呢日好想食印尼野,所以放工同朋友衝咗去銅鑼灣,試咗同事成日推介嘅「Kampoeng」。。門口已經有陣濃濃印尼味:霓虹招牌+樓梯口堆滿土產零食,好似轉眼跌咗去雅加達地庫市集。入到去,七成客人講緊印尼語,背景播住懷舊歌,成間舖氣氛夠地道。。坐低掃 QR Code 落單,好快就有嘢食上枱。首先到場嘅係炸熟辣醬鴨($70)。鴨皮炸到金黃薄脆,啖啖肉仍然有油香,但唔覺膩,配埋生菜青瓜同招牌紅 sambal,辣勁慢慢滲,越食越過癮。。之後兩條魚登場——我揀咗熟辣醬炸鰂魚($83)+斑蘭飯(+$18),朋友就試印尼醬燒魚($88)+椰汁飯(+$18)。炸版外層超香脆,魚肉仍然保持嫩滑;斑蘭飯透出淡淡椰香兼有少少甜,配炸魚啱啱好。醬燒魚就走咗脆路,抹上深色甜辣 Kecap Manis,再烤到魚皮焦香,咬落帶少少煙韌,甜鹹平衡。椰汁飯粒粒分明,椰香重啲,配甜醬夾埋真係一流。炸魚附送較稠嘅紅 sambal,辣度高少少,鍾意重口味可以盡情叉。。飲品方面,椰青($46)冰凍解渴,椰肉夠厚;另外點咗大樹菠蘿珍多冰($45),杯底滿佈 Jackfruit 同翠綠珍多,椰奶混合黑糖漿,甜香得嚟唔會死實,食完辣野飲返啖即刻降溫。。整體嚟講,呢間舖主打「家鄉味+抵食」。價錢喺銅鑼灣算親民,平均每人一百零蚊就食到又魚又鴨再加飲品。環境屬地庫小店,裝修見到藤燈籠、木雕、褲架馬頭,唔算打卡靚位,但勝在真。。門口土產區仲有一段小彩蛋:角落放滿巴達崗咖啡包、叻沙即食麵、辣味蝦片,仲有沙巴萊辣椒醬同檳城蝦膏,一樽樽排到成牆,行過已經聞到鹹香。同朋友夾份掃咗幾包,食完飯撐住肚都要即刻「手信先行」,真係有種旅行完準備返香港前最後大手掃貨嘅 feel。。#銅鑼灣 #銅鑼灣美食 #銅鑼灣打卡地點 #銅鑼灣餐廳 #香港美食 #旅遊推薦 #地區美食 #印尼菜 #開心聚餐 #香港探店 #香港好去處 #美食之旅 #香港平民美食 #朋友聚會 #香港美食必吃榜 #香港遊玩攻略 #香港打卡 #美食日常 #寶藏小店地圖 #必吃榜 #朋友生日飯 #Kampoeng …Read More

今晚終於約佐幾個舊同事出街聚聚,去旺角試佐呢間新開嘅潮州菜餐廳。朋友之前同我講過,話呢間抵食又舒服,座位設計好有氣氛,於是我同幾個兄弟一於試吓。入到去,環境真係唔錯,裝修現代又唔失傳統feel,仲有個開放式廚房,睇到廚房師傅忙緊,感覺好親切。。我哋一坐低就叫咗例牌嘅滷水鵝,$138一碟,份量真係驚喜到我!待應放低碟時,我仲忍唔住問咗一句:「呢個係例牌份量?」因為實在太誇張,除咗鵝肉,仲有豆腐同花生,味道滷得入味,鵝皮Q彈,肉質軟滑,花生同豆腐吸咗滷水汁,食落去好滿足。之後我哋再叫咗一碟椒鹽九肚魚,$138,上面灑滿咗炸蒜,香氣一出嚟即刻勾起食慾,魚肉新鮮又脆口,椒鹽調味唔太鹹,配上蒜香真係一流。。主食方面,我哋點咗砂鍋蠔仔粥,$88一窩,熱辣辣嘅砂鍋一上枱,蒸汽同香氣即刻撲鼻,蠔仔新鮮,粥底濃滑,仲有啲芫荽同蒜粒提味,暖胃又唔膩口。食到一半,我同朋友講,呢間真係抵讚,份量同味道都夠晒水準。環境方面,間餐廳有冷氣同吊扇,感覺涼快又舒適,枱同椅設計都好有心思,坐低真係放鬆咗好多。。整體嚟講,呢間餐廳食物質素同環境都令我地滿意。朋友講得啱,呢間潮州菜真係值得一試。食完之後,我哋仲坐咗一陣吹水,時間過得好快。同埋呢刻我先發現原來餐廳優惠食滿$300可以加$8多一碟雜錦拼盤或者韭菜豬紅,但係我哋已經太飽,唯有下次同家人一齊再嚟,試吓其他菜式。…Read More

今日同朋友約埋去九龍灣嘅德福廣場,佢話要帶我食一間超正嘅burger house。一入門就覺得裝潢超華麗,好有feel!我哋先點咗小食,有香蒜帕馬臣炸魷魚,真係好好味!酥脆爽口,帶有蒜香,配埋沙律醬,特別開胃。。之後就轉入正餐啦,朋友推薦咗佢最愛嘅德州燒烤芝士牛肉漢堡。漢堡包又大又厚,入口即溶嘅牛肉配埋濃濃嘅芝士,配埋酸果,好滿足!我地升級要佐黑松露薯條,薯條炸得好金黃酥脆,黑松露香味極濃,真係好正!。另外一款主菜我地揀咗佐酥炸軟殼蟹嘅咸蛋忌廉意大利麵。麵條煮得岩岩好,軟而有咬口,配埋咸蛋忌廉醬汁,超級creamy,仲有爽脆嘅軟殼蟹,真係好滿足!。最後當然唔少得甜品啦!我哋點咗巴斯克芝士蛋糕,入口即溶,濃郁嘅芝士味配埋淡淡嘅焦糖香,好滋味!。飲品方面,朋友就揀咗士多啤梨奶昔,濃郁香甜,我就要了伯爵茶消化餅奶昔,感覺多佐一個小甜品,好正。。整體嚟講,呢間burger house嘅餐飲質素真係好高,唔單止裝潢靚,菜式都好味道,價錢都合理,係個好選擇!我同朋友食完飯之後都好讚好滿足,一定會再嚟嘅!…Read More

今日放工,心情有啲唔錯,於是決定同朋友去旺角食泰國菜。朋友推介咗一間餐廳,聽講環境唔錯,座位都幾舒適,最重要係餐牌選擇多元化,真係好吸引。。一入到餐廳,裝潢以木系和植物為主,感覺好自然、清新,令人有種置身熱帶雨林嘅感覺,整體氛圍好輕鬆,真係好適合同朋友聚餐。。餐牌上有好多選擇,從經典嘅泰式咖喱到新穎嘅創意菜式都有。最後我哋決定試下幾樣嘢,首先就係肉碎生菜包。呢個菜式基本係我既泰菜必點之選,生菜包住肉碎,口感清新,味道一流,每一口都食到滿滿嘅泰國風味。。跟住就係泰式青檸蒸原隻魷魚,呢道菜一上嚟就已經吸引到我哋嘅眼球,魷魚煮得剛剛好,肉質鮮嫩,配上青檸嘅酸味,真係好開胃!我覺得蒸嘅方法令魷魚保持咗原汁原味,完全冇嗰種腥味,反而係清新嘅海鮮味,真係好正。。最後,我哋試咗泰式蛋包金邊粉伴蝦。呢道菜就更加吸引,蛋包包住金邊粉,特別醬汁配上花生粒,裡面仲有大大隻既鮮蝦,味道豐富。每一口都可以食到蝦嘅鮮甜,加上蛋嘅滑嫩,真係好享受。。食完嘢之後,心情更加好,真係一個唔錯嘅選擇!餐廳真係值得一試,價錢應該算中低檔,但座位舒服,食物高質,下次會再同屋企人再試其他菜式。…Read More

今日同朋友傾咗成日,講到好耐無食過拉麵,於是決定喺銅鑼灣行下,搵一間新又未試過嘅地方解解思念。結果搵到咗呢間拉麵小店,位於一條內街,店舖唔算大,但一入去就覺得好有日式氣氛,木製裝修同溫暖燈光,感覺好舒適。。一坐低,店員即刻畀咗一壺冰水同杯喺枱上,覺得好貼心,特別係天氣咁熱,飲一口冰水真係解暑。menu好簡單,重點當然係拉麵同一啲日式小食。我同朋友睇咗一陣,決定試吓唔同選擇。我自己點咗一碗 醬油拉麵(特盛),普通同特盛既主要分別係特盛會有腩肉叉燒、紫菜同糖心蛋,感覺物有所值,點咗特盛絕對係正確決定!朋友則揀咗 味噌拉麵,佢話想試吓唔同嘅湯底味道。仲有,我地加咗一碟 唐揚炸雞 同 煎餃子 做小食,感覺呢餐夠晒豐富。。等咗大約10分鐘,食物就上枱。首先上嚟嘅係唐揚炸雞,外脆內軟,咬落去有啲汁,表面啲麵包糠同肉質好match,食落去唔會太膩,份量有3件,夠我同朋友分。跟住係煎餃子,3件一碟,皮煎得金黃,啲餡料好香,仲有啲汁喺度,食時點咗少少醋,味道更加突出。。之後拉麵上枱,我嘅醬油拉麵湯底好清甜,啲麵條彈牙,特盛版真係豪華,腩肉叉燒煮得好入味,肥瘦比例啱啱好,咬落去有啲油潤感。紫菜大片,食落爽脆,糖心蛋流心煮得岩岩好,味道層次感好強。朋友嘅味噌拉麵湯底濃郁啲,帶啲鹹香,麵條同配料一樣彈牙,仲有啲菜添啲新鮮感。兩碗拉麵份量唔少,食完有啲飽,但又唔會撐住個肚,感覺好舒服。。枱面有齊調味料紙巾,仲有筷子同湯匙,環境乾淨整齊,店員態度友善,點餐同埋結帳都好順暢。唯一小小缺點可能係位於內街,唔係好易搵,但入去之後覺得值得一試。價錢方面,特盛拉麵大約$116,味噌拉麵同樣,小食大約$32-$33,非常合理,加上質素同環境,性價比夠哂高。…Read More

今日放工後,心情特別好,決定同朋友去土瓜灣食晚飯,因為聽聞有間餐廳主打無味精,新鮮淆製,仲有前酒店星級大廚坐鎮,裝修又幾靚,實在吸引。一路行過去,見到餐廳外觀都幾有特色,入到去之後,感覺好舒服,燈光柔和,環境靜謐。。我哋點咗幾樣嘢,先講講朋友嘅選擇。佢叫咗一個晚餐,前菜係黑醋雞胸玉子沙律,主菜係紅蝦油櫻花蝦海皇湯麵,聽到都流口水,佢小食再加佐酥炸手工鮮蝦雲吞,飲品方面,佢叫咗手打香水檸檬茶,夠曬特別,正好配合呢個炎熱嘅天氣。。至於我就揀佐慢浸五香青蔥無骨海南雞飯,聽到已經覺得好吸引,因為我一向都鍾意海南雞飯,特別係無骨嘅,食落方便。套餐仲有蠔油菜心同埋黑蒜姬松茸燉湯,好有誠意。飲品同朋友一樣,都係手打香水檸檬茶,真係好想試下呢個人氣飲品。最尾,仲加咗個甜品——日式梳乎厘半熟芝士蛋糕。。食物上嚟嘅時候,黑醋雞胸玉子沙律色彩繽紛,雞肉切得薄薄一片,淋上黑醋,味道酸酸甜甜,仲有啲沙律菜,口感清新,真係好好食。朋友試咗之後都讚不絕口,話呢個前菜真係開胃。接住係主菜,紅蝦油櫻花蝦海皇湯麵。湯底好濃郁,海鮮味十足,紅蝦鮮嫩,蝦味同櫻花蝦融合得剛剛好,麵條吸收咗湯汁,食落去每一口都好滿足。朋友話呢碗麵真係值得再來一次。。至於我嘅海南雞飯,雞肉好嫩滑,味道渗透得好均勻,搭配油飯,同埋三色醬食,真係一流。蠔油菜心清脆可口,黑蒜姬松茸燉湯就更加升華整個meal,湯底香濃,飲完之後覺得身心愉快,重點都係無味精!。最後,甜品日式梳乎厘半熟芝士蛋糕就係今日嘅高潮,蛋糕入口即化,芝士味濃郁但唔會太膩,配有芒果,真係好正!總結今日嘅晚餐,呢間餐廳真係唔錯,無味精嘅理念加上優雅嘅環境,食物質素亦好高,值得一試!希望下次再返嚟,仲想試多啲其他菜式。…Read More

朋友生日,早幾日就訂咗銅鑼灣Firebird呢間日式Grill & Bar同佢慶祝,真係有驚喜!餐廳門口已經好有日本居酒屋feel,一入去仲係open kitchen設計,坐低望住師傅現場燒嘢食,成間鋪有啲小酒館既熱鬧感覺,加上好多後生仔女,成個氣氛都好輕鬆自在。揀佐張枱貼近廚房睇到師傅點樣準備食物,感覺即刻親切咗。。牛油果伴金䱽魚 $88 ,呢個真係清新夾雜咸香,魚生同牛油果一齊食,無得輸。火山熔岩鮭魚卷 $98,好有賣相,炸卷咬落去又香又脆,上面仲有拉絲既炸絲同醬汁,口感層次幾有驚喜。。串燒方面,免治雞肉棒 $38 ,真心推介,拎埋蛋黃沾一沾,滑滑蛋香加上嫩雞肉,好香口。
雞腎串 $28,偏爽口,正正常常。

今日同朋友傾開,突然好掛住印度菜,於是問咗個印度朋友,佢話尖沙咀有間餐廳叫Gaylord,話佢歷史悠久,1972年已經開業,係一個有故事嘅地方,年紀仲大過我添!一聽到咁有feel,馬上約咗朋友一齊去試吓。入到去,感覺即刻唔同,餐廳佈置好有印度風味,昏暗紅燈營造咗溫馨氣氛,裝潢又新穎,仲有現場live music表演,氣氛真係好正,食飯時心情都relax咗好多。佢嘅設計同音樂一齊,感覺好似帶我去咗印度嘅街頭市集,充滿文化氣息,但又唔失現代感,實在係一個好特別嘅體驗。。我哋今次點咗幾款菜式,食到有驚喜又有滿足感。第一道係草莓配脆米餅 (Berries Bombay’s Bhel) $138,脆米同新鮮草莓一齊,味道清新又帶點甜,配上少少酸甜醬汁,好開胃,食落感覺好似一啖清新的印度街頭小吃。第二道係酥炸菠菜配洋蔥蕃茄沙沙伴薄荷羅望子醬 (Palak Patta Chaat) $138,菠菜炸到脆卜卜,薄荷醬同羅望子醬嘅酸酸甜甜同菠菜嘅鮮味一拍即合,層次感好強,食完仲有種意猶未盡嘅感覺。主菜方面,炭燒三文魚 (Tandoori Salmon Tikka) (4pcs) $198 係焦香又juicy,三文魚肉質鮮嫩,炭燒香味滲透入每塊魚,食落好有滿足感。奶油紅茄燴芝士 (Paneer Makhani) $148 呢個就濃郁得來唔油膩,芝士同紅茄醬完美融合,醬汁濃滑,配飯或者麵包都啱晒。之後係羊肉香料炒飯 (Mughalai Dum Biryani) $188,羊肉軟滑得嚟又有咬口,香料味濃郁,飯粒分明,食落感受到印度廚師嘅用心,實在係一啖接一啖停唔到。麵包方面,松露芝士烤餅 (Cheese Truffle Nann) $68 焦香得嚟又有松露同芝士嘅香氣,松露份量勁多勁濃,每一口都好撲實,配醬料食好襯。飲品方面,我試咗Mango Lassi $78,芒果味濃郁,冰涼滑溜,解辣又解渴,飲落好似夏天嘅一陣清涼風。朋友點咗Virgin Monito $75,呢個mocktail酸甜平衡,帶點果香,配菜食都好啱,感覺係一個唔錯嘅選擇。。整體嚟講,菜式味道正宗又帶創意,份量適中,適合同朋友一齊share。服務員態度友好,見我哋有啲唔明白菜式嘅做法,佢仲主動解釋咗一啲印度菜嘅烹調方法,感覺好貼心。食物上菜時間都快,環境又舒服,尤其係live music,食飯時聽住印度傳統樂器同歌聲,感覺好似去佐一轉旅行,實在係意料之外嘅驚喜。坐喺度食飯真係好享受。。唔知有冇人同我一樣鍾意印度菜?😋…Read More

今日天氣熱到爆,似焗桑拿咁,特別想食啲清爽嘅日本嘢!一諗到性價比高嘅日式餐廳,就即刻諗起丼丼屋。佢哋食物質素唔錯又抵食,今日特登過嚟試吓升級版餐牌,食完真係有驚喜,唔寫低同大家分享唔得!。一入餐廳,門口熱鬧,電子屏幕仲放新菜式宣傳,望落好吸引!店內木色設計,燈光暖暖,坐低好舒服。我點咗最新出嘅鹽蔥厚切牛舌丼定食同贅沢三種吞拿魚定食。。先講鹽蔥厚切牛舌丼定食,牛舌切得夠厚,煎得外層微焦,咬落juicy又有咬口。配秘製鹽蔥醬,鹹香清新中和油膩,日本蛋黃戳破後撈飯,香濃唔膩,日本米飯煙靭有米香。定食仲有味噌湯同寒天,湯鮮甜,甜品解膩。。另一款係贅沢三種吞拿魚定食,呢個定食真係吞拿魚控嘅福音!佢有三款唔同嘅吞拿魚迷你丼,每款都各有特色。第一款係赤身配醬油玉子丼,赤身切得厚實,口感好紮實,唔會太肥,但又有少少油香,配上醬油漬蛋,戳破蛋黃之後撈飯,蛋汁濃郁得嚟好香,赤身沾咗蛋汁之後入口更加嫩滑,味道好濃郁。。第二款係炙燒拖羅・拖羅蓉井,呢個真係我最愛!炙燒咗嘅背中拖羅蓉外層微微焦香,內裡仲係好軟嫩,魚脂嘅甘香味好突出,配上少少蔥花,清新嘅蔥味同油脂嘅濃香好平衡,食落完全唔會覺得膩。。第三款係特上中拖羅刺身丼,厚切嘅背中拖羅片油脂好豐富,入口即化,鮮味十足,簡直係極品!定食仲配咗一碗鮮甜吞拿魚湯,湯底好濃郁,飲落好暖胃。我仲加咗$38,多咗三片中拖羅刺身,刺身新鮮得不得了,油花分佈得均勻,食落真係好正!。整體嚟講,新餐牌誠意十足,份量大味道正,價錢親民,環境溫馨木枱有feel,食飯好放鬆。食完同朋友好滿足,下次天氣熱再去試其他新菜!。丼丼屋 (旺角) 旺角太子道西193號MOKO新世紀廣場3樓301-302號舖。…Read More

今日同朋友喺銅鑼灣食晚飯,佢介紹咗一間位於銅鑼灣廣場嘅中菜館,感覺好似私房菜咁,環境好精緻,啲嘢食都好有心思。餐廳嘅裝潢好優雅,啲枱同椅都好有格調,背景仲有啲淡紫色嘅裝飾,成個氛圍好舒服,啱晒同朋友一邊食一邊傾計。

一入座,服務員就拎咗一壺熱茶過來,茶壺係透明嘅,可以見到啲茶葉喺入面慢慢散開,飲落好清新,暖笠笠咁好舒服。我哋叫咗幾款菜式,先講啲小食,佢哋嘅杞子花雕醉雞真係好正!醉雞肉質好嫩,啖啖都滲咗花雕酒嘅香氣,杞子仲帶少少甜味,食落好開胃,份量都啱啱好,兩個人分一小份真係啱晒。跟住我哋叫咗兩碗杏汁菜膽燉白肺湯,呢個湯真係好驚喜!湯底好濃郁,杏汁嘅甜味同菜膽嘅清新好平衡,白肺燉得好腍,入口即化,飲完成個人都暖晒,特別係而家天氣少少涼,飲呢啲湯真係好滋補。

主菜方面,我哋點咗香芒脆蝦球同香馥小炒皇。香芒脆蝦球係我今晚最鍾意嘅一道菜!啲蝦球外面係炸到金黃嘅脆皮,咬落好香脆,入面嘅蝦肉好彈牙,搭配埋芒果醬同黑芝麻,甜甜鹹鹹嘅味道好夾,食完一啲都唔膩。香馥小炒皇就係一碟炒雜菜,入面有蝦仁、帶子、腰果同好多新鮮蔬菜,炒得啱啱好,菜保持到爽脆嘅口感,調味好清淡但好香,腰果仲增加咗啲口感,成碟菜食落好健康又滿足。

今日放工後約咗朋友食飯,佢揀咗銅鑼灣Time Square呢間餐廳,真係好有氣氛!一入去就見到餐廳裝潢滿佈花草植物,感覺好舒服,彷彿置身於一個小花園,心情都跟住變好。。我哋最後決定咗揀個2人餐,5個course,大約$500,真係好抵食!首先,頭盤有吞拿魚牛油果藜麥沙律,味道清新,吞拿魚同牛油果搭配得好好,口感滑溜,配上藜麥更加健康。而且沙律上面仲有少少香草,增添咗香氣,真係一個好開胃嘅選擇。。接住嚟嘅係酥炸魷魚鬚,配上韓式泡菜醬,炸得金黃酥脆,魷魚鬚咬落去好有彈性,搭配嘅韓式泡菜醬又酸又辣,味道相當醒胃,食完之後仲想再叫多一份!。然後,我哋不約而同升級咗餐湯,選擇咗龍蝦湯。湯底濃郁,仲有龍蝦肉,真係好奢華!每一口都可以感受到龍蝦嘅鮮味,湯面上仲有少少香草點綴,令整碗湯更加高級,完全值得升級。。主菜方面,我揀咗香辣龍蝦意粉,意粉煮得剛剛好,吸收咗龍蝦同辣椒乾嘅味道,辣味適中,唔會太過火。龍蝦肉份量都唔少,食落去滿足感十足!朋友就揀咗五色芝士薄餅,薄餅做得好薄身,但係料好厚,芝士融化得剛剛好,食落去好香濃,真係一啖接一啖,根本停唔到口。。最後,甜品就有柚子馬令撻同蛋白泡沫檸檬批。柚子馬令撻口感滑順,柚子味清新,唔會太甜,正好平衡咗之前主菜嘅重口味。而蛋白泡沫檸檬批就更加特別,泡沫輕盈,檸檬味酸酸甜甜,食完之後感覺好清新,真係好適合夏天!。飲品方面,我選擇咗招牌手打香水檸檬茶,茶味濃郁,檸檬酸酸甜甜,仲有少少香水味,飲完之後心情都好好。。整體而言,銅鑼灣Time Square呢間餐廳真係一個好理想嘅聚餐地點,氣氛好、食物精緻又美味,價錢又抵,絕對值得一試!下次再約朋友返嚟,試下其他菜式!…Read More

今日放工後,心情唔錯,決定去尖沙咀食晚飯。行過一間非常懷舊嘅新餐廳,忍唔住想入去試吓。餐廳入面裝潢得好有味道,背景播著80年代嘅金曲,令人回到童年時光。枱凳設計得好似以前冰室,但又冇冰室嗰種擠迫感,坐得好舒服。。我哋點咗兩個豬油撈飯,分別係椒鹽豬扒煎蛋豬油撈飯同埋香蔥滑蛋叉燒粒豬油撈飯。等嘅時候,心裏面已經開始幻想嗰味道,真係太期待!最正嘅係,佢哋會俾一枝豬油同一枝豉油,俾我哋自己mix。呢種感覺真係有啲兒時味道,令人想起以前同爸媽一同食飯嘅開心時光。。食第一口,已感到好滿足!椒鹽豬扒煎蛋嘅味道非常入味,豬扒嫩滑,配合上面嗰隻煎蛋,簡直係完美組合。而香蔥滑蛋叉燒粒就更加唔使講,叉燒粒好香,滑蛋又creamy,令我一口接一口,完全停唔落嚟。。飲品方面,我朋友點咗凍檸茶,話味道清新,啱啱好解渴。而我就選咗紅豆冰,貫徹懷舊感,紅豆甜度適中,冰爽可口,食完之後心情更加愉快。。食完個飯感覺唔夠喉,我哋又再點咗一個沙嗲牛肉西多士,同埋一個香蕉船。沙嗲牛肉西多士外脆內軟,牛肉味道濃郁,配搭上西多士,真係一個意外嘅驚喜。而香蕉船就更加係童年回憶,香甜嘅香蕉配上雪糕,真係一口咬落去,幸福感爆棚!。呢間懷舊新餐廳唔單止食物好味,仲有懷舊氛圍,讓我回憶起以前嘅日子,好有驚喜。…Read More

平時諗唔到食咩好,我就會揀串燒,因為乜都有,又唔貴,可以一次過食好多,今次就同朋友去旺角一間串燒專門店,呢間店唔算大,但生意勁好,平日7點已經座無虛席,氣氛好熱鬧。。首先上嚟嘅係燒日本雞泡魚乾,味道真係好特別,魚乾嘅脆口同香味加埋,真係好有層次感,加埋沙律醬,第一口就俘虜咗我嘅心!接住就係蒜蓉燒茄子,蒜蓉味濃郁,茄子燒得剛剛好,入口即化,食完之後仲想再嚟一碟。。然後就有一碟齊全嘅串燒,包括安格斯牛肋串、雞軟骨、雞腎串同鹽燒白鱔。安格斯牛肋串肉質鮮嫩,味道濃郁,食落去真係好滿足。雞軟骨咬落去彈牙,仲有啲香脆嘅口感,完全唔會膩。雞腎串味道香濃,搭配上面嘅辣粉,真係好味到唔想停手,而鹽燒白鱔就係滑嫩得嚟又唔膩,真係好正!。之後嚟嘅係蒜蓉燒蠔,蠔肉鮮甜勁大隻,加上蒜蓉,味道更加提升,真係一口接一口,根本停唔到手。接下來有鹽燒牛舌串,牛舌燒得剛剛好,口感滑溜,鹽味適中,配上檸檬汁,真係絕配!。再嚟就係司華力腸,味道夠濃,啲腸肉質緊實,咬開有汁流出,簡直係肉食者嘅天堂。最後,煙肉露筍卷就係我嘅最愛之一,煙肉包住露筍,外脆內嫩,咬落去有種幸福感。秋葵就係清新嘅選擇,搭配上面嘅串燒,真係好有口感。。每款串燒大約$40,真係好抵食!…Read More

今日放工之後,約咗幾個朋友去旺角食飯,因為佢哋好鍾意食辣,所以特登揀咗間食辣鍋既小店。呢間餐廳裝潢得幾有中國古典特色,走入去已經感受到濃厚嘅文化氣息,真係幾有feel。。餐廳嘅食物種類真係多元化,無論係香鍋、酸菜魚、烤魚、片皮鴨,甚至小炒都有,真係應有盡有。最後我哋決定點一個招牌香鍋,仲加咗牛肉片、牛百葉、蓮藕、土豆片、香乾、花菜、豆皮、沙白同埋萵筍,配埋香飯,簡直係完美搭配!。香鍋嘅份量真係勁大,4-6個人食都夠,真係好抵!香鍋來到嘅時候,香味已經撲鼻而來。牛肉片煮到啱啱好,鮮嫩多汁,牛百葉就更加滑,搭配埋各種蔬菜,味道真係好豐富。仲有,香飯嘅搭配令整個鍋嘅味道更加升華,食落去真係好滿足。。除咗主菜,我哋仲點咗個黃金蝦球做小食,蝦球外脆內嫩,味道鮮美,完全唔會油膩,食完真係唔想停手。甜品方面,我哋選咗紅糖糍粑,甜甜地,口感軟糯,真係好好味,食完仲想再來一份。。飲品方面,我哋飲咗凍檸茶,清新解膩,正好平衡咗辣味。呢個組合真係一流,整個晚餐都好開心,大家都食得好開心,笑聲不斷。…Read More
