上個月又同D朋友去無二三食晚飯,我地之前都黎食過三次,都開始變成呢度既熟客,主要係鍾意呢度D野食整得好好味,價錢又合理,環境亦都舒舒服服~餐廳氛圍偏向"和洋風",今次臨近聖誕去仲多咗D聖誕佈置!今次發現餐牌吸睛咗,款式比之前豐富咗~ 餐牌入面有分唔同種類既食物,例如沙律/冷盤/炸物/煮物/鐵板/燒物/麻糬堡/烏冬/飯類/甜品 等等。。最開心見到喺炸物入面加咗我至鍾意既海苔魷魚鬚!第一樣見到即嗌既就係海苔魷魚鬚, 份量都幾大兜!炸得好香脆,脆漿入面滿滿既海苔碎包住彈牙既魷魚鬚,食到停唔到口。。
之後煮物就揀咗鰻魚玉子燒,呢款都係新菜式~份量亦都幾大份,厚厚既蛋卷包住唔少鰻魚喺入面,咬落去口感好嫩滑,蛋香味濃郁兼帶有微微甜味,再配合埋鰻魚同埋甜甜地既鰻魚醬汁一齊食 味道好夾!鐵板就揀個鐵板洋蔥豚肉,上菜時香氣撲鼻,豚肉同洋蔥都相當多,豚肉口感軟滑,再夾埋洋蔥既香甜同埋D醬汁一齊食,如果有埋碗白飯就正喇
食落口仲夾雜D爽脆既甘荀絲,令口感更加豐富咗~跟住燒物就要咗蒜香味噌烤茄子,除咗聞到好香之外 賣相都好吸引,茄子烤到軟綿綿既質感,蒜香味噌味夠濃郁,好惹味!仲叫咗個和風炒飯,呢個又係新加既菜式~入面有日式叉燒,甘荀絲,翠肉瓜同埋雞蛋,睇到餐牌介紹呢度既日式叉燒係老闆自家製,味道口感都認真唔錯~肥瘦適中~而整體炒飯味道好香,而且粒粒分明,平時唔多食澱粉質既朋友都破例食咗一半。。
呢度除咗野食多選擇之外, 飲品都有好多款,例如即磨咖啡/奶類飲品/有汽梳打/無汽飲品/乳酪沙冰等等,而且呢度仲有唔同種類既酒!
我地今次就飲咗榛子朱古力,無花果洛神花漾 同埋 荔枝玫瑰梳打~三杯都係又靚又好飲!杯朱古力好香濃,餐牌上面寫係用VALRHONA 100%,google咗原來係法國高質既朱古力品牌~另外兩杯飲落都好清爽而且甜度岩岩好!最後試埋款新甜品都唔錯,呢杯芭菲我地揀咗雲尼拿雪糕,佢仲有士多啤梨同埋榛子朱古力味雪糕揀~芭菲入面既材料都幾豐富,除咗上面有雪糕球,百力滋同埋杏仁片,杯入面仲有cream,脆脆,自家製藍莓啫喱,榛子威化,自家製雞蛋布丁 同埋 oreo朱古力餅碎 等等,有多重唔同既口感~…Read More
