南大門之不要再說了一唔講一講起就把幾火,韓國街多韓燒係人都知,真係老闆有錢幾難食都可以買起你幾個大鋪位個啲。平日做到隻狗咁,食餐好飲番幾杯吹水減壓真係好緊要。話說有日朋友23去搵位鬼um眼入咗佢,話新開有9折。我問 咩名先,南大門,聽個名就.....。憑住一死嘅心,難得踏咗隻腳入去,心諗可能有驚喜都唔定呢。未去過嘅朋友真係諗都唔好諗,啊唔係,係唔准諗!韓燒試冇醃過嘅,即係餐牌冇寫양념依兩個字嘅肉,就知佢係龍與鳳。膽粗粗叫個板鍵肉(살치살),講真啲肉靚唔靚一睇就知。靚肉係唔洗美圖獸獸都係鮮紅色,脂肪似雪花咁分明,仲好均衡分佈曬係成塊肉,拎嚟欣賞都抵。依碟野一嚟到,除咗頂一聲仲想立即cut 曬所有order去第二間排隊。瘀血咁色,冇雪花,燒完咩肉味都冇。我阿媽喺街市買嚟整炸菜牛肉個啲色仲靚過佢。另,個豬皮雖然唔係worst到似咬膠片,但睇見都唔開胃之餘仲係淋嘅。最最最最最最離譜係個個辣牛肉湯,即係육게장, 以為一肚氣有啖湯暖下個肚,咩叫湯啊bb,一插支匙更落去抽番出嚟全部都係橙紅色嘅冇味辣椒油,個一刻我以為自己食緊四川水煮系列。想飲個湯姐,比兜油你,想食啖飯落肚比個飽嘅感覺我都唔比。點解一間鋪可以冇誠意到咁?點解令我成餐覺得最好食係個菜籃入面個半條青瓜?點解有咁多錢收購咗人地買咗兩個鋪頭半條街但比人食垃圾?唔好話9折請我都唔去如果你夠膽又唔嫌錢聲可以一試但喺你埋單比錢個陣記得忍住唔好講粗口…Read More
