Lai Helen is recommended by a friend when we both went to Macau for a short w/end. I didn’t know it’s a Michelin rewarded restaurant until I sat down and my friend told me abt it. Waiters are well-trained, knows their specialties. Environment makes u feel comfy with lots of chinese-style artistic decorations - in blue theme. Of course, food are excellent too, with all kinds and of dim sum on a book menu. You may also request food that isn’t printed on the menu, we ordered 肉絲炒麵兩面黃, and chef agreed to make that.
