One of the best doughnuts in town!
Dough Bros Pizza & Doughnuts (淘大商場1期)
2025-04-27
Doughnuts at Dough Bros are so tasty, it tastes like those freshly deep fried ones from small local pizza shops overseas. The good thing is you could find Dough Bros in many districts, which is so convenience! This is Biscoff flavour with cinnamon sugar coating, you could choose white sugar or cinnamon sugar, a Must Not Miss for all cinnamon fans!!! …Read More

latte art was unique and delightful
PAUSE IT
2025-04-27
Pause It is a charming restaurant worth visiting for its creative "latte art." The artistry isn't limited to lattes—there's a variety of intriguing drink combinations to explore. I tried the Earl Grey chocolate, and it was both unique and delightful.Their all-day breakfast is a highlight. Be sure to add ten dollars for the hash brown—it's freshly fried, crispy, and served steaming hot. The sausage, while generously sized, could benefit from less of the local, slightly artificial taste. The chicken fricassee is well-balanced with a creamy flavor that's not overwhelming. The chicken and potatoes are cooked to tender perfection, making it a satisfying dish. The interior design of Pause It is simple yet inviting. The predominately white theme creates a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for enjoying good food and company. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area!…Read More

so so taste
Auntie Sweet (Yin Chong Street)
2025-04-27
It's rare to have a chance to visit during a long weekend without waiting in line—definitely worth giving it a try! Unfortunately, most popular items were sold out, such as the pistachio dessert and molten chocolate, which I really wanted to try.  In the end, I went for the "Bucket-style Tofu Pudding." The taste was quite average and not particularly impressive, though the presentation was decent. It came with barley on the side, which showed thoughtful pairing.  The decor is pretty comfortable, making it a nice spot to relax in the evening. However, the food's flavor may not be compelling enough for me to make a special trip back.…Read More

Fusion: Thai, Chinese, and Italian culinary style
Thai Like Kitchen
2025-04-27
This restaurant, located on the ground floor of a village house in Tin Sam Village, Tai Wai, specializes in fusion cuisine. It combines elements of Thai, Chinese, and Italian culinary styles with great creativity. I visited for dinner, and the place was fully booked, showcasing its popularity. Outdoor seating is available for those who enjoy smoking or want to bring their dogs. The interior is cozy and welcoming, with a clean restroom that exceeds expectations. The only downside is the lack of Wi-Fi, but given that most people in Hong Kong have mobile data, it’s not a major issue. As for the dishes: Malaysian-style shrimp paste cabbage shoots ($78) were incredibly fresh, crunchy, and reminiscent of the quality you’d find in Thailand. Thai-style coconut chicken soup ($88) was full of coconut aroma but lacked the tanginess one might expect. Thai-style grilled eel skewer ($62 per skewer) had a decent flavor, but its high cost reflects the expensive ingredients, so it's worth a try only if you're willing to splurge.Tom Yum Goong shrimp cream spaghetti ($138) was excellent, with plenty of shrimp and rich flavor—a must-order dish. You can also enjoy a relaxing drink to round off the meal. Overall, this fusion cuisine restaurant is thoughtfully designed and perfect for a meal with family or friends! 😊…Read More

YUMMY Beijing Roast Duck
PEKING GARDEN (MOKO)
2025-04-27
First, their Beijing Roast Duck is prepared using authentic methods, ensuring a perfectly crispy skin and juicy, tender meat that leaves a lasting impression. A friendly tip—ask the staff if you can take the duck carcass home, making the most of every flavorful bite!  The fish maw and abalone are packed with rich umami flavors, offering a premium dining experience that is truly worth trying.  The braised chicken noodles feature a creamy, milky broth with an exceptional taste. The chicken is tender, and the noodles are wonderfully smooth, making every bite a comforting delight.  The pan-fried dumplings are generously portioned, bursting with juicy filling, and perfectly crispy on the outside—an unforgettable treat.  For dessert, the candied banana and apple boast a crunchy caramelized coating that stretches beautifully, while the baked sago pudding is rich and sweet, delivering delightful surprises with every spoonful.  Overall, the dishes here are consistently high in quality and flavor, making this restaurant well worth visiting again! 👍🏻…Read More
