話說收工約左朋友黎呢間添飲咖啡廳,我一入去坐左大概半個鐘,然後,我諗住叫服務員拎本餐牌黎睇,一直等,等等下,自己去拎啦,都好似無人發現到我咁,咁我諗住落order ,舉手明明有人望到我,但視而不見,然後,要主動行去服務員身邊,叫埋野,上埋枱,走黎再同我講張枱有人Book左!乜指示都無!然後,佢叫我補番booking!但其實我坐係果張枱足足半個鐘,跟手佢話佢忙緊!忙的定義係點架?.......之後,我同個fd 叫左件cake 等足一個鐘,點知錯左!又再等!等的期間同我地講,差唔多夠鐘,要埋單,但其實叫左d野仲未到,隔左一陣再叫我地埋單,我地照埋啦!到食物到左,再比壓力我地想我地快走咁款,(仲話已經補左時比我地)球賽嗎?有罰球有受傷補番鐘?咩態度呀?之後佢見我地仲傾緊,佢仲想sell 晚餐!真心唔會再幫親!唔想受氣真係唔推介!無booking唔歡迎的添飲咖啡館!Book左都唔等同當你係寶!…Read More

得知禾輋陳根記由沙田搬到大埔,改名為饑落亭,當然要到店支持一下,而我們點了十二款菜式,雖然賣相不錯,可惜味道遜色不少,不再是從前,味道上要重味的卻沒有,要淡口的卻是濃,仿佛味蕾失調般,的確有點兒令人失望。在十二道菜之中,談一下不值一提的菜式吧!1.椒鹽豆腐實在吃不出椒鹽的味道,只有豆腐味道2.蘇炸凌魚球有點幼骨不在話下,而且吃不出凌魚肉的味道之餘,吃不出彈牙的口感3.沙嗲牛肉粉絲煲牛肉算滑,不過實在沒有沙嗲的味道而比較欣賞的,就是wasabi 手撕雞及胡椒中蝦,它們的味道上較為可以接受青菜方便,算是不過不失,但缺乏了考慮客人需要,菜心實在太粗了,難以入口,若能花上心機整理一下便更佳其餘菜式的甜味較重,實在是令菜色失去應有的味道,這樣實在是失分不少。總括而言,饑落亭仍然有很大進步空間。…Read More

這裡不算太大,但能夠讓三五知己閒聊一番,其實都是一個不錯的選擇,食物不能稱得上十分之好,但味道尚算不錯,我非常欣賞煙三文魚意粉,因為意粉夠幼,花茶也不錯,豐有足夠材料,用後還可添水,在cafe,特別是樓上cafe很難遇見,可想言之,這店的老闆對食的要求相當高之餘對客也有要求。這店還有一項特色,就是要求客人自己清理桌上的杯碟,尤其是分享用過的碟,要自己清理,這個要求很少見,但不能見怪,皆因人手不多吧,小小要求,確實需要客人見諒。這兒沒有桌遊提供,只有大量與明信片有關的提供,我覺得很適合來港遊的遊客與朋友一起前往閒坐,另外,店內還有小動物,相當可愛的,很適合喜歡小動物的朋友前往…Read More

第一次到這家位於一所酒店的樓上餐館「泰閣」,第一次透過tablemap book 位,而當中我們淺嘗了好幾款菜色如下;第一道菜是泰式芥蘭炒牛肉,味道可口沒有芥蘭原有的苦味,牛肉又夠鬆軟愛吃菜的人,不少得叫這道菜。第二道菜是黃咖哩雞煲,咖哩的香味真的令人開胃,惟煲內的雞件有點兒大件,看起來份量有點少,但仍不失雞肉的嫩滑,可值得一試的。第三道菜是菠蘿炒飯,份量豐富,菠蘿鮮甜,飯的香味真的令人食慾大真,再添點咖哩可謂是絕配,來到泰閣真得不得錯過這個炒飯。最後,少不了甜品,泰國有名的芒果糯米飯,也許這不是芒果當做的季節,令到芒果有點酸,但紫米與糯米結合時,帶出了兩層的味道,不算是不錯的。結合四道菜收費只需三百多,算是便宜又好味的一家泰國餐館吧。…Read More
