I ordered the XT New York steak burger with fries and drink. Simple meal, but everything went wrong. They told me there will be a 6 minute wait, and asked if it would be alright. So let it be. I'll wait. My server prepared my drink and my fries immediately and then stood there (there were no other customers waiting). I thought to myself - If my order takes 6 minutes, then why are you serving my fries so soon and allowing them to just cool in front of me. After a couple minutes, the manager asks, "why do we have this gentleman waiting here?" She told me to eat my fries first and they would bring my burger to me. I finished my fries and drank 1/2 my drink. I looked at the time on bill and my phone. I had waited for 15 minutes and nobody had given me my burger. Fine. I went to the counter which was just around the corner and went to get it myself, but before I turn around, a server threw my drink and napkins into the waste.
