龍蝦超大隻，淨食龍蝦已飽。當日無魚片，轉了成條魚！雖然自己整會更加又平又靚，但龍蝦咁大隻都已經差唔多回本，慳返自己處理龍蝦的麻煩。佢哋所有材料已處理清潔好，份量又足，始終慳水慳力，朋友聚餐就咁樣方便好多。其他比較配角的食物，如蝦、蜆、扁貝、鮑魚，質素Ok, 不過鮑魚通常都不會洗得好乾淨，要自己再清洗一下會好啲。海鮮非常鮮甜，最後的粥吸收所有精華，配埋油炸鬼，個油炸鬼乾身不油，仍脆身，不得不讚。會再encore!…Read More

失望。1. 孜然羊肉被青椒和洋䓤味道搶了，沒有孜然的味道，辣味是一般港式桂林辣椒醬味道。2. 口水雞，沒有花椒、麻油、八角味道，也是一般港式桂林辣椒醬味道。3. 小籠包，沒有驚喜4. 士多啤梨拔絲，其實只是冰糖胡籚。可以想像香蕉拔絲應該都只是先冰鎮好上桌。現在沒有多少店舖可以食到新鮮炸好的香蕉拔絲，奉上冰水，自己冰鎮。…Read More
