岩岩食完出面就落勁大雨間鋪啲職員即時收起啲碗話出面有人等緊,叫我地即刻走由入座開始計到比佢趕走大概20分鐘,急都急唔切就想踢人走快過快餐店結果幾枱比佢趕走嘅就冒住大雨企曬喺門口又走唔到唯有講句垃圾,荃灣周街都係糖水鋪呢間又唔係特別好食鐘意折磨自己嘅可以去試試本來想食同一條街嘅另一間糖水鋪果邊服務態度好好多,又好坐啲今次只係咁岩果間冇位就黎呢間試下中伏中一次就夠都係一次唔錯嘅體驗,落大雨都趕啲客出街唔係度度有得試…Read More

再見,信興
Shun Hing Restaurant

始於1936年的信興酒樓,除了見證著深水埗多年來的變遷,亦承載了一代又一代人的回憶。作為廢青一輩,並未能了解80年前的信興是何模樣,但有幸於十多年前跟隨家父到信興嘆茶,記憶中,2000年初的信興,與2016年的信興,外貌裝潢均無甚大區別,仍然是童年時的模樣。猶記得當年老一輩的茶客,喜歡到處"放飛劍",確實甚是不雅,而對於有潔癖的茶客更是相當影響胃口,於去年,已感覺信興不再是過往的不潔,至少比中環某舊式茶樓潔淨得多。兒時在這裡吃過點心,亦嘗過晚市各式小菜,當年食物的味道,不甚記得起,留戀的,是這個滿載兒時快樂光景的地方去年開始重回舊地,第一時間想起的是煎腸粉,習慣就是改不了,不斷跟煎腸粉的姨姨再三叮囑"煎香啲煎耐啲",務求令到每一條腸粉入口都是香脆可口,這裡的腸粉是別處吃不到的,因為坊間的酒樓為求多賣幾碟,只會草草了事只有信興的點心姨姨會認真滿足像我此等麻煩食客的訴求。可惜是日腸粉經已售罄,只能祈求明天能吃到信興的真材實料煎腸粉。自從電視報導過後,到信興一嘗舊式酒樓風味的茶客絡繹不絕。有人會喜歡嘲諷"香港人唔執果間都唔食",個人見解是,有時候大家未必知道,原來在這裡竟有如此罕有的舊式食肆;亦可能路過門前,有感不懂"架步"而卻步的客人。近年很流行復古懷舊,其實有如信興酒樓般的經典酒家,在香港已所餘無幾,默默服務茶客數十載的經典酒樓,在報導下引來極大回響,可惜卻是源自於結業的消息。每當點心出爐,不消數分鐘已被搶購一空。全場坐滿來自各區慕名而至的茶客,座無虛席。而最後一晚的晚市,亦全被訂座。信興除了每天準時6點起為食客提供的靚茶與新鮮點心,其實晚市的小菜同樣非常吸引:例如工序繁複的煎釀鯪魚,已無別處願意如此花耗時間心思製作,還有焗魚腸,各式魚湯蔬菜,豆腐煲等;味道可口,價錢公道,再配上信興自家普洱。每當在其他酒家吃完晚市小菜後,會覺得異常口渴,而在信興並沒有這種感覺。小菜廳的場上掛有茶客相贈酒樓老闆的佳句,每一句盡見茶客對酒樓萬般不捨,令人動容。晚上信興的招牌份外耀目,與朋友相約在深水埗見面時,總會說"信興等",有如深水埗的地標般。就像如今仍會有人說大丸有落,寶聲有落;就算日後此處不再是信興,相信到過這裡的客人都會記得信興酒樓就在基隆街與桂林街交界處———位處於深水埗的核心位置。最後在12月30日,酒樓招牌會有結業亮燈儀式。想像過或許最終信興改變主意繼續經營下去,20年後慶祝100周年;又或許有其他人士接手延續下去;當然這都是無謂的空想,當店方決定結束經營80年的老店,必然已經過深思熟慮,亦絕對比茶客有更深的不捨。當店方選擇結束多年心血,背後相信有很多的無奈,以許以後再沒機會回味信興自家製作,並非交行貨的點心。同處於香江,以往因為信興而相識的人大概是不計其數,互不相識的茶客,在搭枱時互相閒聊,寒喧幾句,只有舊式茶酒才能找到這種氣氛。聚有時,散有時,但於信興裹留下過的回憶,將會永遠印在腦海。最後想說一句,信興酒樓,謝謝你!…Read More
