果日去咗西貢勝記呢間主打海鮮嘅餐廳,四人套餐真係幾有排場。一坐低,枱面就擺咗個小食拼盤,啲款式一睇就知有心思,咬落脆卜卜,啱晒開餐做「頭盤」。跟住上場嘅椒鹽鮮鮑魚,外層帶點香脆,咬開鮮味彈牙,唔會太重手,食到啖啖海水味,連小朋友都忍唔住夾多件。之後就到酒蒸粉絲發帶子,粉絲索晒帶子同酒香嘅精華,帶子本身又厚又滑,連埋蒜蓉一齊入口,好自然就夾多幾筷子。中途上咗一碟金磚豆腐,豆腐切到四方一粒粒,外面炸粉炸到金黃色,咬落去先係香脆,再嚟入面好嫩滑,蘸少少醬汁就好惹味,成枱人幾乎一轉眼就清晒碟再嚟有酒蒸粉絲發帶子,啲粉絲索晒帶子鮮味同醬汁,蒸得剛剛好,有蒜蓉香氣但唔會搶味,帶子厚身滑溜。之後清蒸沙巴龍躉上枱,魚肉細緻唔腥,簡單配蔥薑同豉油就已經好送飯,食到尾都仲保持到滑。食到差唔多中段,有金不換炒聖子,炒到好香材料味,啖啖都有啲九層塔嘅香同埋聖子爽口口感,完全冇腥味。主角出埸,揀咗芝士配脆米粉嘅龍蝦,芝士味濃郁,微微拉絲,龍蝦肉混埋份量啱啱好嘅脆卜卜米粉,配埋熱辣辣啲芝士汁,好容易一啖接一啖。 最後,蒜蓉炒時蔬嚟個中和,好清新又唔會漏油膩,有啲菜味令整餐都冇咁單調。埋尾自家製甜品出場,款式家常得嚟有驚喜,滑口帶啲淡淡甜香,餐後食返個,滿足感都幾足。成餐氣氛都幾舒服,大家你一言我一語,不經不覺食咗成桌,但每味都有種「吃在當下」嘅輕鬆自在,好似講緊海邊晚市咁寫意。…Read More
