER四種CAKE叫O左一個朱古力同一個APPLE等~等~等~成三十分鐘都唔黎,問過N個WAITRESS最後叫店長黎,佢入廚房拎出黎俾我地,唉~兩個裝CAKE O既碟都幾熱下,心諗唔通O岩O岩焗,咁等咁耐都有道理,點知一食~內心都爆出粗口黎,兩件都係凍O既,唔係一般凍,係雪櫃拎出黎O個種福,我真係忍唔住,問店長點解要等咁耐,佢話CF要切,所以耐O的~我聽完啞O左~佢見我唔出聲亦閃O左~頭先主菜O既碟有咁熱就好囉~是晚帶住阿女,我唔方便俾反面教材佢睇~佢賣麵包O個邊O既食物質素點我唔敢講,但就住呢餐$685蚊,唔飽~九十八%食物係冷O既,又要等又要貨不對辨O既西餐,真係好後悔好肉赤!套用TXB一句電視劇對白:「呢餐飯好奢侈!唔係錢~係時間!」…Read More

以前順路同專程都試過黎食,兩次都冇開門,真係吹到脹一脹~蘊釀已久,今日再試一次,因為小豬B女出門前要搞呢搞路,加埋少少塞車,去到門口都4點五十幾分,一家三豬加埋姐姐坐低叫完O野,O的食物未黎齊店主已經棟O左個牌晌門口話所有食物沽清,好在我地一黎到就咁O岩搵到車位,唔係又要白行!黎之前諗好晒,不過去到時已經冇晒河粉,唔緊要,就兩碗牛筋麵同一碗牛面珠米,再加一碗淨爽腩,阿姐同CF再三確認LAST一份,遲我入黎O既人再叫都冇,罪過罪過!食物晌圖片隔離會寫評言,先講麵,唔同出邊呢類麵店食到O既鹼水麵,呢度O的麵好幼身又有咬勁,有咬勁黎又夠軟,我隻小豬B女都食到,正!米粉有少少米香,唔硬有口感,好難得!湯底同其他清湯腩店O既湯底好唔同,一般其他店慣常加蘿白同八角之類去煲,加埋CF後湯底係甜O既,呢度用牛骨(睇其他食評講,我唔係專家唔知),湯飲落膠膠地,真係有O的「厚道」,但味覺方面唔算太突出,不過我都飲到清晒!我覺得佢同豚王O既豬骨湯晌質感方面有O的似,味道當然完全唔同啦。另外有師兄話個湯唔夠九記好,我未試過一定要搵日去試試係咪咁正!而八十蚊一小碗爽腩,我忍唔住問阿姐係咪叫錯SZIE,佢話正常咁細腕(見到同枱其他食客70蚊一腕淨腩都係用呢隻小腕),好在成碗都係爽腩,好過出邊大大碗不過係蘿白墊底,湯都好少但至好味!真係有肉O既香甜味!至於都有O的名氣O既大利,幾年前食過三次(灣仔區兩間唔同O既店舖)之後,完全唔覺有咩特別?經過都唔會入去食.....同群記根本唔係同一水平!落O左ORDER要等好一段時間,兩個CF應該係好用心整,唔係是鬼但"十一十O的面"同執O的餸,勁!…Read More

我晌香港食到最好O既拉麵~

自從舊年晌北海道食O左腕超好味O既拉麵之後,返到香港一直掛住O個一種滿足O既感覺,上個月試O左兩間坊好多人話OK O既拉麵鋪後感到非常失望,經網友介紹下禽日藉住假期去搏一搏,果然無令我同肥太太失望。到達時間係5點15分左右,一如我肥太太所料,清明應該少O的人,我地排第4同第5,等O左唔使十分鐘已經入座。黎之前我已經做晒功課,我地同個都叫豚王,兩碗都加蛋(15蚊隻),肥太太加木耳(5蚊),我就加一份叉燒(十蚊),無幾耐已經黎到,先試啖湯,名不虛傳,好厚好有質感,比起橫X好千百倍,又冇一X堂咁肥膩,而且真係無咩味精,飲完唔會覺得好口渴,明顯係用O左大量材料去泡製!麵係好幼細O個種,加埋蒜同蔥去飲,無得彈,我阿媽成日自認煲豬骨湯點好飲,有機會都要帶佢黎試試(雖然完全係兩樣O野),叉燒好薄身,有少少肥,入日易化,有少少肉香豚味,水準之上,所有O野加起黎令我覺得佢比唔少日本本土O既拉麵仲要高幾班,粒蛋真係冇叫錯,中間真正流心,而且仲要係"杰杰地"甜甜地O個種,訓身推薦。唔使十分鐘我就食完一碗,睇到肥太太仲食緊,我就叫多碗黑王,真係咪講笑,湯底比起豚王多O的一種甘甜,加埋由神秘黑球慢慢散出黎O既肉碎,食到我成頭面汗鼻水都流埋都好,我都忍唔住KO到佢一滴不剩,仲要事後至知我唔記得影黑王添,認真失禮。我諗我以後晌香港除O左豚至之外唔會再食其他鋪頭O既拉麵囉,當然世上應該有好多比佢出色O既拉麵鋪,但香港黎講我估都無出其右啦~如果有O既講各位兄弟姊妹介紹一O下~…Read More
