荃灣呢間粉麵店老字號30年,由舊鋪雄記粉麵既老闆同老闆娘退休後,就變左由舊伙記班底接手再轉左附近鋪位改左名叫生記粉麵,就連menu 都一式一樣,好有親切感春卷四寶米$45有招牌自家製魚肉春卷,魚蛋墨丸魚皮餃各兩粒,我叫左走青同加左腩汁。呢間春卷似牛脷酥,炸過既表皮香酥,肉質爽彈好咬口香魚肉味。魚蛋魚皮餃同樣彈牙。另外自製既墨魚丸入口軟滑,似慢慢溶化,好鍾意呢種口感。至於腩汁唔止有牛腩味,仲有好香既其他配料既味道,超推薦。以前舊鋪果陣親眼見過老闆自製腩汁既配料,配料足料,所以呢間既牛腩牛根都係特別香而軟滑牛𦟌米線$41牛𦟌有幾大片,燜到又香又腍滑,好正。湯底酸辣惹味腐乳通菜$16通菜夠哂淋又新鮮,配埋自家製既腐乳醬汁認真好食豆漿(+$8)只有凍豆漿,味道正常BTW 佢既辣椒醬都係自家製,辣得過癮,鍾意食辣嘅朋友千祈唔好錯過呢間新舊粉麵檔食左超過十年,好開心舊員工班底接左手,繼續維持到高水準嘅食物俾街坊食,希望陪我食左到老…Read More

十幾年前學生時代老師帶我們去荃灣field trip時食過,最記得牛脷酥咁大嘅魚肉春卷。最近想起想吃番,但又揾唔到間鋪,揾到你的評論先知轉左手。
