Having read several good reviews and media coverage about the authenticity of this small Italian restaurant, finally we visited it with keen expectation for an authentic cannoli experience which we have been missing since last visit to Italy in 2018.The shell is crispy but the filling is disappointing because it lacks the soul of cannoli - ricotta or mascarpone cheese. So it doesn’t have the richness it should have but a sweet hazelnut paste.
We tried to save it by asking for some mascarpone cheese so we could remix the filling a bit but the staff refused. It’s another disappointment as we expected a good restaurant would try their best to understand and resolve the problem. But what we have experienced is being neglected and left unresolved. So we were sorry but no next time.

Yes. It's like you are having pasta and ask for more parmesan cheese and restaurant refuse to provide. hahahahaha. What a joke.

They don’t make the cannolis themselves.

I also read somewhere that their desserts are provided by a local bakery. But the place is famous for the burrata and pizza. Should give it another chance! They are very generous with toppings in my opinion
