一向不覺得太特別,反而閒時經過卻大排長龍,所以,我亦要來一探究竟星期六來到,人山人海,幸好翻枱算快,等了10分鐘不到便有位. 這一個大時代,要多去一些以支持香港人為主題的食店去光顧,店子雖小,但餐牌的選擇都較多,晚市時間來到,絕對可以迎合不同口味的人士(1)蠔仔肉碎粥每次心血來潮想打冷,都是想起入元朗,但今次我看中的是蠔仔肉碎粥,蠔很大隻,隻隻都很肥很新鮮,好飽滿,非常足料,而且一餐粥入面有好多隻啊,唔駛驚唔夠蠔仔食,食落好似海鮮粥咁,清淡得嚟有鮮味,最重要的是沒有蠔仔碎殼,不需要一邊吃,一邊看有沒蠔殼,粥底就煮得非常綿(2)片頭魚皮河香港的大街小巷隨處可見形形式式的粉麵店,主要分港式和潮式,魚蛋粉除了主角魚蛋和河粉之外,少不了配角的魚片,外層金黃色的厚皮較香口,肉質較彈牙. 因此有個別愛吃香口的食客,會專點以魚片頭為主的片頭河,店家把魚片頭對角切開,再放油炸,做出一塊塊三角形的炸魚片頭,鮮甜而且魚味濃,咬落去會留下牙齒印最佳,甚至當作小吃來食,亦別有風味還有另一配角酥脆炸魚皮,咬落去發出清脆聲響,而且無腥味,表面呈金黃黑漸變色,好吃的魚皮,必用上九棍魚不可,但成本較高,這店魚皮雖肯定不是高成本製作,但食落口有保持魚香味,毫無油膩感,更受歡迎,一直不乏粉絲,雖然明知吃多了會喉嚨痛,都忍不住多吃幾件這一次淺嚐,給我的印象是好的,價錢大眾化,食物有水準,是值得大大力去支持的好食店…Read More

趁天氣好去試試這家扒房,以為是比較地道式舊茶餐廳,裝修又極舊式,但阿姐態度就不錯(1)法蘭西豬扒配意粉此店名物以招牌扒類,豬扒揼得鬆化,帶少少脂肪,亦好厚身,肉質軟嫩多汁,豬扒是好多人喜愛食物,坊間很多豬扒專門店,吸引豬扒迷去朝聖,然而要食得一塊好扒,絕非易事,豬扒夠肥美,醃得很好,拍得鬆豬扒,才食得鬆軟,燒汁淋在豬扒上搭配薯菜賣相已很搶眼(2)羅宋湯一鍋營養好湯簡單煮香甜濃郁,羅宋湯是大家熟悉的湯品亦是大眾喜愛的,發源於烏克蘭的一種濃菜湯,在歐洲很受歡迎,酸中帶甜,甜中帶香,搭配各種蔬菜,加上牛肉才有鮮味,營養豐富,味香醇厚,顏色又漂亮,一看就已大開胃口(3)燒豬肋骨配薯條平日到西餐廳點一客燒豬肋骨動輒過百元,份量亦不多,往往吃得不夠喉,豬肋骨肉質軟嫩,香噴噴的出爐,一條一條慢慢吃,燒烤醬味道很匹配,讓它充份地吸收調味料的味道,即使是最挑剔的人,亦會吃到停不下嘴,滋味無窮在重要西方節日裡,除了有烤雞烤肉,亦別忘記燒豬肋骨這美食現在的問題是一街都是扒房和茶餐廳,但用心去做的真是不多,反正一定有人去幫襯,所以吃到稍為肯用心的,已經很感恩想吃扒可來這裡,其他東西就是一般茶記水平,不必專程來吃,金鳳就真真正正打平民飲食牌,完全是為了給本地收入不高的家庭,享受一下食扒既樂趣,亦是平民式街坊式扒店的一個表表者…Read More

重返屋邨酒樓 昔日情懷

要數香港屋邨酒樓,一星期嚟足7日,好似聯誼會咁飲茶傾偈,唔使約嘅,街坊都系到時到候就會落嚟,每次一嚟到這個大埔富亨邨商場,自然對這屋邨酒樓有種歸屬感,每天都有三五個長者在門前排隊等開門,系奇景嚟,其實食咩都唔緊要,最主要有個地方坐下,留約二個鐘,傾到更上下咪走,要講就是這間叫(嘉年華酒樓),一種昔日屋邨情懷,回憶無價,現今少有鄰里街坊情,酒樓以熟客為主(1)燒腩仔要數香港地道美食一定有燒味,美食處處的大埔區原來都有不少高質又平價的燒味店,最初以為平價就無質素,這想法是錯誤的,其中一道推介是燒腩仔,取五花腩部位,皮香脆卜卜,咬落去好似食薯片咁脆,肉質鬆軟,肥肉不會太肥膩,肥瘦肉比例均勻,肉味唔太鹹,炭火香氣突出最正,價錢合理,食多碟都唔會肉痛以前吃燒肉,不是阿媽拜神買來的,便是斬料,怎料到今時今日吃燒肉會成為潮流,說的是燒腩仔,流行程度由酒樓點心紙,高檔粵菜館到五星級酒店都找到它的蹤影,有些還以它做招牌菜,鐘意它的原因很簡單,肉夠香滑,脂肪香口又不太膩,而且切成一粒粒,一口一件,吃時還可選蘸芥辣,更加野味,現很多食肆都有燒腩仔供應,個個標榜皮脆肉嫰,事實很多都不合格,不是食落有豬肉羶味就是皮不夠脆,有水準真不多,鐘意食燒腩仔的我當然不放過(2)狗仔粉記起童年回憶,細個跟屋企人去飲茶食的銀針粉,但今趟試的是狗仔粉,外型都是圓碌碌,像狗的尾巴,估計稱為叫狗仔粉,湯底有蝦米仔,冬菇,蔥花,豬油渣,菜脯,雖然材料簡單,價格相宜,但當加有最鐘意食的菜脯,食起來別有風味,雖不會太鹹,但蔥花味道較重,很香噴噴好開心見到這裡有充滿香港情懷的美味狗仔粉,所以亦不防試下呢間酒樓手勢,真系好懷念嘉年華海鮮酒家大埔頌雅路6號富亨商場地下6號舖…Read More

復活節假日夜晚約6點幾嚟到尖沙咀區,晚飯唔知想食什麼,就亂行見到深仔記茶餐廳,唔知好無食,不想再搵食肆,見裡面有好多卡位,勝在唔駛等,就直入去食飯餐牌食物種類太多了,看了10分鐘,因唔想中伏,最後點了個招牌雲吞麵$38和焗咖哩署仔豬扒飯$58,另加杯凍檸茶,要加收$6, 可接受到,不算貴,落單到8分鐘, 先送嚟碗雲吞麵,湯底ok唔會味精太重,麵底爽口,雲吞餡內蝦和豬肉各一半比例,恰到好處,但就較為細粒咗,男士門食完可能未必夠飽反而等了約15分鐘,再嚟個焗咖哩署仔豬扒飯,就值得一讚再讚,個飯送嚟時未放到上枱,已聞到好香咖哩味,看見咖哩汁顏色好黃,點知食落口又不會太辣,好香口,正正對於我怕辣的人,豬扒整得軟硬適中,不鞋,入口嫰,而整個飯和豬扒份量都算多,值得一食,正所謂色香味都有齊但可能因疫情關系,餐廳樓面只1-2個,舉手幾次落單,都無樓面見到,需要有耐性等等雲吞麵焗咖啡署仔豬扒飯…Read More
