最近,社交網站有人推文介紹這間餐廳 下午餐二點至四點 餐廳枱不多 等了5分鐘左右點選了 8吋炸雞脾+雜果沙津 配紅豆冰需要等候15-20分鐘餐來了,肉眼可見,鮮嫩的雞脾變成柴皮雞肉。由此可見,廚師態度差,只是放入油炸就算!炸的時間過長,骨都炸燶了。乾!硬!諧霎霎!食壞胃,難消化。如香口膠般,食都化上半小時。肉質比雞胸更差,已經炸到沒有肉汁。只是把背面的肉反上來充大隻。完全鎖不住肉汁。不值一試。紅豆冰超少甜,沙津分量太小。…Read More
