因為書展,所以黎到灣仔覓食1963 木十豆寸是一間樓上鋪,入口一座唐樓2樓所以要行樓梯,樓梯沿路有d可愛嘅指示紙寫住'食前多運動'之類嘅字眼,都幾得意上到去餐廳,瞬間被懷舊的裝修吸引了一坐低更被色彩繽紛的餐具隻碟真係好靚呀仲有可愛嘅筷子同匙羹我同朋友A點咗3樣嘢+2杯嘢飲紅燒牛肉麵上先份量十分細,一個人食一定唔飽朋友A覺得牛肉湯底味道較淡,但我覺得岩岩好,不算濃味,但亦都未到無味牛筋好淋好好食,但牛肉相較遜色,唔夠淋得黎有點兒鞋,麵的口感彈牙,味道黎講我會俾3/5分,岩岩合格,抵食就一定唔抵食架啦都有擔心唔夠飽,所以專登叫咗個炒飯蒼蠅頭炒飯我見識短,第一次睇到豆豉嘅別名係蒼蠅,覺得好生動炒飯配料十分簡單,蛋、蔥花、豆豉、少量肉碎、辣椒雖然配料簡單,但味道卻十分好味可能因為我本身鍾意食辣仲有種客家的味道宮保皮蛋牛味道辣得黎其實同牛肉皮蛋不太夾牛肉還牛肉,皮蛋還皮蛋不推介之前去台北飲過檸檬冬瓜茶覺得好正見到呢度都有就叫咗杯冬瓜味不夠,我已經唔敢篤舊檸檬,驚太酸會搶咗冬瓜茶嘅味但係佢落嘅檸檬調味都好濃,相比起來,冬瓜味完全比下去似係飲緊普通嘅檸檬水特飲朋友叫的Oreo沙冰無試味,所以不評論總括而言環境好好,服務正常,食物不抵食,價錢貴得黎份量好細,部分價錢係for環境,咁諗會好d:)…Read More

之前去台灣經過都無食係香港開咗之後就諗住湊熱鬧試下3點到餐廳拎籌,差唔多5點先有得食就黎餓死我同朋友首先點咗佢最出名嘅擔仔麵同擔仔米粉份量細細碗,大概幾啖就食完湯嘅味道唔錯,一點油膩感都無蝦下面白色嘅係蒜泥,我撈勻湯底一齊食湯滲出淡淡嘅蒜味比起麵,我會比較鍾意食台灣嘅米粉,比香港嘅米粉更幼,口感比較特別擔仔麵對我黎講比較普通,試過就OK可能本身擔仔麵就唔係一d會令人覺得好食到要encore嘅嘢食,所以食完我同朋友都覺得還好但係佢嘅肉燥飯真係好好食!碗係幾靚,可惜佢無抹一抹個碗邊,令到賣相減分但味道絕對滿分台灣嘅味道返曬黎肉燥與飯的比例剛剛好,略顯肉嘅份量不夠,但我已經好滿足,因為香港好難搵到正宗的肉燥飯下次絕對會要兩個肉燥飯先夠我地仲叫咗花生豬腳豬腳同花生都好淋好入味值得推介呢個係和風秋葵秋葵底係蕃茄呢個係凍食,用嘅醬汁微酸,但好fresh好似食緊salad咁,幾開胃烤台灣香腸極度普通,但朋友鍾意食,所以都叫咗碟食性價比較低芙蓉炸豆腐豆腐炸得好好,外脆內軟豆腐表面有些木魚和紫菜點綴,另有醬汁配搭醬汁有淡淡的薑味個人覺得醬汁味道與豆腐不太夾不夠唔點野又無乜味道,所以都有照點黎食飲品方面點咗珍珠奶茶兩杯奶茶嘅茶味偏濃,都符合我嘅口味但珍珠麻麻,好易淋一開始飲都正常嘅,飲到後期d珍珠淋到不得了一d口感都無建議換一款珍珠會好些總括而言,未試過台灣度小月,無法比較邊度好食d,但個人認為食物味道OK,但仍有進步空間,上菜速度比起其他餐廳算係十分慢,基本上係一樣嘢食食到8成先上第二樣,份量不算多嘅嘢食食咗個幾鐘。員工數目應該唔夠,好多時客人離開,都要隔一段時間先有人執檯,都係導致排長龍嘅一個主要原因,明明有幾張空檯,但都要隔一陣先可以安排入座,係香港呢個講求效率嘅地方,速度慢可算係缺點。…Read More

難得揸車入大圍,即刻openrice下睇下有咩好食於是揀咗呢間Ocio呢個係dinner menu晚餐set都好豐富有湯、前菜、主菜、飲品同甜品我點咗香煎帶子伴蟹意大利飯,朋友A點咗精選早餐嘢飲方面朋友A +$25 叫咗香蕉朱古力奶昔我就+$19 叫咗草莓冰茶朋友大讚個奶昔味道好正我試咗一啖的確味道濃郁至於我嘅草莓冰茶,一開始味道OK,但飲到中間突然間覺得超甜要即刻飲水沖淡,應該係d糖漿去到後期沈澱曬係底由於茶嘅顏色太深,我都無留意到糖漿未勻前菜方面佢先上咗我嘅三文魚沙律,醬係麻醬,三文魚十分大塊,可見頗足料但我地以為會上湯嘅時候主菜竟然上咗先飯嘅份量比我想像中多,中間有四粒帶子,蟹肉可能太碎所以唔係好覺食到白汁味道幾好,加上蘑菇,好夾朋友A嘅精選早餐都係上咗先好豐盛呀有雞排、腸仔、薯條、多士、煎蛋、三文魚沙律同茄汁豆好有誠意最後朋友A都係食唔曬,淨返兩塊多士朋友A話所有都正常,除咗塊雞排麻麻,乾得滯食到一半嘅時候湯終於黎我地兩個都+$20轉酥皮龍蝦湯有一細舊龍蝦肉酥皮焗得好好但係個湯略嫌太稀龍蝦味係有的,但卻是我飲過最稀的龍蝦湯,以西湯黎講應該傑d好d朋友A的焗酥皮都係飲飲下湯嘅時候送上細細舊,賣相吸引,中間還有蘑菇同芝士十分美味最後甜品我地都揀咗雪糕我嘅係雲尼拿雪糕,有些少杏仁片係上面,食咗一啖,中伏,我深深懷疑緊我究竟食緊咩味嘅雪糕一d味道都無就連雀巢嘅雪糕都好味過佢真係敗筆,早知揀佢嘅蛋糕算總括而言,價錢十分合理,有前菜、湯、主菜仲有甜品同飲品,前菜同主菜都十分美味,但上菜順序錯咗真的很不應該,就算焗酥皮耐d,其實我都可以等到湯黎先食主菜,食食下飯上湯真係唔知飲湯先定食埋個飯先另外我強烈建議換雪糕公司,呢個無味嘅雲尼拿雪糕真係全餐最唔掂嘅嘢…Read More

四個住屯門嘅女仔選擇咗元朗呢間泰國餐廳gatherjng之前同其他frd食過一次,已經覺得味道幾好平時經過都見到好多人等位,今次我地都等咗好耐先有位,可見佢幾旺終於有位,我地叫咗招牌菜咖喱軟殼蟹、蒜蓉包、泰式炒椰菜苗、小食拼盤(細)泰式椰菜苗因為平時無咩機會食到菜,所以出街食飯如果朋友唔介意我都會叫碟青菜,椰菜苗係泰國餐廳先有嘅菜,所以就叫咗一碟泰式炒,味道甜甜地,有小小蝦米同肉碎,雖然有紅色嘅辣椒,但完全唔辣,嗜辣嘅我反而希望味道可以有d辣辣地,更加野味招牌菜:咖喱軟殼蟹一上黎就已經留曬口水咖喱汁椰汁味重,微辣得黎唔食得辣嘅朋友A都覺得好味,配上新鮮炸出嘅軟殼蟹軟殼蟹份量足夠,4個人每人都食到一隻以上嘅軟殼蟹,大滿足有咖哩點少得蒜蓉包or薄餅得知亞萊嘜嘜嘅蒜蓉包最出名,二話不說點咗一碟先蒜蓉包係厚多士切成一條條,蒜蓉味十分香因為條狀,香脆嘅比率增加,點上咖哩,係成餐飯嘅highlight最後係小食拼盤可以選擇大中小四個女仔唔算大食,所以叫咗份細嘅拼盤有越式春卷、南瓜粟米餅、魚餅、炸蝦餅、燒雞每樣野份量不算多,但勝在咩都可以試下全部小食味道都正常,無咩特別好食or難食,純粹想試下,所以食完印象都唔深刻我地每人仲叫咗杯野飲,我叫咗士多啤梨沙冰,但係唔記得影相,味道幾好成餐飯都食得好開心,但美中不足嘅係,食到中後段嘅時候,明明我地d野未食曬,每碟菜可能仲有一兩舊野嘅時候,就俾侍應姐姐問係咪食完,想幫我地收咗佢,我地話未食完佢走咗之後,陸陸續續俾唔同嘅姐姐,問咗好多次食完未,其中一個姐姐來來回回問咗三次令我地備受壓力望望門口係咪有人等位,又唔係,如果係我地都會轉場,俾其他人坐,望下個錶睇下係咪好夜,先9點成餐飯後半段時間俾侍應姐姐問咗5、6次,真係好無奈,唔知佢地係想趕我地走定係純粹想幫我地收好d碟真係好希望佢地呢方面可以改善下,或者設定一個用餐時間,咁就算俾人趕我都理解為用餐時間已過…Read More

朋友即興gathering,所以諗住搵間可以坐得舒服同夜d嘅餐廳,於是黎咗呢間肚餓了食串燒傾計我同朋友A到咗先,佢俾咗張床邊嘅大枱我地,環境幾靚下由於我同朋友A太餓,所以叫咗幾碟串燒食住等其他frd黎其中一個 waitress 就黎sell我地手工啤酒,話而家做緊買一送一優惠其他朋友陸續到咗,我地都同佢地講,啤酒買一送一呀,想試就兩支兩支咁叫啦最後我地總共叫咗四支最嬲嘅野就係,埋單check單嗰陣,發現佢收我地四支嘅錢,個waiter(呢個係另一個侍應,男)即刻話星期四係做買四送四wor,我地即刻O嘴,咁啱同我一齊早到都聽到話買一送一嘅朋友A早走咗,無人幫我作證,個waiter問係邊個講,我指咗一指企係遠處之前sell我地個位waitress,佢話佢去了解下,最後返黎⋯個waiter話做唔到呢個優惠,真係好嬲,又唔叫返個waitress過黎交代返,因為有朋友趕住搭西鐵,又唔係俾唔起幾十蚊,於是我地都唯有焗住俾,但其實真係好嬲之後我問返朋友A,佢都話係聽到買一送一,真係好冤枉邊有可能兩個人四隻耳仔都聽錯,你話你講錯又好我聽錯又好,本人出黎解釋清楚都OK掛:(派個最唔話得事嘅靚仔黎係想點先?!絕對唔係俾唔俾得起,貪唔貪呢d小便宜嘅問題,而係誠信同員工態度問題!呢間野我地絕對唔會再黎幫襯!無論野食好唔好食都好!而家講返食物嘅質素黃金薯條所有野食入面最特別最好食嘅菜色蛋黃香配合埋脆薯條,忍唔住encore咗蒜蓉燒茄子十分普通,同出面食嘅差唔多不過另一款微辣肉醬茄子就好得我歡心,燒茄子配上小小麻辣嘅肉醬,味道適中,肉醬與茄子意想不到咁match肉醬認真d食落去似譚仔嘅炸醬唔記得影相俾大家睇睇左:燒雞腎 右:燒牛仔骨燒雞腎好味口感爽燒牛仔骨好麻麻可能燒得太耐,肉質好鞋燒脆肉瓜,正正常常無特別芝士冬蔭公牛舌焗飯一睇個名以為好好食黎到聞上去好香,食落去就⋯冬蔭公味道超奇怪,得個酸字,同芝士一d都唔夾牛舌係成碗飯唯一可取之處呢個飯完全唔推介西京汁燒魚從來無試過西京汁,唔知係咪正宗西京汁味道超怪,用普通鹽燒都好食過佢其他朋友都覺得醬汁好奇怪最後泰式豬頸肉豬頸肉燒得幾均勻配上酸酸辣辣嘅醬汁,幾開胃:)總括而言,因為啤酒誤會已令所有朋友都好嬲嘢食又好一般絕對無openrice其他食評講嘅咁正唔會再黎食…Read More

幾次經過霸嗎拉麵都見到超多人排隊今日襯lunch時間少d人終於黎咗試下啦最近做緊期間限定嘅撈麵但係因為天氣太凍,所以都係揀返拉麵我揀咗雞叉燒辛辣雞白湯拉麵,可選擇麵軟硬度、少油、要否蔥或木耳朋友揀咗炙燒豚肉味玉拉麵lunch可以加$12有羽根燒餃子同唐揚炸雞原價$35,份量無少到覺得好抵呀我地兩個都有加,諗住試下味枱上面有d調味:蒜粉、一味粉、拉麵胡椒以及餃子汁佢仲好貼心專登有個餃子汁碟仔做蓋,免得客人用擺係最上鋪塵嘅碟仔餃子黎啦炸得好香脆,味道都OK,$12黎講超抵食炸雞熱辣辣,但個人覺得麻麻雖然係新鮮炸出黎,但食落硬係覺得多咗陣味但又講唔出係咩味,下次黎未必會叫朋友嘅拉麵先黎塊豚肉好香呀我試咗一細啖豚肉同一細啖湯湯十分濃而不咸,豚肉醃得好入味,燒得好香令成碗拉麵加分不少好少係食拉麵嘅時候覺得配料更吸引溏心蛋我嘅拉麵都到啦湯底好清,係我想試好耐嘅雞湯拉麵平時食開嘅拉麵店大多以豚骨湯做主打呢度有得揀清淡d嘅雞湯真係好正可能係雞湯嘅關係,even我揀咗少油,表面依然有層油係度,可見如果無揀少油會有幾多油辣度我揀咗小辣,對我黎講唔算太辣,下次可以挑戰下中辣食一啖佢嘅雞叉燒D肉質超滑超嫩真係估佢唔到總括而言,霸嗎拉麵有驚喜,選擇比較多,味道都屬高質,由其佢嘅炙燒豚肉,絕對值得一試…Read More

之前係facebook見到係香港有流心蛋飯就即刻book mark咗終於今晚黎食舖頭好細間,座位大概得十幾個左右所以等咗好耐下一入座二話不說揀咗人氣最高嘅鰻魚流心蛋飯朋友就揀咗手打漢堡排流心蛋飯,但改咗咖喱汁所有飯可以加$22轉套餐,套餐包括小小Salad以及三塊大概長2cm寬1.5cm嘅餅乾,上面有d toppings原本朋友都想轉套餐嘅,但見到隔離個三塊細到不得了又唔吸引嘅餅乾仔就放棄咗如果加嘢飲就大概$3x,除非你加咗$22轉套餐,就可以享用半價嘢飲優惠見嘢飲無咩特別,所以無加到淨係要咗兩個蛋包飯:)朋友嘅飯先黎漢堡排唔算大,但望上去好厚實輕輕地切開蛋之後,蛋汁包圍住個飯望上去好吸引呀我試咗一啖朋友的漢堡排,肉質好實,中間有d筋咖喱汁味道亦都偏普通終於我嘅鰻魚飯都黎咗將鰻魚移開,我都嘗試切開蛋皮yeah!成功終於可以試下佢嘅蛋包飯啦中間嘅飯係白飯中間撈咗小小煙肉碎、青豆、紅蘿蔔粒,食上去不算太寡,但亦都唔吸引如果可以炒一炒d飯或者換成茄汁飯都會覺得有誠意d蛋好滑,但味道有d不足,唔知係因為蛋唔夠靚定係調味過頭,硬係覺得有d咸咸地,好少食蛋包飯最後會嫌太多鰻魚燒得幾好,係成碟飯唯一可取嘅地方總括而言,可能期望太高,搞到最後失望越大,餐廳還有很多可改善嘅地方,$100食個飯水準應該高d…Read More

之前黎深水埗食嘢經過發現呢間車仔麵經常性好多人排隊覺得一定有佢嘅特別之處終於今晚黎咗試原來佢有兩個鋪位一個應該係舊店,環境比較up dub但係好多人排隊,似係傳統車仔麵檔,係檔口面前揀餸另一間係幾個舖口隔離裝修好靚,所有野整整齊齊,燈光都好光猛係寫紙仔,佢再入單廚房整出黎問咗個侍應兩間有無唔同佢話呢間無煎釀三寶同酸辣粉由於想坐得舒服d,同埋想慢慢揀就揀咗新淨d嘅呢間呢個係menu好多野揀呀眼花撩亂,選擇困難添我同個frd揀咗10分鐘都有最後我揀咗烏冬、清湯底、秘制辣醬小辣、蠔皇小花菇(睇openrice介紹)、豬大腸同蟹子丸,要蔥花秘制辣醬擺係匙羹度,我自己再撈入湯底對我黎講,辣度岩岩好,唔太辣蟹子丸得兩粒有d失望,下次可能唔會叫返推介嘅豬大腸同小花菇都好好食,份量亦都好足夠朋友叫嘅腩汁、油麵、沙爹醬、豬紅、蘿蔔同豬油渣我試咗一舊蘿蔔同豬油渣蘿蔔十分清甜入味,亦都十分霖同無渣其實我本身唔係太食蘿蔔唯獨係元朗永年車仔麵嘅蘿蔔吸引到我每次去都會食,甚至一排無食都會因為掛住佢d蘿蔔同湯底而去元朗今次試咗文記嘅蘿蔔,發現多一個蘿蔔吸引我,下次一定一定會叫呢度嘅蘿蔔另外叫咗個腩汁生菜都唔錯,補充我平時比較缺乏嘅纖維文記車仔麵枱上面有好多調味料,因為太多人係度食,所以唔好意思影相淨係影咗呢個菜脯試咗小小之後便愛上,齋食一定唔得,因為太鹹但係擺落湯度浸一浸再食就perfect,令到個湯底更惹味添,重點推介呀總括而言,湯底、蘿蔔、秘制辣汁方面,我始終認為元朗嘅永年都係第一,但文記都算係我食咁多間車仔麵入面水準最拍得住永年嘅一間,而且文記都有優勝過永年之處,就係多選擇同配搭,望住佢嘅menu真係會呆一呆諗好耐,有d料仲係永年無嘅添,例如豬油渣、柚皮等等,檯面又多調味,滿足所有人嘅需要。最重要嘅係佢開到比較夜,夜媽媽唔知食咩好,平平地食個文記車仔麵都係一個幾好嘅選擇下次再黎試其他餸先…Read More

好朋友專登黎搵我過聖誕於是我地就黎到加寧街搵好野食啦眼見Lady M同Simplylife都排曬隊唔想等又想搵間坐得舒服d嘅餐廳就入咗coast喇餐廳唔算多人,但好有聖誕氣氛每張枱都有d聖誕玩物送俾客人我同朋友都點咗lobster roll set每個set都包main course、salad bar、soup同野飲salad bar選擇都算多,淨係醬都有5、6種我同朋友都怕會太飽所以淨係揀咗小小就停其實個兜超大,裝滿應該會飽死唔知係咪聖誕先有,整salad嘅時候,侍應講咗幾次隔離有火雞食我都唔好意思唔要師傅即場切火雞肉俾我,隔離仲有唔同醬配搭ignore碟pasta pls咁啱係火雞脾,所以火雞肉十分滑同鮮嫩值得推介餐湯係龍蝦忌廉湯配蒜蓉包唔記得影相湯麻麻地,味道唔吸引,係有龍蝦味,但得聞上去嘅龍蝦味,飲落口覺得好淡主菜黎啦有個盤裝住薯條好大份有d似M記薯條lobster roll中間有d菇,生菜同洋蔥我覺得龍蝦肉份量可以多d味道就普通,不太特別麵包有烘過的總體而言,lobster roll有小小失望,可能之前係第二間食過好味嘅lobster roll,比較之下期望太高但聖誕大餐黎講,價錢合理算抵食環境睇得出有用心裝飾過氣氛幾好,有個聖誕老人同人影相添應該會再黎食過,不過一定唔會揀lobster roll啦…Read More

聖誕節係旺角行行下街突然想食點心,就行到黎旺角東呢頭食老點喇其實佢岩岩開店我已經試過一直都覺得點心黎講,老點嘅點心有心思得黎味道都好好味亦都介紹咗好多朋友黎食今次就叫咗每次都會叫嘅虎皮尖椒本身就鍾意食辣野虎皮尖椒入面釀嘅係蝦肉,表面有些少七味粉比起煎釀三寶嘅鯪魚肉,我覺得蝦肉更有口感尖椒辣度無法估計,試過幾次俾佢辣死可能因為咁,每次都會叫,試下自己嘅運氣另一必叫嘅係炸饅頭表面香脆,入面香軟炸得好均勻,配上煉奶perfect最好係三個為一份,唔會太多,兩個人都可以食到老點另一個招牌絕對係佢嘅腸粉腸粉十分滑,配上呢個響鈴卷,出面無呢款但係呢個招牌菜越做越差可能而家生意比較穩定,佢都無咩心機包好個響鈴卷今次算係OK,上次食嗰陣,d腸粉切得大細不一,腸粉包得融融爛爛記得頭幾次食呢個腸粉,賣相十分吸引,同佢menu張相一模一樣,味道又好味,而家就⋯唔理個樣,淨係食佢嘅味都OK嘅第一次叫糯米雞朋友鍾意食糯米雞,我麻麻所以淨係食咗小小見佢入面好足料下,有臘腸、蛋黃、豬肉最後係海蝦肉餅竹筒飯我鍾意佢嘅飯係紅米白米飯肉餅都好好食每次黎老點都會唔覺意點咗好多有蝦嘅點心不過我鍾意食蝦所以無所謂啦…Read More
