終於搵到間好食嘅小籠包

之前貪近貪平,係深水埗間上海餐廳食小籠包,但係食物資素下降,小籠包d 肉好梅。旺角好多人食個間小籠包又係差左,又貴份量又小。所以好想搵間好食又正宗嘅上海餐館。第一次食好德來,我老公話依間開左好耐,老字號,近來搬左入商場。餐廳唔大,6點幾黎已經冇乜位淨,有d仲訂左檯。我地係經QR code 落單,見到餐牌食品價錢都唔平,蟹粉小籠包2粒要$70。都要叫返普通個d先。招牌小籠包6粒$78,分左2籠,每籠3粒。夾起唔會穿,皮薄豬肉新鮮,好好食。酸辣雲吞湯(有4粒雲吞)$75,酸辣湯唔係出面個d重豆瓣醬味,又唔會好浠似水。料好足,飲完唔口乾,雲吞d肉又係好新鮮。雪菜肉絲炒年糕$108,正正常常嘅一道菜,冇乜挑剔嘅。炸排骨$50,真心好食,成吋厚,唔嚡唔乾炸完仲好juicy,個炸皮唔會同舊肉分開,冇加鬆肉粉有五香粉味。如果想飲茶,就$8位菜茶錢。叫水就應該唔駛錢。總共食左360連加一,感覺d食品新鮮有保證,一分錢一分貨,貴得黎係好味唔係俾行貨你。…Read More

結婚週年紀念日關係,又要湊仔放學,所以選擇左去食午市嘅燒肉放題,餐牌上有3款午市放題選擇,一個係「宮崎A5桜花牛極上燒肉放題」$998;一款係「宮崎A5桜花嚴選放題」$898;最後一款係「九州A5和牛特上燒肉放題」$698。我揀左$698個餐(未計加一)。店員安排我地嘅位置係面對維園嘅座位。一入座就有6款靚嘅和牛燒,但只有五花腩同外後腿肉先可以任食。不得不說,冇得任食個4款真係入口即溶呀,真係冇牙都咬到。而可以任食嘅五花腩算係好有油脂感;外後腿肉就比較重肉味,唔鐘意食太油膩嘅可以揀依款encore。和牛只需配少少岩鹽或芥末食就可以。雖然九州和牛只有2款任食,不過其他熟食同燒物都唔失色,有比較少係放題見嘅甲羅燒,好驚喜係甲羅燒有配埋鵪鶉蛋同米通,所以燒起上黎好好食。平時我好少燒雞類,估唔到雞係好有日本燒鳥嘅風味,唔腥仲好好味。燒魚又係估唔到唔嚡又juicy。燒魷魚唔係乾爭爭,入口有少少辣不過真心好香口。豬就比較失色少少。牛內臟有牛肝同牛沙瓜(第四個胃),試左牛沙瓜好爽口。叫左牛乳和牛烏冬,細細碗,麵質係稻庭烏冬口感,因為冷氣太大,越食越凍,所以食下d暖野都係唔錯嘅選擇。飲品嘅烏龍茶係日本入口嘅一枝枝俾我地嘅,另叫一杯荔枝乳酪梳打都唔太甜,岩我d唔係螞蟻嘅人飲。最後甜品係自家制嘅牛乳布甸同柚子雪糕。總體我對依間嘅食物質素同上菜速度都好滿意,係有時漏左1、2款,不過再order都會黎返。服務態度ok啦,講野快左少少,有時會幫下手燒(不過我覺得收最貴價錢先會幫多d手,不過唔緊要,我依d社恐唔幫手燒都冇問題)。最後太凍了,食到2點半未夠就走人,連加一依餐係食左$1,536,2人。…Read More

其實好耐之前食過一次,即疫情前,覺得都算OK,但未之於想成日黎食。後來疫情後就多左黎幫襯,品質好似有改善左,而且多左好多人添呀(不過個場都唔係大),所以如果週末冇訂檯的話,就比較難食到。我知道週末就一定多人所以一早6點就黎睇下有冇位,侍應話淨得Bar檯available,咁冇所謂啦,照食可也。幸運地,侍應後來通知有張2人檯可以安排我地坐,所以就可以轉(我地唔係西客,冇要求轉嫁,冇俾面色嫁,好似侍應話個訂檯客比較晏先黎到)。我地叫左2人餐刺身盤有生蠔4隻;紅蝦2隻2樣都好新鮮,特別係紅蝦,估唔到同牡丹蝦有得揮,2隻真係唔多夠喉。頭盤:揀左鵝肝多士及脆青瓜沙律其實鵝肝都算大塊,出面個d分量仲少,配埋好清新嘅沙律可減去油膩。餐湯:有2個揀,一個蕃茄湯,一個係圖中嘅黑松露蘑菇湯。係真係有細細粒嘅蘑菇粒,唔似罐頭個D咁稀,濃濃地唔錯~手造意粉或意大利飯-燒雙海蝦野菌忌廉汁闊條麵海蝦比較脢左d,但闊條麵就好好食,每條都掛到汁,d汁又好濃郁,果然佢地手工麵好出色。主菜:碳燒美國黑安格斯西冷牛扒配黑松露燒汁 (Medium)今次有點overcook左,似7成熟 ,所以有點嚡。不過我欣賞佢嘅黑松露燒汁,唔會太搶牛扒嘅碳燒味,又唔似黑椒汁咁辣咁霸道,燒汁里有少少黑松露味,所以其實好夾。而且個配菜都好出色,鐘意個燒薯仔同沙律,真係去左不少油膩感。飲品:我就冇另外加錢飲野,淨係叩左杯凍檸茶,都好大杯,其實上次試過乳酪飲品都幾好飲。加埋一就$440左右,其實我食左幾次嫁啦,連埋網上外賣平台都幫襯過一次,多數外賣我覺得唔好食,不過依間嘅外送都好出色,送到上黎都仲熱辣辣,不過我下次都係儘量堂食。依間就黎變左我同我老公飯堂了,但越來越多人幫襯,可能遲下都未必食到。…Read More

平時早餐叫1仔外賣都會叫牛肋條烏冬個餐,另配香腸+太陽蛋(走包),飲凍檸茶(+$3),總$41依個係舊嘅早餐menu~今日如期又咁樣叫啦,落order時話牛肋條烏冬個餐,另配香腸+太陽蛋(走包),飲凍檸茶,一陣過黎拎。行到去10分鐘左右,一如以往已經準備左係檯面,我見收據同我order嘅一樣,但當我睇個價錢時,心諗$52咁貴嘅,我個份應該未出到黎,所以我就去左收銀度俾錢先。收銀確認話$52,因為加左價,咁我硬食啦,鬼叫自己蠢咩,5月7號落order個時都未加價,估唔到10日後(5月17日)就加價,仲要加幅2~3成,佢個專頁又冇update喎。依個係新嘅早餐menu,仲要專頁都未公佈,硬食。牛肋條烏冬之前係$39,依家係$49 (加左$10)冇提供餐具,只得飲管同飲品匙。只係多左雜菜,其餘份量不變凍檸茶淨係叫走甜(但係冇啦啦走埋冰)我依D基層市民真係估唔到早餐可以加幅咁大,我人工今年仲要凍薪。我諗從今後我都要另覓早餐地方…Read More

又到左我的好友生日了,平時係一班姊妹們食飯,但疫情下又要分檯坐,所以好耐都冇一大班人出去食飯了。今次就出去公司附近間嘉里酒店入面,好出名食Dry-Aged Steak嘅賀一賀佢~一早已經係Openrice 留左檯,而且remark係生日飯。當日有電話打黎confirm booking。入面個環境好靚,安排我地坐玻璃窗位,影相可以影埋個海,非常岩打卡呀~Lunch有個Menu,有Casual Set ($240) 同 Business Set ($350). 黎到當然要試下依度最出名嘅Dry-Aged steak,所以叫左2個Business Set,一個係Sirloin同Ribeye  Business Set包括: Sweet Pumpkin Soup; Seasonal Salad; House dry-aged Sirloin steak (180g) or use dry-aged Ribeye steak (180g); Sorbet; Today's Dessert. 就咁睇已經好多野食,性價比高~有2個餐包Sweet Pumpkin Soup果然係好sweet多過咸,有少少唔慣飲甜湯,不過d甜味係好natural,唔係個d片糖黃糖,係來身南瓜本身,所以都好飲嘅。 Seasonal Salad沙律好fresh,有水果又有新鮮菜類,清下腸胃一流。我揀嘅House dry-aged Sirloin steak (180g) - Medium估唔到真係超好味,果然係dry-aged專家,好食過我之前個間Mortions呀。我揀嘅Sirloin 唔多脂肪,有肉味,配埋3款提供嘅海鹽海,岩鹽同紫菜鹽真係一絕。其他醬汁例如黑椒汁同芥末醬都非常夾。雖然2塊細細塊,不過份量岩晒我地d 女仕,因為太好食仲有d 唔夠喉添。原來都包埋drink嫁,我order左Iced CappuccinoSorbet &Today's DessertSorbet 係新鮮芒果味(唔係藥水味),Today's Dessert係焦糖燉蛋。左上係我杯iced Cappuccino。因為之前係openrice remark左係生日飯,所以係友人嘅dessert度有Happy Birthday字(但我好蠢應該remark度mention埋友人個英文名,或者如果餐廳打電話黎confirm時可以提一提我就好啦~)依家lunch有85折,所以order  2  set business set 就Total $665。服務我地嘅Restaurant Manager非常醒目,見到我地食完就自動收野同放下個dish,又主動幫我地影相,所以依餐我地食得好滿意,個環境同食物質素又一流,真係食個premium lunch嘅好選擇。…Read More

平時好鐘意去同一條街隔2個舖位個間食辣野,但係今次因為太多人要等位,而且佢安排我地個位又唔滿意,所以就轉去依間。幾滿意依隻分隔檯位置都幾合理,唔似隔離個間貼得好近,近到聽到隔離個檯講乜。而且就係有埋茶提供但唔駛俾茶錢咁正。花椒桂花魚 ($288)真係太多花椒了,有排揀走D花椒呀,下次都係叫返水煮系列比較好。魚身都滑嘅,桂花有半條左右,里面有薯仔整嘅薯片(好味~),少量薯粉同大量芽菜。辣子田雞 $128依度炸得比較乾身,不過就好重嘅孜然粉,所以好香口,會食唔停口。唔駛加一同茶錢,比隔離個間坐得舒服d,價錢都差不多,下次都會揀返依間。…Read More

估佢唔到幾好食

友人補祝我嘅生日飯,相約左依間,原來大家都係第一次食。不過位置就唔近MTR,好彩等巴士途中俾我地發現有架小巴可以直到,唔駛怕站站停有排先到。Menu上有Dinner Set,雖然包soup, Appetizers, Main course 同Dessert,但係款式唔太吸引,所以我地決定單叫。Oyster $198 (Half dozen)真係要讚下依個生蠔,隻隻鮮甜唔腥,有蠔味,飲埋d蠔水仲正。有3個醬汁俾我地點~Lobster Bisque龍蝦湯$68湯里有幾粒龍蝦,好香濃French Edible Crab Risotto 法國麵包蟹燴意大利飯$248我當初以為係成隻麵包蟹蓋俾埋 (畢竟麵包蟹最好食係個蟹蓋),點知見到都諗住中伏。不過食落係好好食嫁,個三角型以為普通餅乾,點知係好濃嘅芝士脆餅,忍唔住食晒成塊。意大利飯有好重嘅蟹creamy,食落又唔會太漏,雖然冇蟹蓋但都有蟹腳,我好滿意依個飯。Roasted Spanish Suckling Pig 傳統西班牙烤乳豬 $298睇相以為份量好少,點知食落其實好夠。烤乳豬個皮唔似我地廣東咁脆卜卜,係有點韌嘅,不過係正常。乳豬 里面D肉唔嚡,都算幾滑,配埋西式醬汁更惹味。依個叫Girl's Generation $68我一心以為杯野會好all pink,點知個杯咁攪鬼,真係好過癮。最後order 個Chocolate Molten Cake with Vanilla Cream 朱古力心太軟配雲呢拿雪糕  $68可能友人order時話生日隻,所以特別寫左個生日朱古力俾我,謝謝友人~ 雖則地點有點唔方便而且價格上偏貴,但係食物質素係唔錯的,而且星期五晚市差不多全滿,所以我諗應該係質素好吸引好多人黎食~…Read More
