在網上看見有留言說韓國人都推薦的餐廳,於是決定一試。餐廳座位寬闊,人流不算多,且沒有用膳限時,這是最大的優點吧!可是,當我用洋蔥起鑊的時候,發現鐵板比較骯,洋蔥面都黑了!所以用洋蔥不斷的刷、刷、刷,刷到洋蔥全黑,可板上沒有油,燒肉的時候有點黏。之後換新板的還好,塗了油才拿過來,就沒問題了。食物方面,點了些熟的和燒的:前菜:有兩碟不同辣度的泡菜,一個比較甜,比較容易入口。其他都是自製的涼菜小碟。牛肋骨:脂肪分佈平均,所以肉質鬆軟,鹹甜味的醬料調得剛好。豬頸肉:肉質是冰鮮過的那種,因沒經調味更能吃到肉裡缺了豬本身的鮮味。(可以不點)韓式煎餃:厚皮的,是傳統韓國的製法,所以很飽肚。喜歡吃薄皮餃的不建議點這個。另外點了冷麵、石頭飯和牛肋骨湯:冷麵的清湯帶一點醬油的味道,麵條是相當薄身的所以沒有彈牙不彈牙之分。點了的石頭飯是素菜,適合吃素的朋友,材料新鮮所以味道可以,放久一點有少許飯焦。牛肋骨湯,這個有驚喜,牛肋骨嫩滑而口味不重,是清湯底好選擇。整體來說,環境比其他好,適合重視環境比食物多的人。…Read More
