一貫老牌負氣,招牌瑞士雞翼意粉,意粉無汁,用水煮熟就咁放在底,上個年代個個招呼都正正常常,現在仲衰過茶餐廳,唔願做可以唔接生意,但就唔能夠咁樣服務,俾二百幾元一碟的招牌瑞士雞翼意粉,無汁,意粉還意粉,又凍又硬,百年不變的菜色都可以到咁,點對得著客人專登黎食, 侍應擺老人款,負負氣氣,好似打佢工咁,個個員工大大聲聲傾偈賭錢,無枉管,人客要杯水時,等極都未有,口中唸唸有詞"要水要水,擔番買水" 。點解做工唔係收份糧做好職責,明顯管利不善,中環區,間間都好食,懷舊係代表香港,點會咁的態度,唔做可以辭職但唔駛咒客的。
